Hello I have been to this store to buy some furnit...

Hello I have been to this store to buy some furniture.
It s very expensive for what it is because it s very poor quality.
I wanted to cancel an item in my order the salespeople did not know how to do it and nor advise they were very lousy and the reception was not there and unprofessional.
I advise against going to this store and spending your money.
Go to other stores that might offer better quality furniture.

If you have to make purchases in home appliances or furniture that should not be your first choice do not hesitate to compare with other more competent brands like Ikea or House Deposit (which oddly belongs to Conforma but with a quality ratio more interesting price)

We had a safe bed delivered for around 500 last November. The box spring broke during installation. Responsive after-sales service, they ordered the part again but could not make an appointment for a delivery. We've been sleeping on a broken chest bed for 9 MONTHS, almost impossible to open or close. Impossible to take a delivery date for the part arrived 8 months ago in their premises. Every time I call, I am told that I will be called back the next day to plan the thing ... So I have no other choice but to leave a notice. I clearly do not advocate conforama because of this

10 days between order and delivery announced by the seller -> result washing machine arrival 3 weeks after order, time slot scheduled between 9h and 11h the machine arrived at 13h10. Service cost 25 -> no commercial gesture to catch up. Clearly conforama has nothing to do with its customers -> conclusion I will go to another sign.

SAV cardboard, we went home to a piece of furniture that, after opening, rather resembled a piece of furniture used: STRIP - POCS - dust etc. Reply from the service? Check back with pictures (because they do not have a mail service !!!) to recommend parts that will arrive in do not know how long, and then come back to pick them up. The customer is king ... but with them, we wonder the king of what!

Convertible sofa ordered in October, for not having to rent a van we made the choice to have the sofa delivered. Sofa delivered late October, we realized that the deliverymen have holes in our wall delivery, hole they have of course hidden behind the sofa without notifying.
As soon as we realized it we called saint priest's customer service to ask for compensation. Then follow emails without any return, many calls that never allow to fall on the person taking care of the file ...
Done having happened in October 2018, still not news .. service at the top !!

Hello I buy a kitchen to conforama I order them to measure it cost me 1200 euros. The worry is that it took more than 1 month or 2 the day I received my order I waited 2:30 I have control of the receipt of articles it's really weird their operation good ki recapitulates the whole the order when i wanted to mount it i took 3 months because the plant that have to custom built the day of purchase is not that i have today i miss 1 drawer door plus work plan 65 instead of 60 and the height c kelle does not look at all that of the plant I have to call 2 professional to understand if it's me who hovers or c really a big furniture problem not fit the 2 people my affirmed that I would have said to have a piece of furniture of angle my conforama has none. My day of purchase it did not mean to me that I wanted that and more normally I should have had a piece of furniture of 100 and one of 80 and 60 instead I have a furniture of 80 and a 60 and 40 voilas pk I managed to mount more I have spent the day in such with no returne I move it my send to walk. My questions are the money he can do it my when it's question of problem or else ya ya nobody I really have the death against them because 1200 euros for 4 piece of furniture that did not want to feel the elaiment of the top that the bottom and yeah

Hello, first purchase from confo and last I bought a duvet cover 2 weeks ago that was not the right size I ask the cashier if it is wrong I can change she said yes keep on the checkout tiket I bring it back closed never open and the after-sales service tells me we don't change and we don't refund the texctil! I can understand if the packaging had been opened there was not! I would never set foot again! Incompetent and unpleasant staff! J is lost 35 but they lose customers !! apparently the staff feel royally crazy! With their old furniture from the 60s, I prefer handmade IKEA !!

Perfect price question, by advice there is a lot to say about the friendliness of the sellers on the sofa side! When a salesperson tells me not to buy a sofa because it is junk I say "then why do you sell it if you know it is poor?" Seller response "Ah but no, I am not selling anything, it is you who buy! (All in a very annoying ironic tone) the guy in question has graying hair, this is the 2nd time that we are dealing to him and obviously he is rude all year round !!! Go your way if you meet him, he got us so drunk that we went to buy a leather sofa from a competitor directly out of Conforama.

After buying a sofa, I had to make an appointment with the warehouse to rent a truck and remove it.
I called 30/40 times, no answer.
I went through the reception, telling them that it did not answer ... they still passes me the deposit, which once again does not answer.

At the warehouse 5, two glandus that give nothing without invoice, despite a bundle of ten sheets. You have to go to warehouse 1 or the store. Either they are lost, or they do not know what a customer is! Amazon will eat them if they do not organize better.

Terrible service:
-Only 2 cases out of 6 open during rush hour. Customers may complain, no, they will not open one more case.
- Bad reception at the depot.
-The advisers are absent subscribers on the shelves, this is discouraging.
-Website that keeps bugging.
- Surcharged call if you want even information about the delivery (they will deliver you to the bottom of your building if you buy furniture from partners via their site, great !!).

Disappointed with my last library purchase, I still wanted to see their offer of bagless vacuum cleaners. Darty - store just opposite - offered the same Moulinex model 10 euros more than the one I bought at the price of 89.90 euros instead of 99.90. Not yet tested but I trust the quality mark. Satisfied therefore with this last purchase.

A shame this store deserves at best to be closed at worst to be burnt down. The furniture in kit are of the finished doub. IKEA's are comparatively the pinnacle of sophistication. I am returning my store card to them today.

Checkout at 7:15 pm, just 3min to get to the depot right behind, and the security guard will not let you in, and make you feel guilty for coming too late. So I decide to go back to the reception where the lady sees me arrive and close the door just before I pass it by passing the message "Dear customer the store has just closed ....", the security agent seeing my annoyance behind the glass doors decides to open me so that I can at least express myself ...
I ask that someone go to get me my computer or to have a refund, but the lady of the reception (to the end, decides otherwise), it was necessary to wait 20h, a lot of nervousness, stress, insistently, to get a refund, the latter wanting to force me to come back the next day to get my computer.

Purchased a bed which when fitted was not the right size. Packaging error. Conclusion, redo the bed and then bring it back to recommend one that may arrive in a month. Zero customer service. Everyone doesn't care.

To avoid, I contacted them by tel. a first time and I had them. They pass me the service concerned and I hang up before I have them after more than 1 minute of waiting. I called four times in vain and then I had them again after long minutes of waiting. When I tell them (gently) that they are hard to reach, I'm hung up on my nose. Fed up. I call the Caluire store who picks me up after the first ring and answers me right away. Zap St Priest and I recommend Caluire who deserves its 5 stars. St Priest does not even deserve 1 star.
