Purchased my new Avalon from Rolando. Best car buying experience ever. Quick and easy. Absolutely no pressure. Will definitely return to this dealership, and hopefully Rolando, for my next Toyota.

Update: The first buying experience was so pleasant, I also purchased a new Camry. The second purchase went just a smoothly as the first. If I buy another Toyota, they'll be the first dealership I visit.

What an incredible experience at my favorite dealership once again. I ve been trusting. I cord Toyota with my vehicle maintenance for years and am never disappointed. The service staff was courteous, thorough, efficient and as always treated me respectfully and professionally. The tech who fixed my Camry also took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and solution so that I felt at ease with the process. Always a great experience, especially if my all star favorites are there- Ken Lesley, Robert Lesley, Tony s Sawaya, Daric Mathis. They make a great team!

My wife and I were looking to lease our first vehicle. Nathan was at the front, and he had a calm communication style that resonated with us. He listened to and provided the information we were looking for. We let him know that we'd likely be back the following week. He followed up via text and a call to confirm we would be back and to have the vehicle we wanted ready. Leasing the car was simple enough, and relatively painless. Alex handled the financing portion very well, too.

This was the second dealership we visited while shopping for a lease option, and Nathan was the reason we went back. We didn't let Nathan know about comparative shopping we'd done until after we'd signed everything. He and Alex were able to provide terms that met our goals and budget without either party having to pressure the other.

Worst customer service. I felt like what I was saying wasnt taken seriously. Was it because I am female? I asked for certain things and it was ignored. Where is my car wash? How many times do I have to repeat myself to get a point across? I noticed that once I refused to rush into the decision of buying something the employee changed his tone. Like his customer service declined because i didnt want to buy what he offered at that moment. Now I KNOW FOR SURE not to buy anything from them. Horrible!

Billy is a Nice person since he was new and he introduce me to his senior sales or finance officer Nelson to discuss the pricing, Nelson the sales rep was so rude and ask me to leave because I just said that the monthly payment is too high. He told me that I never allow him to say a word so I have to leave now and we are not selling cars to you. Although I love Toyota brands,but I am not going back to buy any cars from this dealer

I bought a 2010 RAV4 a few years ago from an independent used car dealership. I didn't know it had a few recalls until Randy, the service manager, looked up my car and found out for me. Needless to say the service department TOOK CARE OF ME BIG TIME! They took care of all my car issues and I was back on the road in a few hours. Two thumbs up in my book, well done Randy!!!

UPDATED: After my post, the dealer asked me to contact them which I did. Initially I thought they would fulfill the promise they made but when they called back they were rude and said they would fulfill their promise only if I first removed this review. Do not waste your time and money on this dealership. They are not ethical and do not keep their word once they sell the car!

We like the vehicle (2020 4runner) but were less than impressed by the sales experience. As an example, we were told we would receive a replacement cup sleeve but it has not been received, and more importantly, no call to update us. We were also told the car would be detailed before we drove the car off the lot but clearly it was not.

We bought a dealer-used vehicle so I suppose they were happy to get rid of it but the service was unsatisfactory. This will be the last vehicle I buy from this dealer.

The star rating has been reduced because of the unsatisfactory service experience.

My experience at Concord Toyota has definitely topped my experiences at other Toyota dealerships. The customer service was outstanding and I appreciated how organized and smooth everything operated. It was nice to see what services were actually going to be done on my vehicle and the price, which is something I have lacked from other locations. I am definitely going to come back to Concord Toyota, and special thank you to Tony for all his help!

Originally went to Toyota to sell them my car. Ended up staying to buy a 2021 highlander.

Joe G was our salesman and was a pleasure to do business with. He kept it real with us, listened to our needs and ensured we left the lot with exactly what we wanted.

Unfortunately right before doing the deal, we ended up waiting for finance for 2 hours because of an accident that took their finance team down to 1 guy. Through all of that, Joe hung out with us, made us feel comfortable about the wait and then truly expedited the finance meeting. I couldn't appreciate that more after a long day of decisions and negotiations. He got us in and out of finance in 11 minutes. Hats off to the finance guy who truly knows what he was doing too!

