I purchased two cars from Concord Toyota so far. Thanks to Daric Mathis, Service consultant who always gives me very thoughtful services and attentions. His warm welcome attitude makes me feel like I can walk in anytime without any hesitation. You know, sometime when you walk into the car dealer, feel like you are become their pray or you would be completely ignored. Not like that at all!
Guy Weirich, the head of mechanic team is awesome, too. He would listen your needs and give you an honest advice. I'm totally depending on him to take care of my car.
If my friend needs a car, I would highly recommend to contact with Daric. Thank you Concord Toyota!

After all this, they asked me to make an appointment for his car. This is not fair, take my time, and above that they always restrain me.

My service experience was good but when I got my car back from a 1.5 hour wait. It was not vacuumed or Windows washed. I would expect at least a window washing and an interior vacuum for spending over $350 and waiting.

I can get an oil change for way less and get complimentary window wash and vacuum.

I drove by last night around 6pm got off my truck and was looking at the tundras. I wasn't dressed up like no thug and as I was looking at trucks a guy came over PA and said you in the black truck if you don't leave the cops will be called I was really if you scene me in my truck then why not come out and tell me that nobody was around to help me and security purposes that nobody be on lot not say over mic that cops will be called . I have been shopping around for a truck and was looking to trade or put cash down but never will I come back to Concord Toyota again. If that's the way they treat somebody over the mic wonder how they will be face to face.

I was told by the internet manager that they are like CarMax and don t negotiate. They should have put this information online or emailed me back and stated that they don t negotiate their prices. Complete waste of my time. This place is trash!

We bought our 2014 Toyota Avalon from Concord Toyota and Craig Selbach. Frankly, we were expecting the usual frustrating car buying experience we have had many times before. Using Concord Toyota's participation in the Costco car buying program we were happy to have a very transparent and fair experience. Craig and the staff at this dealership made sure they delivered what was promised. We wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

We worked with Internet manager Singh for our Highlander purchase. The negotiation process was amazingly seamless! (a couple of emails and a phone call). Singh was terrific to work with, there were no pressure tactics at all, and provided a great price. At the dealership, Singh explained the car features thoroughly, and helped expedite the paperwork process. Bhupinder in finance was very friendly and efficient (offered add-on services, but no hard sell). All in all, a great purchase experience! I would definitely recommend Concord Toyota to friends and buy again at this dealership.

Staff was nice but the wait/queue line was awful. I arrived at 920am with a 940am appointment but said they could take me early. I was in my car waiting until 10am to hand my keys off to the service rep who was nice but they forgot about me. Everyone infront and behind got help and I was alone hanging out waiting for a rep. That's a really long time to sit and wait in my vehicle without anyone checking in on me which was disappointing. I normally go to Vallejo for service but you guys had a free slot in the morning. Likely want to go there in the future.

The drop off went very well. I was told my truck would be ready around 1:00. When I hadn't received a call by sometime after 2:00 I called. The person I talked to could find no information about me or my truck and had no idea what to do to find it. So I finally said I would come over there. When I got there I found out the truck was still being worked on. I had to wait another half hour before it was finished. I don't consider this very good service especially given the price dealerships require to do this work.

I have purchased many cars from Concord Toyota and have taken my cars there for service during the warranty period. This time I was very disappointed.
I had received a recall notice and made an appointment for yesterday morning at 9:20. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Dalton wrote up the order and told me he would call when it was ready. I spent that time running errand locally. I did not receive a call but returned at the allotted time, and asked the cashier of the status of my car. She did not know and went to find Dalton, saying to sit down and she would find me. I continued to wait. When no one came to find me I returned to inquire. They had not found found Dalton but someone else came to tell me they had not even started on my car and never bothered to tell me they were running late. This was well over 3 hours later! I wasted the entire morning! They offered me a rental which would require me to return today. I chose to leave. No recall repair, mad as hell and extremely frustrated. Very disappointing work Toyota.

