Great service Derrick is my favorite Advisor I hope TOYOTA promote him he's a great man. But the shuttle system drivers are really bad people and they dont think care of the customer, they need to change them ,otherwise it's going to have a bad impact on this branch reputation.

This Monday of rest, I went to Concord Toyota to unload the cars, a person saw me and began to show me the cars and I wondered what kind of car he was looking for and I said and everything was fine but when I wonder if he wanted to try if he could To qualify for a car, I told him that if I could use the itin number, I would say that if I thought that all the Toyota worked the same, but I deserved this diler especially because they were some questions about legal misconduction, I felt a little confused because in other toyota dilers They ask that as in toyota milpitas and I think that here in concord they are different especially the manager although he was Latin he was a bit sharp with his answers and questions I told him that I would return with my crush and he said if he had papers I think that Latinos are not welcome here, so I felt desecrated about this diler but all
people are the same depending on their legal situation have to see other questions and answers for customers or people who are trying to get a car this experience with this diler was a bit awkward nothing to do with the NAME OF TOYOTA that I think follow being some good cars.

I recently bought my 2016 Toyota RAV4 SE via the Costco Auto Buying Program. It was a pleasant experience not having to go through so many people to make a deal although it still took about 4 hours to complete the transaction.
I bring in my Prius V for service every 5000 miles. Arvid is my advisor. He has been on top of everything. He calls when there are concerns during the servicing. Delivers my car to me vacuumed. It is wonderful.

Since 1999, my parents have purchased 6 Toyotas, including 3 Priuses. As a family, we have been longtime customers of Toyota, and, unfortunately, we have had to work with Concord Toyota repeatedly because Toyota still can't sell directly to customers.
BEWARE OF CONCORD TOYOTA. From my vantage point, they have fleeced my family of thousands of dollars in sham service charges, and I am finally going to write a review here because this latest experience is completely unacceptable.
My elderly parents have a bit of a language barrier, which allows Concord Toyota's staff to take full advantage of both of them every time they go in to get maintenance on their Toyotas. More specifically, the latest rip-off occurred with my mother's 2007 Prius's 90,000-mile service, for which my mother paid $681.
The car clearly wobbles when driven on the freeway, and it pulls pretty significantly to the right. Indeed, there appear to be major alignment problems with the vehicle at the moment. Not to mention that the steering wheel is clearly not centered, with Concord Toyota having done (or offered to do) nothing about this obvious problem.
As I look at the paperwork from the service, all the check marks from the "Multipoint Inspection" indicate that the car is in great shape. I have a hard time imagining that the multipoint inspection was actually performed. If it was, where were they looking? This car was purchased with a sticker that indicates its gas mileage will be 60 mpg city/51 mpg highway, but it actually barely maintains 41 mpg right now. I am fairly certain this is in part due to the clear, major alignment problem.
The alignment problem was not brought to my mother's attention, so a car that currently feels unsafe and unstable was returned to my mother after nearly $700 worth of "services." Other issues abound in the car right now with nobody from this illustrious institution signaling to my mother that, for example, several minor interior problems need work: a rear view mirror that appears to be broken, wiper blades that are worn out in the front and the back (but marked as inspected and in good shape on the "Multipoint Inspection" paperwork -- amazing they did not try to upsell this to my mother, when they upsold $10 replacement cabin filters in this service for $67.96, which my husband puts into my own Prius in 5 minutes), and upholstery that is coming up from the right side of the center console. These are minor things, but surely the "Multipoint Inspection" is not done by someone without eyes, right?
My husband and I were heavily considering purchasing an electric plug-in car from Toyota, but we are definitely not going to do that now -- especially after this latest example of bad conduct from this dealership. We are going to be Tesla customers now, and we will support any laws that break and eliminate the monopoly of dealerships on the car market. Concord Toyota is just another ugly zit on the face of this broken system.
Concord Toyota exceeded all of my expectations! They have exceptional customer service. When purchasing a Toyota Corolla from them, there was no pressure what so ever and they made it a stress free enjoyable experience. We love our new car!

