The parts department is garbage I went in yesterday (1/2/2020) to buy some parts for my 2016 Toyota Corolla I bought at this same dealer. The 2 guys behind the counter did not want sell me the parts. I provided exact year model engine and trim of the car. They even looked it up using my phone number and knew exactly what car I had bought there 4 years ago. I assume they wanted me to bring the car to their techs and charge me a fortune for something very simple anyone can do with a very basic tool set. Just sell me the parts and take my money. Oh well I just went and bought the parts somewhere else. Thanks for the no help.

A bunch of deceptions, I financed a car a few years ago from this dealer, my car had 100,000 miles warranty bumper to bumper. I put 50,000 miles on car was told to bring my car for tuneup,I went there I asked them am i being charged for this tuneup? They said no you still have warranty,I signed the paper works when they done i was leaving they asked me to pay $700 I really shocked Said are you kidding me they said no you have to pay, I went to the manager s office talked to them didn t change any thing,finally paid $700 DO NOT sign any paper Before reading or reviewing the documents.
I was told nothing but original Toyota parts were going to be used on my 25000 mile service. When I got it back I noticed they had used Pennzoil oil and not Toyota oil. When asked about it the the sales person said Toyota don't have their own brand oil, I told him you sell it in your parts store. Anyway the bottom line the people that sign you in and the service department seem like two different companies not knowing what each other are saying or doing, resulting in poor customer service.

Usually I have a great experience. So much so that i usually buy the service plan.I have bought my last two Tacomas from Concord Toyota. This time was different. I scheduled, in advance, and oil change for my truck as it was covered by my plan. I arrived on time and was told it might take a little longer than usual due to alot of people getting service. No biggie, a little longer on an oil change, right? 5 hours later, I am still waiting to have the job finished! I would understand if I was a walk in, but I was scheduled for an appt! Not cool.
Try to avoid the shuttle service. Get a neighbor or someone to drive you especially if you live outside of Concord. Very busy in the morning with full van. You can wait a long time for home pickup again with many stops.

I started searching for a good deal on a new Corolla online and was reached out by Concord Toyota, amongst others. They gave me the best deal in a 60 mile radius. They also gave me a good deal on my trade in. The whole process was super smooth. Lisa, the general manager, and other staff are super friendly and caring. By far the best car purchasing process I've ever experienced.

We bought a brand new Rav4 there yesterday and I do not have enough good things to say about this place. Every single person that we talked to there, from the sales people to the manager, were extremely pleasant and professional. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and satisfied with our purchase. Pong made us feel at ease and confident throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about all vehicles and was sure to make us feel as though we were choosing the right car for us. He even confirmed that the previous dealer we had visited had been dishonest with their pricing and even their sales tactics.
We don't live in Concord, but will be returning to Concord Toyota for maintenance any future purchases without a doubt.
I bought a new Rav from Concord Toyota and have had two free services so far, covered under the 20k miles or 2years initial ToyotaCare. Both servives were excellent, the most recent on Monday being particularly speedy. I prefer to get this type of thing done early in the day, so from my 7:20am appointment I waited for about 70minutes for a regular oil change, tire rotation, and other necessary updates. I will, of course, return again for my next service! Thank you Toyota Concord.
A terrible place to buy a car. I went with a friend and once they noticed we were first time buyers they tricked us and lied to us. We confirmed the total price, but then there was $8,000 difference . We went the next day to negotiate the price, they said it was impossible to bring any changes. Very bad people working there

So yesterday (Thursday Oct 15th) I had come in to get my Car Alarm installed on my New 2015 Toyota Prius that I just got last Friday, I had made the appointment on Monday with the service department, and that took 3 times to call because the automated phone service kept restarting from the beginning because nobody would pick up the phone, so I made my appointment for Thursday @ 2:45pm, and I show up @ 2:15pm to be safe, I had them take my car, and then around 3:32pm I got a call from the service department asking me why I'm here and if there is something wrong with your alarm, and I said NO, I'm here to get my car alarm installed, he said no problem will take care of that right away. So after that I waited another 30 minutes and I had the front desk call Chris who is in charge of the alarm installs, he comes out I explain what's going on and he stated that he didn't have me on schedule, he went to check on something and came back 10 mins later saying the alarm guys is no longer here and that he is in Sacramento and he can't get him out here to do the install. (wait but I thought I made the appointment, and also got a confirmation email from Toyota...?) Anyways, at this point I was not happy because I just wasted 2 hours of my time, and I went over to the sales manager and told him the story and told him I no longer want the alarm, by the way I asked to have my car washed (the least they can do after hours of waiting), and that took 45mins. WOW!...I told the manager that I hope this is not the beginning of bad service to my vehicle.

Both salesman that I got a chance to work with were extremely helpful and professional. On the first day, I was able to work with Jose, and he really took the time to hear me out on what type of car I wanted. He was able to work with me and give me different options for the car I wanted. On the second day, I worked with Kumle, and the transition was extremely smooth. He was fully aware of the car and deals that were being offered to me. Same thing as the finance person who I did the contract with - extremely professional.
Lisa Piombo was a jewel to work with. She had my new Prius ready to go when I traveled down to pick it up.
The Prius is everything I expected as I was replacing a 2008.

My complaints for the 6 service visits so far at Concord Toyota are far too many to reiterate on this forum. Simply said, they are TERRIBLE. I have switched service locations to Dublin Toyota. It's a farther drive, but they are responsible, pleasant and courteous.

