They have Respectful and honest staffs. Place has a good ambiance that will make you feel relax

This is a perfect place for a weekend getaway in the city.

I did not expect that there is mall within the hotel. I like the luxurius design of the mall. Good choices of stores and restos to choose from.

Though a bit more expensive than other hotels, the staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Most of the rooms have two queen sized beds and a television with a multitude of channels. Most rooms also include a nice view of the city. It is near a mall and has a connecting bridge in case the weather is undesirable.

It's a five stars hotel with amazing view where you can see the bay in front of you while you are enjoing your meals or while you have your relax time in your room.

I love the place, their warm and friendly staff and amazing food and ambiance. Truly an exceptional place where you can have your staycation if you want to rest but you don't want to travel far.

Staying in this hotel was a wonderful gift from my bestfriend.

Anyway, the sunset is the best and you can spend the best time cooling and drinking alcohol from C lounge. Cocktails are also cheap and snacks. The air conditioning was not cold at all and no one was fancy dressed. It's really easy with a nice bar and easy access to the SM mall! The mall is also open late at night, and a massage called Big Bucket is the best! It is about 800 pesos for 80 minutes.

Really like to come here to chill and watch sunsets from the lobby or lounge. Not to mention the adjacent mall S Maison has good WiFi for shoppers too

I don't give many 5 star reviews, but this place deserves it. The staff use your name from day one, treat you like family, interact with your kids, and even make really cool "towel animals" when they clean your room. The buffet is amazing. Fresh food ranging across many Asian cultures. The pool was large and clean, and pool staff friendly and helpful. I have a 3 year old, and she was able to play in the pool all day because 1/2 the pool was only 2 feet high - I LOVED IT, and she loved it. The place is immaculate clean. The bathroom was large. And I loved the view of Manila Bay - the sunsets were beautiful to view. Chester (the bartender in Lounge C) was super friendly and makes an exceptional drink. If you get a chance have a drink from Chester - super cool guy, who makes a hell of a cocktail. The only feedback I would give the Conrad, is to lighten up on the compliant approach. Loosen up a little. Overall, great place, great people, great food, unbelievably clean, and Chester made the best drinks in Manila.

The rooms are comfortable, especially the sofas at the window, the cushions are long and the height is low, so it is very comfortable to lie down, especially the scenery of the sea is a favorite drink. There is a high-end Chinese restaurant, China Blue, which is very particular about the space decoration and ingredients. The service staff can also provide the appropriate service without feeling too much contact and uncomfortable. It is recommended that you can try it.

The best part about the hotel is its location. Located right next to the Mall of Asia, near to the Arena & the 5 Ecom centers, the City of Dreams, etc. It is perfect for both holiday goers as well as those visiting on business.
Additionally, the hotel is adjacent to several restaurants that offer great dining option

Very beautiful hotel, the view is superb. The single bed in the extra bed is also quite sleepy. The hotel has a quick access to the SMX next door. The famous China Blue restaurant is also in the hotel.

I have been staying at the Shang for years and decided to give the Conrad a shot. It's nice, but I wasn't a fan. The layout is awkward, the food is so so (good Chinese food), and the gym is tiny. Service is friendly but I'll go back to Shang

It's a beautiful property, but they have filled it with even more beautiful people. A very special thank you to the entire staff. I injured myself prior to arriving here, and everyone from the front desk to the executive lounge staff has gone out of their way to make sure I am as comfortable as possible. It is greatly appreciated. I'll never stay anywhere else when I'm in Manila.

if you want something new with less crowd go here super yummy food and good place

I enjoyed my brief staycation here. There is a decent sized selection for breakfast at the exec lounge and the food is really good.
I am really happy with the service as well.

It's not the hotel I was at it was the S'Maison, location of the best restaurants in the Metro. Today I went to Red Lobster, and it was an unforgettable, though expensive, dining experience, one I don't always have. They're very new in the country, which means I'm one of the first to have tried it. And enjoyed it!!!!

Fantastic 5 star hotel. Staff were really helpful, especially with the neighbourhoods. We landed in Manila and stayed here before flying to PP and highly recommend. Breakfast was amazing with everything and anything to choose from (Chicken and Garlic rice, what's not to love) plus loads of fresh produce! Again even though the breakfast was buffet, staff were at hand to help and recomend some local cuisine! Great experience.

