VERY NICE PLACE. WITH MALL AND HOTEL UN ONE PLACE, WALKING DISTANCE FROM MOA AND JUSTA ALONG ROADS

Boring commercial area. Needs more activities. Although nicely decorated

Conrad Manila is a really nice hotel with large shopping mall attached.

Premiere ambience. Few food selections and you have to walk long to get to SM Mall of Asia.

Conrad Manila is an exceptional hotel. Loved staying here.

Great place. Rooms are very nice. Mall connected to the hotel. Wifi is pretty fast. My room had a good view of Manila Bay.

The staff/waiter assigned to us was very kind. We ate at Brasserie on 3 with my family. Booked for 9 people and got a private room (no extra charge) and they ended up serving us the food instead of the hassle of going to the buffet table. It also has a nice view of Manila Bay which was perfect during sunset. Food choices weren't as many as expected but it all tasted good, especially the dessert! Each one of us got a free plushy when you order the drink of the day.

Conrad Hotel - I was not able to see the hotel rooms but had a chance to work at an event there for three days at the Forbes Ballroom. The ballroom is okay, nothing fancy. Their chandeliers (If they could be called that were blah to me.) But the rest of the hotel is beautiful with languid architecture and restful designs.

The prettiest place I saw was the C Lounge which has a stunning view of Manila Bay. There's a bar and outdoor seating. Perfect for a romantic date or an intimate night or with close friends.

Conrad's Mall - A classy ocean-side mall with high-end brands. Not a huge a place but boasts of 3 Director's Club cinemas. They have a big and well-designed Starbucks here and if you know me well, Starbucks is where I do a lot of my work and hold client meetings.

If it weren't so far from my home, I'd make this the mall of my choice!

My mom & dad went to this happy hour thing , and they were upset that they ask them few times about their room number, and feel that not so welcoming treatment from some of the staffs in the breakfast, compared to other tourist. So unfortunate that is from a fellow kababayan pa naman. No so equal treament. Could it be because we just dress simple and my mom not displaying a LV bag. :( Rooms are nice by the way but that's it.

The server really nice and helpfull i can't eat pork so they will tell us which food contain pork or not,the taste of the food is really good is really tasty and flavorful

New mall. Actually a hotel with license from Hilton Hotels. Don't miss the sky garden.

Very nice hotel. Very clean room. External facade could have a repainting retouches asap though.. nice staff... very accessible .. dinner looks great... hope breakfast tomorrow would be great, too...thumbs up!

Long Time Ago Chinese Restaurant Soon to rise at Conrad

Its a Conrad and so no disappointments and all the pampering. Top notch service and amenities, especially loved the gym with latest features on the machines. The view is great and the location along the bay is greater. There are restaurants galore and Mall of Asia is right across the street. Will be back!!

The hotel, the room, the food and the staff exceeded my expectations and I feel it is worth the rate I paid.
I appreciate the Security, the premises are clean with a clean, fresh-flower aroma; the staff anticipate your needs.
The bed is so comfortable and there are many lighting options in the room to meet your needs (I like the night-light setting)
The temperature controls worked just fine (one of my concerns in hot environments)

DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL. WORST BOOKING EXPERIENCE.
This property does not have a mobile number which is very Jurassic for a 5-star hotel?. To make a reservation you need to call directly at their property and their email booking service is like a turtle. VERY SLOW IN RESPONSE.

Their reservation agents are giving you WRONG and MISLEADING information and they will place your call on long hold and eventually be disconnected. I called and talked with their agents twice (different persons) and got cut-off while they place me on a long hold.

The 3rd time/ 3rd reservation agent just passed my call to another person (4th) and this person told me that THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING VOUCHER BOOKINGS. According to the lady, VOUCHER CLASSIFICATION are less prioritize (less value) compared to DIRECT BOOKING. WOW!!! I bought this hotel vouchers at the SMX TRAVEL EXPO, IT IS AN OPEN DATED HOTEL VOUCHER. SO DON'T BUY THERE VOUCHERS. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LESS.

According to the two reservation agents that I was talking too earlier, there are available rooms on my preferred date. BUT the 3rd RESERVATION agent, told me NO AVAILABLE ROOMS ANYMORE FOR MY ROOM CLASSIFICATION AND VOUCHER BOOKINGS CAN'T BE USED DESPITE THE AVAILABILITY OF my room category which is BAY VIEW DELUXE ROOM.