I took my car today for 25000 miles service ( no oil change included), and I was done within 40 minutes. Shanden was , my representative, at Concord Toyota was very kind and customer friendly!
Even though i live in Antioch close to Antioch Toyota but i always go all the way to Concord Toyota for the excellence in service and extra mile they go to provide best and fast service always. Din't had a quiet same experience while i was shopping for a car so ended up buying from Livermore Toyota.
But service is exceptionally best.
One of the times when i had a maintenance scheduled for my Prius, my wife accidentally scratched our car while driving out of the parking lot. However without any delays, the gentleman (one of the service advisors) immediately took over the control and buffed of the scratches. Even made it better than before.
My second experience, the service advisor named Randolph Pinpin went extra mile and did an excellent job again.

I have never had a problem with the Service Department at Concord Toyota. However, when dropping off the vehicle in the morning, be warned that you can wait a long time for a shuttle. I usually need a shuttle to take me to the Concord BART station. Depending on your luck, you can wait 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or, as was the case for my last visit, 40 minutes for a shuttle to show up. I know they are busy in the morning, and that they only have only so many shuttles, but it would be nice if the service department can take initiative when they know the shuttle has just left, and ask one of the other workers to step in and give the customer a quick ride to the BART station. I have experienced this type of service at other dealers.
Easy to schedule. Easy drop off. Reliable friendly service advisors. Good coffee machine for waiting. Fast service in my two visits.

Recently, my wife and I brought a brand new RAV4 from Concord Toyota. Prior to the purchase, we did a lot of researches online about RAV4, and Toyota dealerships around our areas. In addition, we also contacted a few Toyota dealerships. Craig Selbach of Concord Toyota handled our calls, and he was very patient and thorough, calling back from time to time to see if there was any unanswered question. The entire process was handled by him very professionally, no high pressure sales pitch, no nonsense. We are very happy with the car, and very impressed with people working there, it is the place to get your next Toyota!

Horrible they were supposed to buff out a small scratch on the side door as I was signing the paperwork to buy the car. We left when it was dusk and didn't notice the damage until the next day in the sunlight! BUT they proceeded to buff the whole car and cause terrible swirl marks in the clear coat! and they even buffed the headlights that are now permanently scratched! Unbelievable unprofessional, terrible place!

I scheduled my 60000mls service for 12:30pm but took it in early , so the service writer tells me it will take them more than 2 hours, so i left the car eith them at10:30a and the service was done in less than an hour. But DO NOT SERVICE CAR WITHOUT APPOINTMENT, but at thr time of buying new car they will get on their knees and will clean and polish it for you. With the purchase of service agreement, the writer tells me they will check if it needs replacement BUT per service , it needs replacement.... They send coupon for car wash but they wont do a complimentary wash due to drought....not buying my next car from here...

The service department is the absolute worst! Over two hour wait to have the tires rotated with an appointment. Don't plan on getting any warranty work done either, they'll find a reason why it's not a warranty item.
Has always been good. Easy to make appointment, and they are always ready for you. Competent and friendly service advisors. Work always done right.
Unethical mechanics, my girlfriend gets her service here under warranty. Goes in for an oil change and is told her front brake pads are under 30% and getting low. Starts to talk about safety and how it s good to get them done now. I tell her not to fix them yet as we haven t heard anything, we take them to a regular mechanic and the brakes aren t even past 50%. This is your classic car dealer trying to make as much money off of people that don t know much about cars. Also on top of this, half of staff not in masks inside and floors/bathrooms are dirty. It is clear they aren t following covid-19 restrictions and have switched janitorial service since 2017 when car was purchased.
Generally I have had good experiences at Concord Toyota. They usually have free donuts and coffee in the mornings. Their shuttle service is easy and convenient. The drivers are very nice. They might even throw in a free car wash with your service if you're lucky. My only complaint is that the prices for service are really varied and can sometimes be pretty steep. I realize this is a dealership and I should probably expect high prices, but that's my two cents nevertheless.
No one called to follow up my concerns regarding the 5k service.
I just need a maintenance service on my 2015 Prius. Check in was quick, the work was completed in a timely manner, plus I got a free car wash! I always feel this dealership keeps my car in great condition so it will last a long rime. I always leave with the peace of mind the work was done well and they don t push me to get unneeded services.

I brought my car in, it was checked out for engine light displaying, problem located and problem resolved. Cost me $190 to figure out it was my fault for not clicking the gas cap when locking it. Now I know.
I had exceptional service when I purchased my car over the weekend. I went in not knowing I was going to leave with a car. Ronny Pope listened to what I wanted and offered me other alternatives and didn't push me to look or see anything I didn't like. This was my first ever car purchase so I was very anxious and detail oriented and not only was Jasmine able to answer all of my questions but she made the whole experience simple, calm, and enjoyable. She worked really hard on finding the exact car my wife and I were looking for and in the same day she drove 50 miles to go pick it up, helped us find and set up the right car insurance for us, gave us a full overview of the car and compared it to other models and even took it back to detailing herself to wipe it down one more time before we left. We couldn't be happier with the car and with the process, thanks to Jasmine. The whole Concord Toyota team seemed really great and we'll definitely be back in the future.

I recently had to bring my car in for the passenger side air bag inflator recall. I was able to easily make an appointment a week in advance. I had a 7am appointment and the service was done in 1.5 hours. Great experience
This is by far and away the best car dealership I have ever had a long term relationship with. I didn't buy my Tacoma here because they were in short supply and hard to find but I have used their service department for two years now. Every service advisor is polite, professional and freindly. Easy to schedule appointments and they get you in and out on time. They try their best to go above and beyond your needs!
The airbag module (due to a recall) was replaced properly and promptly before the end of the day
I was pleased how my car was being treated like car wash and some vacuum after performing 20k maintenance. Tony was awesome and was able to communicate easier since he knew some sign language. Thumb up!
