Mark Dawson, sales rep, lied to me about my downpayment. Sold me a car and made me leave it the next day. He was very unprofessional and non-chalant. He was asked if could help us get a ride by the finance team and in-front of my girlfriend and i said it was not his problem. We were stuck there until we were able to get funds for uber an hour and a half later due to miscommunication on funds. All managers are aware of this situation including the GM.
