A Hotel standard to beat ! The place to stay in Manila . There are less expensive places , but no better in luxury !

It was a nice view hotel where the sea spreads in front of you

This is a hotel from Sorouh in the Philippines. It is close to the Asian and seashore market. It also has a shopping mall on the ground floor of the hotel.

Conrad hotel is located to the right of Mall of Asia if you are looking from the bay, it is home to the current dessert museum and on the top level. They host some really classy restaurants, which includes Brasserie on 3 buffet. A must dine at if you are in the area. To get here there's also the option to enter through Mall Of Asia's connecting bridge so you won't have to endure the heat outside. Which! Is very very hot especially during the months of April.

From day one Hilton Conrad gave me 10 star service from beginning to end. Outstanding service from everyone Galing Naman. We will be back again mabuhay

I enjoyed myself immensely during the time I stayed at the Conrad Manila. I was privileged to have been able to stay overnight in room 5068 last 2017 August 26 with a beautiful view of Manila bay and the MOA eye ferris wheel. The rooms were impeccably designed and so are the facilities and amenities. Every place is well serviced with wonderful staff.

I even forgot my swimsuit in the hotel room, but staff had it set aside for me when I called. I came back to get it one night, unfortunately the night staff wasn't able to locate it. Burton from the concierge assured me that he would have it couriered to me and sure enough, he had it delivered by Grab express to my house.

Food selection in the breakfast buffet is limited. Wifi is not free. Unlike with other neighboring 5 star hotel, food is better and wifi is inclusive already.

Beautiful hotel, and the views from the bar is amazing.

Room was very nice and the food was good. Only problem was a leak from the ceiling most probably from the air conditioning unit.

Very good hotel stayed at the suit. Lobby is on the 3rd floor. And lift open to a very nice view.
Hotel staffs were good as well.

Room amenities are complete.
Bathroom is wide, spacious and elegant looking
Appreciate the lights and its ease of access
Also the view outside our room is very good
Staff and other hotel personnel are polite and extends help everytime they have a chance

For high scale shopping and dining, a fine place to go. Movie is a great experience, too.

Beautiful is an understatement on how I can describe this place! Its a luxury hotel so expect it to be so pricey.

This place is awesome. I had reserved 5 rooms and when it came time to check in, the process was seamless with no additional charges or surprises. I was also awarded one upgraded room. I absolutely loved the room and espresso machine. I really really loved the buffet! We were all so in love with the place that we didn t even venture outside to check out Mall of Asia or anything. I would love to return to this hotel if I have reason to return to the Bay Area.

The food is superb! Would love o dine in again and recommend.

Overrated. We stayed at the ambassador suites. The hotel location is inconvenient for guests since it is beside the Mall of Asia (MOA) and tend to be really traffic and crowded. The only redeeming factor staying in the hotel is the nice view of the Manila Bay.

A bit expensive but the place is good place to stay and lots of restaurant within the area

Five star service & amenities for four star prices. Booking online was seamless, getting there is easy, you have to hit Seaside Blvd (road b/w Conrad & Manila Bay) to access the loading/unloading deck which also serves as the ramp to the basement parking. Drop off your luggage with the hops, they'll load it up and meet you in the 3/f where the hotel concierge is. Get the parking ticket and park your car downstairs, you'll have the frontdesk validate your parking to qualify for free parking. You'll be asked to go through a security checkpoint similar to ones at airports (body scans, patdowns & bag scans). Checking in is a breeze (if there isn't anyone in line I guess), front desk folks are very polite & helpful. We stayed for three nights and got the Premier Suite. Aside from the usual amenities which included a restroom, another restroom that's in the same room as the shower & bath tub, lounging area w/ TV, bedroom w/ lounging couch & TV, walk in closet etc the view is what blew us away. We arrived close to sunset so we spent that time watching the sunset on the bay, that was awesome! While watching the sunset, the staff knocked and provided us with a welcome snack & a free Conrad plushie. With the Premier Suite, we got free breakfast buffets at either the Brasserie on 3 (3/F lobby) or the top floor. I think you get more variety on the Brasserie but in general, you get various breads & pastries, noodle soups, sausages, fruits, omelettes cooked to your taste etc. The pool area is a nice place to lounge about & swim. You can do laps if it isn't too crowded, the pool bar is situated nicely and service was great. It's got easy access to the mall which is a plus.

This was maybe the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Every single staff member was so nice and so helpful. The lobby is gorgeous. We have the buffet with bottomless wine for dinner on our last night here. The food was amazing and the wine never stopped. The rooms were so clean, fashionable and futuristic. I can control the blinds right from the nightstand! Wish we had stayed for more nights.