My critical feedback to Concord Toyota is that they operate like a traditional car sales dealership. They are willing to negotiate but sometimes at the cost of convenience or time. A lot of the searching for the car you want and the price you want is done behind the scenes and it sometimes feels like it isn't fully explicit what the true cost is you will be paying until you get a paper indicating all line items. Despite having great people to work with, the process is a bit old-school. In contrast, before we bought the car at Concord Toyota we went to Walnut Creek Toyota to check out their deals and availability. Walnut Creek Toyota's approach is full transparency, they are sitting with you at the computer looking at all inventory and prices for all options. It's much more current in the way of the information age - we already know what we want, just filter the search and show us the price. I appreciated this a lot. It's unlike any car dealership I've ever experienced.

Concord Toyota was able to provide a better deal for what we wanted, however if they modernized their operations, allowed the customer to feel like they were part of the search (since we've done it online anyways) then I'd have a hard time giving any additional feedback!

Our sales person was wonderful. We found him to be professional and reliable. We thought he was honest with us.
I only give 4 stars because our wait was soooooo long til we received our vehicle. We arrived at the dealership at 5p and left at 10:45pm. It was excruciating and painful to wait so long.
I do not think this was the fault of our salesperson. Not sure if there were enough finance people to handle the business.
Definitely not a good experience to wait so long.

I went here on Monday, April 29, 2019. I have also been once before around 2011. They are on Meridian Park Boulevard, between Concord Avenue and Burnett Avenue, close to the post office and across from The Habit Burger Grill.

I am a big time Toyota fan given I have driven their cars since 2007 and also had a Corolla in the early 2000's. I am always on the lookout for who has the best dealership in the area, and I try not to go by a Toyota dealership without stopping by. I have used so many different Toyota dealers in the past to service my car, as I travel a lot.

I pulled up and parked near the service reception area. I noticed there was a valet station, but no valet.

At this dealer, I checked in on Yelp, and they offered a free tote bag just for doing that (see my pic). Sonic Automotive dealers often do this, as did Melody Toyota in San Bruno, where I got a very nice emergency car kit for just checking in in 2018. I went to the cashier's office to pick it up, as the coupon stated. There was no one there until about 10 minutes later when the employee came out of the back office. The employee said the bags were actually in the parts department. So I went there. There, the employee said it is not free, but you have to make a $25 purchase first. I told him that is not what the Yelp coupon said, but he went and showed me the dealer coupon on their website after showing my coupon to his boss. He did not want to give me the tote bag. I complained, and asked to speak to a supervisor. He then relented and gave me the bag for free, as a "one-time courtesy".

This whole experience was ridiculous. The coupon on Yelp said it was for free, with no conditions. If there are conditions, like having to make a purchase, Yelp always states that right on the offer. So it it Concord Toyota who messed up,and they are being reported to Yelp. This left an extremely sour taste in my mouth. All this hassle for a cheap tote bag? They sell similar fabric totes at Staples for $1, and many places just give them away during events!

That being said, I am not going to Concord Toyota ever again. They know nothing of customer service. You don't argue with a customer, especially if you are wrong in the first place, and especially over something that costs so little. Don't be contrary at first, then relent only when the customer escalates.

My experience in the other parts of the dealership there was acceptable. I did see a dirty children's play area with dirty rubbers mats on the floor, but I do not really care about that as I do not have kids.. The service department had a small waiting room with a TV, phone charging station, free coffee and hot chocolate, free wifi, and pastries which were empty (understandable, since this was early afternoon). Parking was a little tight, as it often is at dealers in the Bay Area, but I found a space close to the service reception area, as I stated before.

When I left, about 25 minutes after I entered, there was still no valet in the service reception area.

The previous time I had gone there around 2011, the valet at the service department insulted me. I do not feel like getting into the details for that as it is personal, so I won't.

I generally do not like leaving one star reviews, but I just don't feel this dealership has its act together. I don't want to come here again. Walnut Creek Toyota is better for this area.

Everyone we dealt with were kind and professional. Joe Grammatico initially reached out in response to my email. and met with us on the lot and appraised our trade in. Robert Schoevaars assisted us in finding the right car and explained all the comparisons in the different cars I was interested in. Lastly, Andy Garcha worked to get us a good finance rate. All 3 of these men really made the process so much easier than the last car I purchased.