Just got my car 3 months ago, free service, wished they'd wash my car
When we inquired to purchase a new car from Toyota of Concord via their website, Robert contacted us very promptly. Communicating through email is always difficult but Robert was very personable and we immediately felt like we could trust him. We never felt pressured to purchase anything and he even sent us a spec sheet mentioning it would help us compare other quotes, which we greatly appreciated! When we were satisfied with the offer he gave us, we did most of the paperwork via email and telephone so as to minimize our time in person at the dealer. Robert was excellent in getting everything ready for us beforehand. When we arrived at the dealer, he introduced himself and greeted us with great enthusiasm. All the paperwork was ready and we just had to wait for the finance department. Since we had not eaten lunch, we asked Robert for a recommendation and he directed us to a great place for lunch! Overall Robert was extremely helpful and efficient through out the car buying process. He made it such a great experience!! Definitely recommend working with him if you are looking to buy a Toyota! Thanks again Robert! (He is also very respectful in maintaining social distancing and good hygiene. We felt safe the entire time!)
I had a horrible experience when taking the 2010 Prius that I bought pre-owned from Concord Toyota in December 2014 in for a 5000 mile maintenance service. I had made an appointment, but you'd never have known that by the treatment I received when I got there. My assigned service advisor went to look up my car when I got to his desk ---- since I had an appointment, it should have been easy to find me ---- but kept mistaking my car for someone else's and kept saying I needed a recall service on my airbags --. He also tried to tell me that my pre-paid maintenance package had expired, though it still had close to a year left to it! I told him that I could go out to my glove compartment and retrieve my paperwork, but he insisted he had the information right there on his computer.
I had told the service department that I would be waiting there while they worked on my car, and I confirmed that when I talked to the service agent. After waiting 3 hours, (I should have paid more attention to the customer who was tactfully telling another service advisor that he understood delays, but they should keep customers updated rather than letting them wait without knowing what's going on) I went over back to the service advisor's desk ( he was leaning back in his chair chatting with other staff) and asked him about my car. He asked me my last name again and then quickly checked the computer again. He then, get this -- said something like "oh, yeah, it still needs its recall work done.". I reminded him that that wasn't my car, and he shuffled around some papers on his dest and then went in back to check on my car. He came back and said oh so matter-of-factly that my car had not been looked at yet. I replied, "Is this a joke?," and he calmly said, "No, it's not a joke. There are 4 cars in front of yours; would you like to wait?" You can guess my response.
I told him that he hadn't done his job, and he defensively responded that he had.
At first (because I was so upset) turned down his offer to speak to the service manager, but then quickly changed my mind and went back and asked to speak to him. You can guess this next one ---he said the service manager was away from his desk, but he would tell him to call me. I did not get a call. I called and asked for the manager shortly after I got home ( I live 30 minutes from there), but he still wasn't at his desk. I left him a message to call me back, but he never did!!!!
Please, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as possible!!!!!!!

One-off visit/experience. Was staying in town for family event. During the road trip, the engine shroud (underneath) lost the fastener clips, thus, it was dangling and causing turbulence when driving faster than 60 mph. I pulled up to the dealer's service lane w/o an appointment and the service advisor installed new fasteners on the spot himself, complimentary.
Everything went perfectly from the welcoming spirit as a walk-in (on a Saturday morning I might add) to proactively taking care of a recall that I hadn t even received notice for! Outstanding service. Best I ve received!

Daniel is amazing! I inquired about a vehicle and even though it wasn't exactly what I wanted, he didn't give up. Other dealerships stopped responding to me once I had told them what I was looking for. Daniel knew he had one coming and kept in constant contact with me about it. The day it arrived he sent me pictures of it, still with the plastic on it. The next day I went down to test drive it. He worked very hard to get me the payment amount I could afford. Great staff at Concord Toyota. I was helped by a gentleman named Pong. I'd definitely recommend asking to be helped by him. He never made me feel pressured throughout the whole experience and was very helpful during my time there.
I made a service appointment online for standard check up. I told them I needed my car back at a certain time so I can pick up my kids from school (I scheduled the appointment at 10am and gave them plenty of time to get the car done by 2p). It was done by 2p as promised and no pressure to upgrade services. I have also used their shuttle service in the past-- friendly drivers and clean vehicles. They call you when they're about 10 min. away.
I was scheduled for 30K mile maintenance of my Camry' 2018. The procedure was done the same date in a timely manner with a minimum for the waiting period. Great job!
I have been going to Concord Toyota for some time to get my car's regular maintenance service done but on my last visit there, the CSR and the mechanic that worked on my car dropped the ball on updating my navigation maps. Long story short, it was never done, even though they told me that it was. I will not be taking my car back to their service department again. Sorry Concord Toyota but you lost my trust on this one.

