Gerald is truly a godsend and an amazing service advisor. I never feel pressured to get repairs done, and he s very patient and doesn t mind explaining things to me several times. It s very refreshing to have such an honest person taking care of my car.

Overall grateful we were able to snag a Lunar Rock 4Runner TRD Pro from Concord Toyota, however, some customer service items must be noted.
When I first called in the beginning of January, the salesman I spoke with (don t remember his name) was very nonchalant and informed me of the $10K markup on top of the MSRP that the dealership had. He didn t sound enthusiastic or helpful at all. So I decided to contact other dealerships.
I called to follow up on 1/21/21 and was informed the buyer backed out and that there was one available. I spoke with Josh who was nice and helpful. I told him we would drop everything and head over right away from Daly City. As soon as we got there, we pretty much were taken care of. Josh had us fill out applications and we told him to ensure credit was not going to be run as we are in the process of obtaining a home loan. We informed him we were going to be paying for the car in full that day. He said he was absolutely sure that credit was not going to be run.
We finally get to the finance manager Angel and he presented us with credit notification forms to sign at which point we were dumbfounded as we were promised credit was not going to be run. Angel got his manager (didn t get his name), and he apologized, but also somewhat argued with us which I did not appreciate. He even stated it s $64K of course we have to run credit as there is so much fraud out there . Nevertheless if they made it clear from the beginning, it wouldn t have been an issue if that is a dealership requirement, but just be forthcoming and honest is all we ask. The manager didn t even offer anything to compensate for the trouble.
We finish up with the manager and back to Angel. His overall demeanor was let s get this over with and get you guys out of here! He didn t really explain anything to us - what we were signing and just asked for signatures. I had to keep stopping to ask what is this we re signing? It s never a good feeling when you feel rushed to sign important documents and not given a chance to review or ask questions.
All in all, we re happy we got the car, but customer service could have been much better. We ve purchased a total of over 7 Toyota vehicles and a Lexus (same company) over the years and have experienced outstanding customer service which is what we expect as a standard for the Toyota company!
Concord Toyota pretty good I bought a camera from them about a year ago don't you think I don't like about them it takes too damn long to get your car back when you take it in for an oil change or something like that 224 hours for an oil change then you have to either wait or have somebody pick you up and take you home and that's not right now
Edmunds exceeded my expectation. My car was well taken care of. I'm a busy working mom and when he told me about the omelette station I told him what I needed in my life was my car washed and not an omelette. I said that with the thought that getting my car washed was an impossibility there. When I got my car back it was not only washed but vacuumed inside. That ultimately saved me so much time and hassle! Thank you so much!
The experience and the customer service I received from Concord Toyota was professional and honesty. Daniel was upfront and honest from our first email communication. There was no BS and I was able to get what I wanted without doing whole a lot of work. I told Daniel what vehicle I wanted and I was able to get the price I wanted without even asking. I really appreciate his time and help. Overall I would Highly Recommend Concord Toyota for anyone who wants Honesty and Upfront Professional service.
Service Rep was good and so was picking up my vehicle but I made a appointment for 12pm and asked for it to be ready by 3pm and when I called at 3pm they said they need 20-30 more minutes. Why make a appointment if then if it's going to take longer than expected?
I went in dreading trying to find a new car, but was pleasantly surprised how low key and generally easy it was. Dario was beyond helpful and I m very happy we got to work with him while looking at our new car.
Although I live in Concord, I now go to the dealership in Walnut Creek for service. The first and only time I brought my Sienna in for an oil change, I showed up for my appointment and was told it would be 3-4 hours. For an oil change?! How long does it take if you don't have an appointment? I didn't have the time to sit there so I said I would pick it up tomorrow, I showed up the next day and they had FORGOTTEN TO CHANGE THE OIL! Whoops! They apologized and told me they would have it ready in 45 minutes. An hour goes by. I ask for an update. The service advisor went to check, then came back and made a call, and another call....couldn't find it. HE DIDN"T KNOW WHERE MY VAN WAS! Just as I am about to lose my mind, he finds it and tells me he is going to pull it around. Which he does. But then HE CAN"T FIND MY KEYS!. It's a keyless ignition and the van is running, so the key fob is in there somewhere. I went to find the service manager to tell him about the whole ordeal. He and another employee, plus the service advisor are all crawling around my van trying to find the keys. I snapped a great picture of this insanity. At last they found the (on top of the visor) and I was on my way. 36 hours later. As I am driving I see that the sticker has my next scheduled oil change for 3,000 miles...even though Toyota recommends oil changes at 5,000 or 10,000 miles (depending on whether you use conventional or synthetic oil). Are you kidding me?! This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. If my Sienna broke down right in front of this dealership, I would push it somewhere else.
I just wanted to take a quick second and let you know about my experience at Concord Toyota on 4/2/16. The experience with my salesman Jim Baas was superb! As well as the other staff members.
I had been eyeing a Toyota Rav4 for well over 13 years and when my Corolla finally went belly up I decided to jump on the chance. I knew the exact color and year I wanted. After extensive research I found it at Concord Toyota. I messaged the dealership and Jim quickly called me and we set up an early bird appointment for the next day. From the time I walked through the lot, the lobby and eventually being handed over to Jim, everybody was friendly and easy going.
Jim was very knowledgeable and helped make us feel comfortable with what we were buying. I was also impressed with his professionalism and patience even with the little snafu that arose. He was very easy and efficient to work with and explained all the various aspects of the deal and services. It made going thru the financing process less stressful as purchasing a car can be.
At end of it all, Jim shook my hand and congratulated me on the purchase of my beautiful Rav4. I was so excited I had him do the robot with me as seen by this pic. Thank you again for making it an incredible and positive experience.
When I dropped off my car at 7:00 am I was in a super rush to get back to work and left the car with a note of what happened to it.
Fortunately for me one of Concord Toyota's Top Service Consultant - Shanden Dodds took over and expedited the service request, managed the diagnostic procedure and got back to me ASAP on what was found, what was needed, options and costs.
Shanden Dodds is a natural when it comes to cars, but one of his expertise is he knows how to handle customer's and gets straight to the point in getting to the solution.
I am an engineer by training and Shanden exhibits similar traits to solving problems and especially skilled in handling customers.