Conrad is looking modern and sleek it is beautiful in the outside as in the inside. The hotel is expensive but worth it if you got the money.

Room was alright. Got the room with the sea facing view. The windows definitely need cleaning ..

Loved the breakfast buffet. Very good assortment. Service was great at the restaurant.

Had a shocking experience at the pool as Some of the guests and I felt like we were watching a photo shoot with two women who were posing in their swimsuits with obscene poses. They were literally sitting on the bar top spreading their legs open and taking pics of each other with kids around. I finally had to call the supervisors attention to have them put a stop to it after an entire hour. It really was so inappropriate.

Over all it was alright. Probably won t be back for a stay.

I was at Conrad Hotel Manila for an overnight stay. The place is clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing.
The room I got wasn't facing the seaside but in exchange you get to see a garden.

Great service. Nice style. Kind of stuck in the mall area. Hard to get anywhere interesting. Manila Bay looks lovely, but smells of sewage blowing in off the water.

A big hotel ,it s expensive hotel, me & my partner stayed for 4 days,they give us a room far from the lift, I complained straight away if we can get a room closer to lift because i have problem in walking the staff told me that there s no available room (the one closer to lift or elevator) he promised that once there s available one he ll let me know but we waited & waited nothing done or nobody or no one even call me informing or ask an apology that there s no available room that we requested.Secondly the windows outside are very dirty,we are at the fifth floor,we paid $500 per day on that room to get a view if the Manila Bay,my partner pick that room so he can take photos & video of the views ,he s unhappy windows are DIRTY,lined with dirt dried mud,we complained when we are leaving or paying our bills, the reception asked us if we reported (dirty windows) ,my partner responded IT S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THE PREMISES CLEAN

This place the best in cold cuts cheese and wine... very nice place

The hotel is good, friendly staff, close to the airport and many places to eat nearby. The only reason why I am giving a three stars is because they claimed that they did not find my daughter's earings that was left behind. It was left on the bathroom counter in the middle of the two sinks. I know this because I saw it there, as well as my husband. Very disappointing for a five star hotel. I've stayed in a smaller hotel before in Portland, Oregon and left my watch. They called and mailed the item back to me.

A fine, quite, and nice place right at Pasay City. And if you are looking for a convenient hotel near to the airport and mallls (SM MOA), then this is the right place.

For me the best hotel where I was for a long time. I stayed here for five nights and am a Diamond member, upgraded to a large suite with all the comforts. In the lounge we got breakfast and dinner which was very extensive. There is also a large pool and direct access to the shopping center is also good. The only negative is the long way to smoking, but that is the legislature. The staff here is extremely friendly. I will gladly come again.

Conrad Hotel is amazing but what makes this hotel special is the staff. I have loved staying at Conrad and the staff make me smile everyday with the special things they do like making animals out of towels, they are so talented and make sure I never needed anything and looked after me very well. Special mention of thanks and praise to James, Ikel, Enrique, Fed, Jessie and Executive staff on level 7. Conrad you should be very proud of your staff as they all do an amazing job and are very kind and giving. There is no other place I will stay and i will be back again and again to Conrad. Mall of Asia is at your door step and so many places to eat within walking distance of hotel and could not ask for a better location.

Only hotel / restaurant in Manila that doesn t accept Seniors Citizens Card from overseas (Australia). They are asking for a Phillipines ID when she has not lived there for over 30years so she doesn t have one. Other hotels in the Philippines has accepted her international senior citizens card with no questions ask. My mum was disappointed she didn t get the discount even though they told her on the phone they accept seniors citizens discount on the phone. She paid $1800 for 4 nights for an executive panaroma view room yet the windows are very dirty with grime. She also requested a room closer to the elevators on the first day as she has problems with her feet walking long distance. They told her they will move her but they never did and never made any contact with her to inform her why not. Also breakfast was not included.

S Maison by the Conrad Manila is a fantastic place to enjoy the view of Manila bay with delicious bars and restaurants. Family friendly and walking distance to SM mall of Asia.

I came for breakfast. I was quite delighted with the buffet spread. Hearty breakfast it is! They serve all variety of breakfast at your heart's content. And the price was well worth it!

We love coming back here. Perfect location, close to the malls, casinos and the view is worth paying for. The staff is great and accomodating.

It's not too crowded and the food is great! The only downside is that it's super cold, but if that's your kind of thing then I suggest you visit.

Also the place feels super posh-

Dessert museum is a waste of time and money. But that's just me. Whatever floats your boat.

Love spending our time there. Easy parking, helpful staff and very polite. Rooms are properly kept. Plus side, there's a mall besides it. Food won't be an issue because its surrounded by restaurants (eat all u can too). Great sea side view. ^^