Had to bring the 4 Runner in for a factory recall, in which they replaced the dash. The work was completed in a manner in which it was as if they were never in the car, it was perfect. The only reason I rated this as a 4 and not 5 star is more as a reflection upon Toyota. It took 18 months to get Toyota to replace the dash, but they did replace it. I haved used Concord Toyota for all service since the car was purchased new and will continue to use them.
Too small service center. Too busy. I was in the area for work and had to take my car in for oil change. This service center does not have express oil change service like they do in Sacramento. They turned me away. Okay fine.
As a first time buyer I had zero information about financing and I made a mistake which I trusted Toyota dealers. They explained me differently and showed me wrong numbers on the paper and I found out later that they deceived me and solved the vehicle at least $8000 higher than what they actually explained to meet . I will never recommend this place to anyone.
I was called to for a service check .Upon arriving I was received and told the wait will be maybe 2 hours .It was done in one hour ,My carpets were vacuumed, windows cleaned I was on my way..Very happy with the service

My customer representative, Shandon, explained all the work done in a clear and helpful manner. The waiting area with wifi is always easy for me to do work while my car is in the shop. My car issues were fixed and I appreciated the car wash as well.
I'd been here before with my Lexus so the service I got today was surprising. I pulled up and the service advisor didn't even try looking at my car. He suggested I go to Lexus so they could deal with my car. I really needed my car to be serviced and looked at so it was pretty disheartening especially since I had cancelled my plans to go out the whole day in anticipation of this appointment.
The price I was quoted by email was homered at the office. My overall experience was great. I think they can work on getting things done faster to get people in and out with a new car. The only bad thing that I got there at 5:30 pm and by the time I finish purchasing my car the auto detail shop was closed and had to drive a brand new dirty car home.
Loved our experience there. Test drove a 2013 Scion tC and our salesman was really cool the entire way and encouraged us to really push the car and feel comfortable with it. Didn't get pushy at all with us and let us take our time. All around, really good experience.
Daniel Kunkel executed this deal in the most flawless, smooth, stress and pressure free way. I've never enjoyed buying a car as much this. Literally no time was taken. He is the best there is. I can't say this enough! I'm extremely grateful for this whole experience! He deserves a raise, or whatever it is you do to honor the best guy that is there! Extremely Unhappy with the Sales Experience provided by Concord Toyota. I bought a pre-owned Car 'Dodge Journey' from them 3 months before, and yesterday when i was out with my family for a trip i had a flat tire. I tried to replace with the Spare tire and to my surprise when i took out i found a tire that was not matching by any metrics to that of the car tire. Huge mess up with total dissatisfaction of having purchased a high value car at this place. Never seen dealers making such a huge mistake. Try to avoid this place, In case you purchase please check for all the accessories on your own. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

Went in to look at what we thought was going to be our new car, a 2013 Toyota 4Runner - decent mileage and price, and was a PreOwned Certified Toyota.
We drive 2 hours from another city, Friday night traffic to the bay (YUCK).
The lady we had been talking to on the phone that day, had decided to leave 5 minutes before we got there - oh well for her.
When we walked in, two salesmen were sitting at a table with their feet up and barely greeted us.
We tell them what we came to see and one of the salesmen gets up and walks down the hallway - not a word said. He eventually comes back, introduces himself as CJ and says, I need to get the keys ... at this point we were confused what he had been doing all along.
CJ gets the keys and cannot get the door open, as the battery in the vehicle has died. CJ blames that on their security system. Their service guy comes out and gives it a jump. CJ gets the car ready for the test drive, takes his time making copies of our licenses, and then comes back to the car and tells me to get in (the passenger seat). I tell him, how - the door is locked - we then discover they have to let me in to the passenger door manually as the door lock for the passenger door was broken or disabled in someway. I even asked him, is this broken, CJ replies, "that's very possible".
The test drive begins, we don't make it 10 minutes, we get to a red light and the nav starts to flicker and restart and then the entire inside electrical dims all the way off and comes back, the car has CLEAR defects with mechanical issues and they are offering this as TOYOTA CERTIFIED (you have been warned).
We say to CJ, what is going on ... CJ's HORRIBLE reply, "well that is not supposed to happen".
That's it, ride is over, back to dealer, we are done here. We get back to the dealership, and CJ has the nerve to say, we will get this 4Runner in to our mechanic first thing tomorrow, can we call you if we can fix the problem? Absolutely not!!!
CJ you are the WORST car salesman I have ever met, and its not for typical reasons ... you have NO sales skills, you have no personable people skills, you are in the WRONG line of business, find a new job!! Toyota, do a better job acquiring your front of the line employees, it truly can make a difference.
Now you have heard of our terrible experience, at least count yourself warned and tread with serious caution. I believe they are skimping on the certification checks. The CERTIFIED warranties never cover anything extensive, so be sure you are paying good attention.
CJ, you definitely lost this car sale, maybe next time you will put in some real effort.