Great experience - all the service guys were helpful, friendly and thoroughly answered all my questions. My car was done on time and the waiting area was pleasant and comfortable.
I have purchased three Camry and one Corolla from Concord Toyota in the past four years. I keep coming back to Concord Toyota because they give me the lowest price with the best buying expereance. Concord Toyota is the most honest , repectful car dealership I have done business with. If I am buying a Toyota, Concord Toyota is the only dealership I will do business with. I live in Solano County but I buy my toyota's from Rolando at Concord Toyota.
I brought my car in at 7:45 am for 2 recalls. I was told it would take the whole day so they provided a rental for me to pick up since all loaners were out(shuttle service was appreciated-nice kid) Randy was very helpful and kindly arranged everything, the rental, returning my calls, answering my questions throughout the day. Too bad I didn't know I was going to be charged by Enterprise. My car has no issues at the time, so I am simply happy with customer service and the warning of the duration of the repair. If only oil changes were more predictable and didn't take 3 hours.
The best ever experience buying a car. Yvonne Dibenedetto was the best ever. She didn't try to sell me something I didn't want and listened to what I did want. Angel in the credit dept was really an Angel and processed all that paper in a most speedy way. I went back to have the tech help me with some of the details, and Christian was so helpful and didn't make me feel dumb. If I ever buy another car, it will be at Concord Toyota.
Maintainence appointments are easy to schedule, and Tony and everyone else were very professional and friendly. I waited for my car for it's 10,000 mile service and it was ready to go in under an hour
Recently dropped my '14 Sequoia for 35k service. Completely professional and delivered on time as promised. Daric was helpful, friendly and efficient. Noticed my tires required replacement, again Daric was clear in explanation and cost, later brought Sequoia back since I was not able to remove wheel lugs and install locking wheel lugs. Daric returned with an impact wrench and I was off in 10 minutes; above and beyond. No mention of a charge. This has been the same consistent service since I purchased this vehicle, perfect.
I recently had my FJ Cruiser serviced at Concord Toyota. Gerald was assigned as my representative. I needed to have my alternator replaced as well as my front brake pads. Gerald was exceptional and very professional. He kept me updated and informed about everything. Concord Toyota service is outstanding. They are always courteous and do an excellent job on servicing my Prius. The pleasant waiting area with coffee and tea always available make the time pass quickly. I have also used their shuttle service when not waiting. Concord Toyota is definitely then place to have your maintenance and service done.
All I did was test drive some cars because I haven't heard back from the insurance company about my old presumably"totaled" car. The salesman understood and was low pressure about it.
The service center was very busy when I arrived, but I was greeted immediately. After a brief wait, my service advisor explained the scheduled service and showed me where to wait for a shuttle home. Ten minutes later I was home. Two hours later my car was ready. Service completed, the car was washed and waiting.
Definitely a decline in service since our main guy Anthony left to another office. We miss him. This time, after paying a few hundred dollars the car wasn't washed/vacuumed. After telling him one of the headlights was out, I ended up having to change it out myself b/c it wasn't done! We now suddenly have a hub cap missing, which he told me must've been missing when I brought it in. Just sub par service all around. And he had the nerve to ask for 5 stars on this review!
I was told that the crew was behind schedule due to someone being out sick, but they managed to service my vehicle very quickly regardless and with no extra hassle for me. Excellent service, and so far my car hasn't fallen apart, so I think we're all set. Thanks!
TERRIBLE. ASKED DEALERSHIP TO CHECK RATTLING NOISE FROM FRONT TIRES AND WAS TOLD STRUTS, MOUNTS, ETC. NEEDED REPLACING. FOR TWO WHEELS = $1600. WENT TO BIG O TIRES, TURNED OUT TO BE SWAY BAR AND MISSING BOLT = $190.00. HAPPENED AT LAST CHECKUP AS WELL - OVERPRICED ESTIMATE THAT A LOCAL MECHANIC FIXED FOR 1/3 OF THE COST.
I had never been to Concord Toyota, but my Hybrid Camry needed a major service (90k) and I wasn't very confident that other mechanics would know the workings of my hybrid as well so I took it here. Arvid helped me and he was extremely fair and reasonable. He offered me a better deal than any of the coupons I brought and was great about calling me to tell me what things didn't end up needing to be changed and what things I should consider changing. They were very accommodating and gave me a realistic time frame for when my car would be ready. Definitely coming back here for my next big service!
30k svc went good but had another issue with a clunk noise happening whening coming to a stop. Went with a test drive with mechanic to duplicate noise and mechanic heard it and documented the problem. Then they test drove another similar vehicle to see if it was doing the same and the other vehicle was doing same clunk noise when coming to stop. All in all problem didnt get fixed so they are trying to tell me that these trucks are supposed that. Called corporate and waiting to see wht they are going to do about this situation
Bought a brand new Tundra, has some issues with things not coming with the vehicle that should be included like a second key phob and manuals, but they were prompt in making it right. There are still assesorries I wanted to add like remote start and TRD exhaust and they won't answer me after the purchase to spend more money! (I guess that's a good thing). Their lounge for the wait during purchase sucks. When you are spending that much you would think they could kick down a decent beverage and snack like Dublin Toyota, Roseville Toyota or Jimmy Vaser Overall, they did a pretty good job I would recommend them. I do like Toyota One of Oakland too. I have bought a lot of Toyotas Overal there is a lot of good Toyota dealers in the Bay Area and on our next purchase coming I would talk to any of them. Walnut Creek who used to be hands down the best I s extremely rude!!! On several occasions. And their pricing is outrageous. Concord was a way better experience. Avoid Walnut creek at all cost!
No one ever picks up the phone even when they transfer you they don t pick their phone carless about customers to return phone calls I wouldn t want to buy from this place