I would highly recommend Concord Toyota to my family and friends.

Time management issues. There seem to be many friendly people here so I would like to leave a good review; unfortunately, on both of the last SCHEDULED service appointments there have been DELAYS and ISSUES delivering quality and on time results.

One occasion resulted in adding another day to my repair, with no unforeseen challenges or new findings this seemed unnecessary and/or poor planned. Impact: an evening and additional day without transportation. Note: After I found they improperly installed a part and had to return for fix.

2nd occasion with scheduled routine maintenance for 25k, after 3 hours of waiting for what should be under an hour (based on other toyota location turn-around times) they still were not finished... this was well beyond communicated expectations once again. Once I expressed concern for making my appointment the service tech was visibly irritated and claimed I was causing an "altercation" for asking when my car would be ready. Perhaps he did not understand the definition, but customer expectations of timing and communication seems pretty standard expectation.
I sincerely hope they can use this feedback for positive improvements.

I've been taking my cars to Concord Toyota for service since 1997. The service staff is always helpful and friendly. They pay attention to detail and are knowledgeable, thoughtful and considerate. The waiting area is big and comfortable. They've got coffee, donuts, a big TV and the chairs are stylish and super comfortable. They've got tables and outlets for your phone/laptop.

I'd give them 5 stars, except that my experience with the sales staff wasn't so great. The salesman didn't explain much and was in a big hurry to get my check. It was January 30th and he wanted my check so that he could make his January sales quota.I put a down payment with my credit card and would pay the rest by check from my savings account. My husband had the check book so I couldn't make it back until Feb 1st. Oh well. I'll probably buy a car from them in the future, but I'll just be more aware to ask more questions about the car features.

Rob gave me a few options, including Tacoma, 4runner, and Landcruiser. After more research, I decided to buy a runner. Rob sent me a message yesterday morning telling me that they had one in stock. I went there, checked out the car, really like it. I told the manager I want a deal, he offered me a price and I took it. No pressure, no push, I buy what I want, simple and pleasant. Our experience at Concord Toyota was exemplary. We have a Toyota dealership very close to our home in Alameda, but got a much better deal - in more than one way - in Concord. The reason our experience was so excellent was a knowledgeable, patient salesman named Singh. Before ultimately leasing the new Rav 4 from Singh, I test drove 8 other SUVs. I d had A LOT of dealings with A LOT of salespeople. We called Concord Toyota on a Sunday and left a message requesting some information. We assumed we d hear back on Monday. An hour or two later we got a call from Singh with all the information we d requested. Several more phone calls from us; several more prompt responses. We were favorably impressed.
When we narrowed down our selection to two SUVs, we met Singh in person. Both my husband and I appreciated his understated professionalism. He not only answered all of my questions, he wanted to show me specifically how all the functions worked. When there came a time that I thought we wouldn t end up with the car - I wanted a color combination that I didn t think they had - there was not an ounce of pressure, or any suggestion that the hours he spent with us was a waste of his time. He was very gracious about the whole thing.
Since we ve leased the car, I ve called him twice with questions and gotten immediate responses.

I had been in communication about a used vehicle for weeks with Jim Baas. I offered $600 more than sticker price as to meet halfway for closing fees and taxes, but I was rejected with the typical "we have no haggle prices". Really? No wiggle room (on fees) for a vehicle that's a decade old and being listed above standard value? Let's not kid ourselves here. A week later I was sent a text declaring "price reduction!", when in fact the price had not changed at all. Clearly, a blanket text sent out to all interested parties saves time, but doesn't really make you feel valued as a sincere potential buyer. Regardless, I reiterated my offer of $600 over sticker price, and was again refused with the scripted rigmarole. Another week passed by and I was sent a text that the price had dropped by $1000, but when I contacted the dealership the vehicle had been sold already... So there's no wiggle room for me, who's been waiting in line for weeks for this vehicle, but a giant price reduction for the rest of the public is in the cards? Ridiculous. All-in-all, I was strung along for weeks with back and forth banter while there was absolutely ZERO attempt to work with me on the final price, just to have the vehicle sold out from under me a few weeks later with a giant price reduction that I was told wasn't possible the entire month prior? Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional sales approach.