My husband and I have owned 9 Toyotas over the past 25 years. We have leased and purchased exclusively from Toyota dealerships. A few days ago we made an appointment at Concord Toyota since our 2017 highlander lease was due to end in August. The service that we received from the sales rep was far from satisfactory. I felt that she was impatient, not thorough and basically rushed us through the deal. Actually it was the worst experience that we have had with a car sales person. In retrospect I wish we had walked out and tried another dealer. We ended up with an extremely high APR. This review and the star rating refers specifically to the sales person. The financial representative was especially kind and easy to work with and this review in no way reflects upon his work.

I had a great customer experience overall. Just needed a headlight change and they took care of it. I got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and was comfortable waiting around. Tony was my service consultant and I am satisfied with the response when my smart key function seemed to stopped working after bringing it in. Dumb luck I guess. Go here for the 6 hour oil change! Took my car in for an oil change at 11am. Told it would be ready by 12:30 - 1. By 2:30 hadn't heard anything so I called. "It will be done in another 30-45 minutes sir" which means they hadn't started it yet. Another hour goes by I finally get a message on my phone that its ready. That's 5 hours for an oil change folks. I need a ride in their shuttle but noone is answering the phone. 15 minutes later someone actually answered and the shuttle came. Once I get there, noone comes to talk to me. I had to ask for the "complimentary" inspection and by the looks of it, they missed the entire Fluids section. When they returned the car, the guy drove it around, opened the door and just walked out leaving it running. After a total of 6 hours from drop off to pick up, a "here's your car sir" would've been nice. Shame on them, it started out so nice with Gerald coming out to greet me and I felt comfortable leaving them my car. I would've spent any amount of money repairing it if someone had taken a couple of minutes to walk through the inspection with me. I'm in the market for a new car too, fat chance they will get any of my business ever again.

I'm updating my review from the original review since we got some excellent help from Cathyrine to help resolve an outstanding issue with fiance. The original issue with Finance, I would just tell folks to pay attention to the line items and not to focus on monthly payment.. Otherwise from the initial engagement, everything went fine and it was very smooth. Thank you Cathyrine and Singh for the wonderful service.

Your sales person Eva was excellent. She was well versed in the features of the Prius and very pleasant to work with. The sales manager was very accommodating.
The only negative item in the process was the fact that the car did not have a "FULL SIZE SPARE TIRE". If I had known this, it would have been a deal breaker. I acknowledge this a Toyota issue and not a dealer one; however, it should be known to the customer and a disclaimer form signed during purchase. This withholding information is a BIG NEGATIVE.

Shopping at Concord Toyota was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The salesperson, Stanley Starsmith was a wonderful person and a great salesman. He never pressured me at all to make decisions. Instead, he gave me the respect to make my own. No sales manager came to pressure me either. The finance manager, Angel Fierro was also a very professional and personable employee to deal with. I got all my questions answered clearly and concisely. I never felt ignored although the process took a while, as the dealership became very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Both Stanley and Angel came to me to explain how much longer I needed to wait at each step.
I love the Toyota Corolla I bought from Concord Toyota. I will recommend the dealership to anyone who might benefit from my experience there.

When I picked up my car after replacing auto battery (3 years old that Toyota put in), back seat were in such disheveled, grease stain on back passengers' seat , seat were not aligned. What a disappointment. Definitely not happy.

This car was serviced just a couple of months prior and battery was not checked that I was stranded with dead battery. About time to go somewhere else.

The service I received from Jonathan Diaz was phenomenal. He communicated everything with me from the moment I dropped off my car for servicing, to the time he had to notify me of having to leave my car at the dealership overnight last minute. Not only was he very honest and transparent about my car needing to stay overnight, but he made sure to have my car ready to be picked up the next morning!

