My name is Anita, I went to three dealerships and I guess because I'm a women most salesmen think they can take advantage of me. Well Hank didn't, When I went to Concordville, I looked around saw most the employees sitting around, and one on the phone. The guy on the phone was named Hank and he was the one who ran up to greet me. I explained my situation and frustrations to him. He spent about 2 days with me going over options. Hank got me $300 more for my trade then any other dealer offered and beat the rate and monthly payment by a lot. Women out there please go to someone who won't try to get over on is. Hank go in and ask for Hank.