Prompt, professional, everything was completed on time and exactly as he described. Shuttle service got me to BART right on time, and I had my repaired car back that evening. Kevin Kopacz should be fired. He failed to do his due diligence. He reached out to me wanting to purchase my car sight unseen, we scheduled an appointment to finish the paperwork. Myself and a second vehicle (driver) drove two hours, just to be told they weren't interested in the car. HUGE WASTE OF TIME!
Don t get your car serviced here . They do not honor warranty. Claim nothing is wrong with car when clearly the car is making a sound. Tomas Covinha is a horrible service advisor , very unprofessional . Walks around with attitude and very immature.
Just stopped in for breakfast only to find no donuts and both coffee machines out of order. Granted I didn't actually have an appointment, nor do I own a Toyota, but damn.
Always great dropping off the car for regular maintenance every 5,000 miles or so. My adviser, Mark Richardson is always so friendly and helpful. Purchasing the car was a breeze. I filled out the online form and within an hour, Rolando Catalan, contacted me to find out my preferences in a car and that he was looking for financers. It really made the process simple and straightforward. The coffee and donuts in the morning (if you're early enough to get some :)! ) are always appreciated. The shuttle drivers are always friendly (depending on the day though). Thank you always Concord Toyota!

I had a very positive experience at Concord Toyota. I went in because the lease on my current car (BMW i3) was about to be up and I wanted to look at my options. I was really interested in the RAV4. Damon Grant was the Sales Manager that was helping me. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was not a "pushy salesmen" which I thoroughly appreciated. It was almost like looking at cars with a friend that gave honest opinions.
After I decided on a vehicle, it came time for the finance part. This is honestly the part I dread the most about car shopping because it TAKES FOR EVER. I really appreciated how honest Damon was and let me know that I could leave and run some other errands/go home and chill and he would call me when there was just one more person ahead of me. It made the whole finance part of the experience much more pleasurable.