I had to move my preferred booking date on a another date and they BOOKED ME ON THE CITY VIEW. which is very far from the room category of my voucher which is BAY VIEW.

If you want a hassle free booking accommodation. JUST BOOK IN A DIFFERENT HOTEL. I have made bookings to Sofitel, Shagrila properties (EDSA,MAKATI,Boracay), Fairmont, Fairways, Huma Resorts and other high-end hotels and resort. Everything was smooth and my vouchers were treated equally by the reservation agents. BUT THIS ONE WAS WAY BELOW THE STANDARDS. THIS PUSHED ME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW.

Good service is a must and I give their staff 5 stars! Everyone is helpful and smiling always. They also remember if you've been there before. If you get executive perks the food is worth it. It's like having breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks w/ drinks too! Nice location, walking distance to SM MOA mall for all your needs, pinoy treats and souvenirs.

Fantastic hotel, with friendly service and great bar/restaurants. The rooms are modern and quite comfortable. The bar has a great outdoors seating area with a nice view. Large pool is available and the breakfast buffet is outstanding! It offers everything you would be looking for and more. My only complaint is that it takes forever to get a coffee or refill.

Great mall. Nice sized Healthy Options, Directiors Club Cinema, Starbucks Reserve, etc. They focus on quality, not quantity.

An upscale mall that adds flare to the Mall of Asia complex. It's a small mall but it has a lot of big brands. Get your wallets ready for a different shopping experience.

Love the location, near Mall of Asia and facing the bay, easy to find food within walking distance. Also great location for a morning run by the sea. I am not picky about hotel beds and pillows, but Conrad's are just really nice and fluffy without being too soft (they have various options of pillows). Also really like the sofa by the window. Very good options of breakfast menu with freshly brewed coffee. Oh, and friendly staff too.

If luxury is what your searching for, then conrad manila can offer it to you. There's buffet with different cuisine that can satisfy your hunger and thirst for delicious food and beverages. There's hotel for your accomodation. There's direct access to the mall. You can spend quality time with your family at conrad manila. I'm satisfied with their service.

I'm a Hilton Honours Gold member. This hotel is absolutely fantastic. My status was recognized right away and I was given my benefits without having to ask for it. I was upgraded to a Panaromic View room from a regular room. Absolutely stunning. I just wish there was more designation for status members as I feel like anyone could line up at the Hilton honours line. Breakfast had great options and I was full every time I went. Lots of art work inside the hotel which added a really luxurious vibe.

I highly recommend the spa. I can not even describe in words how absolutely amazing it is. The facilities itself is top notch.

Both Hilton and Conrad in Manila are fantastic and well maintained.

I liked the spacious rooms and the overall appearance. Having a direct link to MOA gave an additional factor in it.

I attended a wedding held at thrit ballroom. I was really nice and would consider holding my events there also.

I like Conrad Hotel. I have a friend who stayed here and professes that the service is good and food is great. It is also friendly because it has access to SM mall of Asia without getting wet during rainy season or going under the heat of the sun. The hotel can stand alone because it has a wide array of restaurants and cafe to choose from.

Top of the line luxury hotels. I do not know where to begin. The staff is friendly, there is art everywhere, the building itself is structurally pleasing. The room has remote controlled blinds, a waterfall shower, there is even a pillow menu where you can choose the firmness or softness of your pillows. Your stay will definitely be enjoyable.

New and a bit on the pricey side. Location is good though.

This place is magnificently beautiful! Great service, staff is very helpful and friendly, the place is very modern but comfortable. Great room views of Manila Bay, easy walk way to Mall of Asia and lots of restaurants to choose from. Will stay here again and again!!! Love it here

The room is great. Overlooking the inticing swimming pool and the manila bay... Connected to sm mall of asia so shopping is vrry convinient..

Rejected at check-in counter due to covid19, despite having got a booking confirmation. I understand virus related restrictions. But i should have been informed from the website and my booking should have been rejected at the time of my online booking. Not at the hotel counter after having driven 100kms, all the way from Angeles City.