Attending a big event here and waiters are no where in sight. No one to assist you and they always run out of food.

Everything was beyond satisfactory. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Staff were very accommodating. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a wonderful hotel experience.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Very accessible to MOA and other places of interest and not too far from NAIA. From the staff, to the rooms, to the amenities, to the restaurants, to....Everything!!! It exceeded all our expectations!!!. For sure we'll come back here from time to time and recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives.

Big, clean rooms with Wifi access. Excellent view of Manila Bay. Right accross SM Mall of Asia. Very nice swimming pool and facilities. Plenty of parking space at the basement. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant.

Loved the hotel, an ideal stopover in Manila if you plan to continue your trip to the Philippines. Everything is clean, tidy, modern design, wonderful spa (a little even cheaper than in Moscow). Separately, I would like to say about breakfasts: Filipino, Chinese cuisine, traditional European buffet meals, fruits, juices, pastries (including pancakes and waffles) are presented. The line of Filipino cuisine consists of hot dishes and desserts that change every day (!)

Hotel was very nice, we got the executive room, the executive lounge was a plus, it offers finger foods and can be visited multiple times. The spa is also nice but a bit pricey, massage was just okay.

I love Conrad hotel Manila. The lobby has great views of Manila Bay. I'm also a fan of their restaurant -brasserie and China blue. The bar overllooking the bay is also breathtaking. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Manila

Love the spa experience here: Hilot and Kalinga. The facial is just all right.

Love the one bed room suite, it's very spacious, well designed . The room gives me a very relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast buffet has a variety of choice, though not every dish is tasty. Like the pastry, especially the danish. The omelet is over cooked and oily. It should be cooked in a lower temperature pan.

The executive lounge has great view. Love drinking tea there. The food is again not worthy to mention. Except that the cold cut meat, bread and pastry are very good.

Overall, the service is good. The staffs are genuine and helpful. Mall of Asia is just next door. And it's not too far from the airport. Highly recommend this hotel to vacation guests.

Songdowon is a Korean restaurant. The food is nice and it is buffet.

If you want a hotel with a sea view in the city of a Manila, this is your hotel. Situated near one of the largest malls, convention centers, concert grounds, and restaurants. The hotel is very luxurious, wonderful rooms, good food, amazing gym and sauna.

Plenty of parking slots. Awesome ambiance and great view of the sea.

It is directly connected to a huge shopping mall, Mall of Asia, and convenient from the airport. There is also a ramen shop in the mall and you can use cards. The hotel itself is quite large, so it is an image of walking around. It is safe because it is clean and secure. I am a smoker, but the entire hotel was completely non-smoking, and the smoking area was just around the corner from the main entrance, so it was troublesome.

I just love this hotel and it's room. So modern and stylish with super friendly staff and great executive lounge. Currently my favourite hotel in Manila as it's walking distance from Mall if Asia.

We really enjoyed our stay here in Conrad Manila and the staff were very assistive and courteous throughout our 4-day stay here.

The selection of food they served in the executive lounge may be less in variation but they were good. I believe they have a well thought menu overall.

The room was also clean and they changed our sheets and cleaned our room without any problems.

The staff are really very nice and I ve never seen such quality with other hotels. From Mr. Josh the bellman who assisted with our luggages, the people in the the executive lounge, the staff assisting with the elevator and the people behind the kitchen serving us quality food throughout the day. I m really thankful for their service.

We re satisfied with everything except the experience we had with the spa. The one giving me the massage didn t bother to ask if the pressure she s giving is too much and my arms and hands resulted with light bruises. I m too tired to say anything by that time so I let her do her thing. I also wanted to note that I do not like it when she gave my robe after the massage. It felt like she was throwing the robe in my stomach, it had some force on it or maybe because it was heavy and I was just startled by it. I was not able to see properly because my eyes were covered.

We do have some problems with our stay but I do believe that its not fair to give the hotel a bad review just because of something that just needed some improvement.

I might not getting the spa treatment again but I will definitely book a room again and stay here when I m in Manila.