This dealership has a very high level of service. Get an early appt so you get processed faster. Mid morning can be sort of wait. They are very friendly and help you all the way to start to finish. They offer a sitting area with tv and free food and coffee and free shuttle service. Highly recommend. Never had any issues with repairs or service.
Great! Third time I've been there in about a week and everyone was still very friendly although I was a difficult customer who didn't know what I wanted. The wait to finalize was a little long and no water but, I'm sure this had to do with their COVID policies which were on point so actually appreciate the inconveniences experienced because they are doing everything to keep customers healthy. A+ protocol execution, in times like these and when making a big purchase, it's easy to lose sight of the bigger picture and feel it's only you but they are very competent in executing a safe process.
The last time I went to get my car serviced/worked on at toyota, it took them less than 2 minutes to fix it and I never had to get out of my car. The helpers outside were knowledgeable and very friendly. Great work toyota. I appreciate your service.

Wow. I can't believe this place. Not only do they overcharge, but almost all staff were walking around inside without masks. They make you come inside and wait in line to pay. Ironically, the person you pay is wearing a mask and behind a glass shield. But everyone else (it's all the SAME air space) is walking around - either fully unmasked or with masks pulled down to the side while they joke around.
My customer experience was excellent and I in fact brought in my Tacoma that I purchased in Berkeley to Concord because the customer service is superior. Derek is fantastic!
I had the pleasure of working with Nick the service advisor. He was very professional and went above and beyond to assist me. He gave me up to date information on my car which required a new transmission. Along with that he provided me with a rental car at no additional expense. I want to also thank Nick the service technician who swapped out my transmission. My car feels like it is brand new and I couldn't be happier. I couldn't be happier with Concord Toyota and would recommend them to anyone for service and purchase of a vehicle. My vehicle along with my sisters vehicle was purchased there. Along with my great experience I was greeted with kindness and professionalism from Service Advisors Gerald, Tony, and Marc, while Nick was writing me up. An A+ experience. Not only that, but the one time I called to get an update and couldn't speak with Nick, I spoke with Christian the customer service rep and he called me right away informing me with the progress of my vehicle. What more could I ask for. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced and purchase a new vehicle from Concord Toyota again. Awesome crew!
I would give then no stars if it was an option. Thoroughly disappointed with this dealership and my experience.I emailed about a car that I would like to see. I confirmed it was still available and said I would arrive at a certain time. At the beggining of the window that I provided I was asked to give the salesman a call. I was driving, as I was about 2 hours away. Got to the dealership and was told that the car was on "loan" and they have tried to contact the person who has it and they have not heard from them. Then I was asked to the office and shown numbers for another car, that the salesman obviously thought I should get. At that point I still was not even shown a car, just paper. I am the person spending my hard earned money on a car, wouldnt you think i would maybe choose a car first before negotiations start? It was all ran backwards if you ask me. This also seemed like a "bait and switch" on the dealers behalf. Oh by the was, the car I initially went down to see is still listed "for sale" on their website 12 hours after i left. Last I recall bait and switch is illegal in CA and can be reported to the attorney general's office.
The service representative helped me connect my new phone to the audio system. A task that eluded me even after studying the owner's manual. I'm sorry they don't wash cars after servicing--after all they recycle their wash water, unlike when I wash my car at home.

Let them do the regular maintenance on the family Camry two months ago. Found the coolant reservoir cap not closed this past Sunday morning. Less then minimum amount of coolant left. Came to Concord Toyota dealership knowing the maintenance department would be closed but still asked for help. Received no help but a sarcastic remark.
I was really disappointed. Made a air bag recall appt online for 2:40 pm and then when I got there they said recalls only in the morning!!! Huh!!!!!! Not right at all. And they didn t have a rental car like it stated online. WTH!!! I complained to management.
Mr Zek is a wonderful person who convinced me to buy this car and he has explained me well about the Toyota Venza. He is well mannered and taken good care of me during the purchase of this vehicle!!!

Our experience was excellent! Daniel is a great salesman and definitely an asset to Concord Toyota but I'm sure you already know that. He's a straight shooter and that was really important for my wife and I to feel secure in our purchase. That's probably the best quality to have as a salesman.

I was helped initially by Dalton when I brought my car in for engine problem he was friendly and very helpful. When I came back to look at cars I was help by Sam and he s helped find the best car for me. Towards the end Joshua help my mom and I transition from my old car to my new one. All of them were so helpful and I had a really good experience overall.
