Cannes shop charge u full price when item is in sale

Purchased fold up bed from their Cannes shop - it was reduced by 23 euros - we bought some bedding with it as well - we didn’t realise until we got home that they charged us the full price. Even though we spoke to a salesperson & they gave us a ticket to go to the checkout with. We tried ringing the number online and on the bill - and the number doesn’t appear to exist - so we wasted our time trying to ring them. Now we have to go back to the shop to get our money back. I will never buy anything from there again - it is just down the road and they have a good choice but I don’t appreciate being overcharged and having my time wasted - I will go elsewhere for the rest of the furniture we have to buy over the next few days.

We must have recommended a new tray but the ordering person (besides being rude) only ordered half of us! We had to recommend the other half again and are still waiting for it. The staff did not seem really interested in finding it and asked me to go back despite the time that separates me from the store. To top, the next day 03.12 I received an email indicating that my package had been waiting for me for 3 days and that it was necessary to come to recover it.
