Service impeccable and rooms, restaurants outlets, gym facilities are superb

Being a Hilton honors holder and all perks are given in Conrad Manila, our hotel room at the 6th floor, wherein we checked in at the height of super typhoon Ompong on Sept 14th, we were relaxed, comforted and totally rested and not a single inkling that outside the hotel premises were already in chaos due to bad weather...

China Blue is modern Chinese food. Original and pretty dishes. Makes you want to try more

The best place for parties, seminars and all types of events.

Hotel itself could use some upgrades. Manila's coast smells pretty badly when the tide is in, so using the pool at certain times is less than ideal. The service here is amazing though.

Beautiful place and very clean. Does get very hot during the hot season. I wish it is more air conditioned.

Amazing place and grande view of the bay. The breakfast was really good and the folks working here are some of the best in hotel hospitality. We will be back.

I love this place. The view of Manila bay sunset is relaxing. The hotel design itself is one of a kind. As if you are sailing in the ocean. The interior design is outstanding. The food is great and there are variety of in-house restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff are friendly. Most of all, the Mall of Asia is just a walk away, where you can find more food, entertainment and shopping.

Adjacent to the SM Mall of Asia, this upscale hotel in a striking contemporary building overlooking Manila Bay is 7 km from Rizal Park.

Sleek rooms have Wi-Fi (fee) and flat-screens, plus espresso machines and spa-style showers. Upgraded rooms add bay views. Suites include living rooms, while upgraded suites add terraces, balconies and/or kitchenettes. Some also offer access to a private lounge serving complimentary breakfast. Room service is available 24/7.

Parking is free. There's a buffet-style eatery, a Chinese restaurant and a cafe, as well as 2 bars (1 poolside). Other amenities include an infinity pool, a posh spa and a gym.

Great view of the bay from the room. Good service. The food is okay but lots of options nearby.

Good hotel, I haven taken the view on the sea but unfortunately I was not thinking that there will be a lot noise due to the front road and people playing on the tycoon. As this was a professional trip I'd not recommend this hotel for professional activities in Manila due to the noise and the fact that there was a lot of families with kids. Outside of that nothing to say, good personal, good breakfast, clean hotel.

I like this place, it's nice and close to SM Mall of Asia, above the S Mansion Mall.

World class hotel with mall. Very classy, not crowded .

Poor Service. They blocked our tita and tito keys even if it's not 12 o'clock already. It's 10:30am when the keys are not wotking.And then my tita asked if how many person allowed in the pool ? They said 2 persons only. Why she have to pay for amenities of costing 750 ? when 2 persons are only allowed ? They paid for 10k something for 1 night and they received poor customer service,poor house keeping because the room it's too dirty. Try to check all the bed lining and check it out for you guys to know. Plus poor communication. They are guest you don't have the right to treat them that. They travelled a lot and this is the first time they experience this. We don't care about your policies yeah your hotel is nice but only in the picture ! But inside naahhhh your room is sucks. Your pool is too small for all of your guests. Your customer service is poor also.You owe us a lot we check in and pay you right and we don't enjoy.Your drinks also are too expensive for one bottle of beer i pay 4$?how come?And your food is expensive too!For one burger I pay 14$?You see? I will never ever go back to your poor hotel

Conrad Manila is a luxurious hotel and one of the best in Manila. I have no complaints on the speed of the check in but even if you are a member of the HHilton Rewards you still have to write your cellphone number, your email address and your home address to check in. Being a member should speed up the check in experience but I guess if you are part of a group this hotel does not consider your HHilton membership.

Security is very strict even in the parking.
The room was clean and the bathroom is very nice.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Food was very delicious and has large variety choice.
The view was awesome and there a place to walk peacefully with nature!

Getting off the elevator to the front lobby will take your breath away. It has a breathtaking view of the bay. Service was great. Rooms we're clean and spacious. World class hotel

It 5 star. It a 5 star compliant hotel. So it just has to be good to justify the 5 star price.

A true classy hotel. Though a bit pricey, one would love the ambiance and quality service, furniture, and overall feel of this hotel. Not to mention it is physically connected to S Maison, another classy mall, and Mall of Asia where you can find just anything you need (watch out though for its tends to be too crowded sometimes!).

Conrad Manila is the best hotel that I ve ever stayed. My first stay was in 2016 and was very impressed. I love the unique and aesthetically pleasing architecture, brand new smell and looks, outstanding customer service, the scent in the lobby....everything. I stayed there last week. The magic is still there. However, I notice the wear and tear of the buildings exterior such as peeling paint, weathering, rusting, pool tiles are missing. Conrad should address those issues immediately and get it fixed. Customers expect perfection with Hilton flagship product.

It has a great view of the bay and nice to watch the beautiful sunset. A very convenient place to stay everything is here. Just beside is the biggest Mall of Asia, an Arena, a convention center, a hundreds of restaurants to choose from and it's also near the airports (all terminals).

All I can say is that it was an excellent experience.

Superb place. The food stall there is quite expensive but it's all worth it. The food is awesome! Walking distance also to SMX convention and MOA.

We went there to eat one Sunday morning. The food, service, and view were good, with some exceptions (lobsters weren't as fresh). But the very long wait for parking and valet service were not what a luxury hotel should have.

This was our first experience at this hotel. The staff is friendly, always smiling and willing to help you out when every you need it. It is a really clean and well kept hotel. The breakfast buffet is the best! So much to choose from. Fresh fruit daily is also available. The hotel has different restaurants to choose from. If you want to eat out, not to worry, the hotel is also connected to the Mall of Asia. The Mall of Asia is huge! Plenty of restaurants to choose from and plenty of stores for all your shopping needs. You can even cross the street and go to the pier. They have games, rides, food, live music, boat tours and much more. You can't go wrong staying at this hotel. They also have a pool, gym and in room dining(which we did). Food was hot and delicious. They bring you everything you need to eat I your room. Would definitely recommend the Conrad and we would definitely stay here again.

Modern high end hotel with a fantastic view of Manila Bay

Everything was very nice and clean in Conrad hotel, the view of our room was Manila Bay, very nice. The staffs are very kind and accommodating. They even provided free stuff toys for the kids. Super cute!

Conrad Manila always shocks me at how amazing of a place it is to stay. Each time I have visited I left loving the place even more. I had a small issue with the air conditioning in my room this time around and they did not hesitate to not only move my room but upgrade my room at no additional cost. I will always recommend and stay at Conrad Manila they have a customer for life in me.