I lifted my 4runner with Bilstein 5100s and EMU springs. Alignment was going to be difficult and I choose this dealership because my service adviser Nick was awesome on my first 5K service visit. My tech Sam was able to get it aligned perfect and I was satisfied. To top it off, Sam also drives a 5th Gen 4runner so he knew how to get the alignment right. These guys are good. I'll be back for the 10K service.

Bought a car here. It was used but you could tell a lot of pieces and parts were replaced and updated. The interior of the car was amazing and you could tell the previous owner took very good care of it.

A smell emitted from the engine on site and I asked if the transmission or brakes had been checked recently and they assured me the car was deemed safe.

Three days later I have a burnt smell. Out of curiosity I take it in for inspection.

One of the brakes has failed entirely and is wearing down the pads as I drive. The transmission also has barely any fluid.

Just don't buy from here.

I have been very pleased with the service provided by Concord Toyota. Had to do my 20K check up. I opted to have the vehicle washed as well. Super job!! Even vacuumed up the dog hair. Very impressed with the staff and service. Highly recommend them.

Went to Concord Toyota this morning for 90K maintenance on my car - Everyone did an excellent job from the person I dropped the car off with who went immediately to get my representative Daric (who was professional and helpful) to the employees that helped me at the counter and the gentleman that shuttled me to my drop off point. I arrived about 10 minutes before my 7 a.m. appointment and there was a long line of cars. Despite having to wait to get checked in most of the other cars I had later appointments and we're just dropping off. The service writer prioritized getting my car in because of the appointment. I was out in less than the 90 minutes promised.

Robert was very difficult to deal with, had at least an hour of going back and forth before we had agreed on how to proceed. Felt very rushed to get out and not sure I got the best deal. Did end up purchasing a vehicle but will definitely think twice about going back to this dealership.

Follow up it has been several days since I purchased this car and one of the tires blew up when I hit a tiny pothole, Robert said it was normal with the tires that are equipped on the car but that is not true my previous Acura had the same tires and not once did I ever have a tire look like that, additionally I used to drive a car with bigger rims and thinner tires and same thing I have never had a tire blow up like that.

I have been trying to reach management for several days and no response, when I bought the car it was dirty and the tank was at less than a quarter. Horrible dealership and I will not be returning here. Best of luck to the employees but also any new customer should make sure to check everything about the car because the dealership will not own up to mistakes.

I was told it would cost between $40 to $50 to patch. REALLY? I am now at America's Tire and it is completely FREE!

Got the dreaded "Check Hybrid System" warning on my 2013 Prius that has 143,000 miles. Went to Concord Toyota knowing this was a serious issue. My service consultant was Nick who did an outstanding job assisting me. Turned out the car needed a repair that would cost in excess of $3,000.00.
Nick did some research and found out that through some fluke the repair would be covered by the original warranty. The only thing I had to pay was for an oil change I asked to have done along with the repair.
They kept the car overnight and the following morning I got a call from Nick giving me an update and letting me know my car would be ready. I picked up the car that afternoon and it is running perfect. Many thanks to Nick and the very professional staff at Concord Toyota.

Went there Tuesday and Wednesday was there really late on Tuesday ant the finance manager Andy did his best to help me that night (there was only 15 minutes until closing) the next day I came in with the stuff he asked for the sales associate Kelli was very kind and helpful on getting into a car I love. I've been dealing with other places but Kelli Andy and Damon went above and beyond to help my family get into a new (to us) car. Over all best car buying experience I recommend them highly. Way better then my experience at Antioch Auto center. Thank you guys so much!!

I got my prius hybrid battery replaced in Concord Toyota service. I've been working with them for a long time. Except an inconsistent quoting a couple of times they Usually do a good job. This time Arvid was very helpful getting it done in short time. I was happy when I found a 15% discount coupon at home. I was skeptical whether they accept to deduct such a big amount. But after going through few details on the coupon Arvid agreed with me and was very helpful to get his manager on board.
