TERRIBLE customer service. I was a member of this gym for 3 years, I've left now and would never return.

Excellent service, a bit expensive but its definitely the best gym in Auckland

Great gym. Seems like almost too many people but I like the energy as a result here as it is very contagious.

A range of great classes in the evening, with lots of times to choose from. I love that there's a women's only area, as I feel much more comfortable working out there. Friendly staff and awesome group fitness instructors.

great gym always enjoy going to Les mills the gym is always clean and tidy. The classes are great all though it would be good if the instructors of the classes would help and explain what do when your new to the classes other than that its a good gym just a bit difficult going into classes you haven't done and not told what to do really or just not had the help.

2 weights room. Both great. Good cardio room. Good parking. Never too busy. Friendly staff. Plenty of equipment.

The worst ever gym i have been to. They are just money cravers. Just don t sign their contracts. They charge huge termination fee. My story is i wanted to terminate my contract in Feb. Was asked to pay $75 to terminate. They requested if we can hold on for 3 months before we terminate. They said they would call me before they activate the membership so i can decide whether to terminate. They haven t given any reminder call and started deducting membership fee again. When i called them to terminate, they charged me $120 as termination fee. Inspite of no.of email discussing about hardships of COVID-19. They haven t considered m. They are just dishonest and unethical. Would never never go back again. Definitely wouldn t recommend to my friends neither. Never Never sign any contracts with them.Very nasty people and greedy management.

Like usual, this Les Mills club is well kitted out and by the looks of the weights, not too long ago. Change rooms have nice, large saunas but unlike the City gym, no spa or steam room.

Such an amazing variety of classes and times. I never have an excuse not to go.

Will always come back to Les Mills. A bit pricey but well kept equipment, awesome trainers who balance out friendly advice and just leaving you to your workout. Most members more concerned with fashionable gym gear as opposed to actually working out but to each his own. Love this place, amazing customer service, incredible classes (grit, pump, attack, body balance are my favourites). Love the sauna and shower facilities, great gym.

Equipment is good, staff could do with a LOT more training on basic people skills.

Why so expensive? I don't see any swimming pool or any kind of sports for fitness than why so expensive. I can join a fitness club with the same price or even less with swimming pool and other sports facilities. Not worth spending so much money on just a mere gym

Though some of the equipment is a bit old, it's all kept in great condition. Toilet and bathroom facilities are nice, and always clean. Having a sauna is a great plus.
Staff are lovely too.

Only did a one week trial but staff were friendly and helpful and would definitely go back if I hadn't moved away from area

It's been amazing working out at les Mills. A bit pricy but worth the money.
Clean and tidy equipments. Just one suggestion towards the equipment. The gym has zero equipments focusing on the abductors. Adding an abductor machine or any machine working on the abductors would just makes thing more balanced

Awesome place, awesome vibes. A lot of gear to go round. Place is absolutely pumping and the staff are real nice.

Nice big gym with great facilities just classes always seem to packed in the morning and had to pay extra for RPM when I was there now it's free/included in membership

Les Mills New Lynn is unique, as in its People (staff included) are really! really! Friendly. It's not all about trying to look good & be seen but to enjoy & socialize while maintaining good habits like being regular & being & feeling part of something that's good for you all while making some really good connections with like minded people. It's A very supportive atmosphere. People are incouraging not intimidating. It's a Gym where you go to get fit not feel you have to be fit to fit in ( pardon the pun).
All the Girl & Guys who work there are all awsome ( dunno where they get them from cause they've all been top people & you don't get any places from my experience, that consistently find them) they've all fitted in with the... keeping it real almost Family atmosphere. That New Lynn Les Mills has

Great large gym at new Lynn. Good classes with great trainers. Equipment in good condition and large selection so you don't need to wait around. Toilets are huge, but sometimes changing area smells a little. Receptionists are always smiling and friendly greeting you, take my five stars.

Great place to work out. There is a lot of equipment & music. It offers different classes, personal trainers & even has separate gender gyms & mixed gyms which you use to your personal fitness level. There's also showers & a sauna in the changing rooms.

Was here for 11 years, the only good thing about this gym is the equipment, well most of it. Staff are useless and constantly mocking other gym members. Yeah West Auckland is the best... but this gym is far from it. You're better off joining another gym which is heaps cheaper cause this place is overrated/overpriced for what it provides.

Good people good place spend a lot of time there awesome boxing class and a top level coach that gets the most out of you so many classes well designed clean tidy well run friendly and affordable the best example of a gym that i can find

been with Les mills for a long time on fixed contract, suddenly got email from someone called Jackie last week notify of membership fee increased. After compared the prices We Cancelled both memberships with them and joined city fitness it s only $6.99 a week.
We are so shocked at the differences in price as we had been paying les mills $44 weekly for the last 20 years.
DO Shop around people DONT get ripped off by les Mills.