From the people who greet you as you drive in for service, to the Service Technicians, to the courtesy shuttle drivers, I have nothing but utmost respect and appreciation for their excellent customer-care and professionalism. The staff in the service department have done an outstanding job each time I've been in. My Rav4 hasn't needed much more than the standard oil change/tire rotations at every 5,000 mile mark, but they are super efficient, and get me back in my car and on the road in almost no time. Plus, they have a great system to communicate by text and call so that you know when your vehicle will be ready, and to ensure you're pleased with service. Each person I interacted with treated me, (and my car!) with respect; they explained what needed to be done, what they did, and how they were going to keep the car clean/safe while doing it. Tomas in service helped arrange a shuttle pick up for me from home to get back to my car and both he and the shuttle driver made an already great experience even better. Even the check-out process is a breeze. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for service.

He also keep me in the loop of the process while my car was being serviced. He mentioned some things that they will need to get my attention soon and give me a pricing on this repairs. Our buying experience at Concord Toyota on 2/15/2016 was the absolute worst auto buying experience ever. We got there about 3:00 and finally were able to leave about 9:00pm. The salesman was helpful but we were in the dealership for six hours, mostly waiting to see the finance/paperwork person. We kept being informed that it will just a little bit longer which turned out not to be true. Can't imagine what the hangup was but they sure need to change their procedures or slowly go out of business with no more customers. I will never go back, altho I will give them one chance to take care of our first service.

Our service advisor Daric Mathis was very knowledgeable and helpful. We have purchased two minivans from Concord Toyota, the first in 2006. It is always great when we can schedule an appointment with Daric. Over the years there were times when Daric's schedule was full and we had to schedule with someone else. Usually that worked out very well, but there was one time when the service advisor did not understand the difference between the parking brake and shifting an automatic transmission into park. I have just finished reading most of the 2014 reviews of customers' experiences at Concord Toyota. Obviously no one told the disgruntled customers about Lisa Piombo and her extraordinary success in helping people get the car they want when they want it. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the car business and treats everyone with respect. My family and several friends have been buying cars from her for at least 20 years and we are still recommending her to others. All their experiences working with Lisa to have the car that is best for them have been positive and satisfactory. I just turned in my 2013 Sienna because I wanted lower monthly payments and much better gas mileage. I now have a Blue Pearl RAV4 XLE and really like it. Lisa Piombo loves her profession she is excellent at what she does. All the awards on the walls of her office attest to her professionalism. Lisa Piombo has made a huge dent in the stereotypical view of a car salesperson. We, and Concord Toyota are lucky to have her. Thank you.

Working with Amer at Concord Toyota was a breath of fresh air. He was so responsive over text and email, and very understanding when I could not follow through on an initial test drive appointment. When I was able to come up, he could not have been more cordial and respectful. Amer was so excited about my 2020 Prius and answered all my questions and showed me all the features without me having to ask. On top of our test drive, he even took me to the bank where I had to go before they closed! Amer is a truly a decent human being who actually cares, which I found was hard to come by in the care sales world. His level of customer service stood out among the other car salesmen I have worked with, and even among the other employees at Concord Toyota. I came to Concord through the Costco Auto Program, which I strongly recommend. Amer gave me a good discount on top of the Costco discount, and I am very grateful for that.

Summary: If you are thinking of going to Concord for your new Toyota vehicle, here is my advice: (1) use the Costco auto dealer referral program (the membership is worth it) and (2) ask to work with Amer Mushtaq.

Horrible server. I addressed the problem of a broken bolt. They called me three times, I asked for leave from work, and three times they said sorry, we have no parts. the first time they have no bolt, the second time they have no sleeve, the rest of the month they waited for some woman. There is Tony service manager. He drove me by the nose for the whole month. I will never buy a Toyota car and will not be serviced by them. after such an attitude, I began to hate Toyota even more.

We went out to test drive the RAV4 and end up purchasing the car. Ronnie Pope was excellent, he sat us inside the car and pretty show what the car can do.They gave better deal than what our credit union. Really happy with our experience and Would come back in couple of months for another car.

Took a little longer than expected (2.5hrs) and the coffee machine down because of COVID-19. But very friendly and thorough. Had molding replaced near windows. Car is less than a year so they covered the cost. Dalton was very professional.