This is why I read the reviews before going places. Sounds like this place needs new management and/or staff. To start, I called and a women named Maria answered. She immediately said she couldn t help me and will transfer me to someone who could. That happened 2 more times until they transferred me back to Maria. Again, Maria stated she was going to transfer me when I politely stated, ok, but this will be the 5th person I am being transferred to.
She immediately became nasty and yelled at me! (As if it s my fault they transferred me back to her!) I m usually very polite on the phone, so her yelling at me took me off guard. Since my response to her yelling was still nice, she sounded as if she huffed and said all she could do is put me on hold and go find someone to answer my question.
So what was my question? I have a 2014 Toyota Prius, how much would it cost if I schedule an appointment for an Oil Change and Rotated Tires?
Yep that was all!!!! Why was Maria so angry and nasty? Looks like this place needs to replace who they allow to be their first impression. I will DEFINITELY NOT bring any cars here. Can you imagine how they treat you in person if they treat you like this over the telephone???
Oh yeah, and I called the Walnut Creek Toyota dealer and they charge $79.95, where the Concord wanted $100. So I will save myself money and verbal abuse. It s a win win situation:-)

I purchased a used 2013 Prius 2 days ago. It started really good. Pong was the sales guy who was very helpful. It didn't take long when he gave me the paper that list my payment options. He told me that I was approved by this one lender. On the paper it included the warranty and gap purchase. I told him I don't want to get neither one because it upped my payment to 442 a month. He said no problem we will remove it and so he did and brought me another paper showing how much it would be without it which was 357 a month. We shook hand and congratulated me. He said he will give it to the finance guy to do my paperwork. Two and half hrs later, the finace guy came and told me my monthly will be 442 a month ( which was the original amount i was showed) I asked why. He said that that's the approved approved loan. I wasn't sure how to react. So I said, if you can maybe throw in the warranty and gap without charge then I'm ok with that. This is before both him and pong told me that the lender who approved me which started with a W (westlake/wester). So know we're signing papers really fast and I noticed I'm being charge for the warranty and gap. I asked why I'm being charge I thought it's free. He's replly was he had to jogle some numbers which I really don't know what he meant by that oh and nothing is for free. I'm sitting there tired and just wanted it over with. I came home and the whole experience was eating me up and felt like I was taken for a fool. So today, I called the general manager and talked to Tom and explained what happened. He said that when a handshake is done, that's it. I got a call back from who I believe is the finance guy who I originally dealt with but called himself Mike. He basically told me that I WOULDNT HAVE BEEN APPROVED IF I DIDNT GET THE WARRANTY AND GAP, I'm like are you serious? Is that even legal? He also said that if I don't like the loan/payment that I will have to take the car back and get my own lender. I asked if I can cancel the warranty and gap and he said that if I do that that I will be breaking the contract and that I have to take the car back. Nowhere in the contract says that. When I called Toyota motor credit I was told that the dealership can't do that and that I have 30 days to cancel the warranty and gap. It's been a really bad experience for me. I hope to hear back from someone because this isn't right! I love the car and I'm happy with it. I feel that that the dealership should have kept the deal that I was originally told and without the warranties I don't want from the get go

Been here countless times for vehicle maintenance so I can say it's a recurring theme that they're always delayed. Recall airbag fix was estimated at 1 hour via call, 2.5 hours in person. No problem, I get it, its busy. I'm now here at 4 hours still waiting on my fix well over the estimated times. Not the first time this has happened,they have a tendency to always keep me 3 hours plus . Havent had experienced elsewhere but this is terrible. You cant plan around it
I year ago to date we purchased a used vehicle at this dealership.. Bought a Service Agreement for Transmission and Motor as well.
The truck took a dump on us a few days ago (Thursday). Brought the car to Toyota per the contract agreement and a conversation with the service technician from Toyota..
We finally get a phone call at 4pm the next business day to just be told they have no idea what is wrong, they do not have the tools to fix it, they do not know what the code on the machine means and that we will need to take it somewhere else.
We refused to yet pay for another tow truck and therefore Toyota finally agreed to have the car taken to Dodge..
It is now Tuesday and Toyota finally got the truck to Dodge being that they were incompetent to do anything.
We have gotten the run around from this dealership like I have never seen. LISA, the service manager decides to call us and let us know that they accidently broke the drivers side rear view mirror as she laughs about it and proceeds to also say "at least you got a FREE tow from us"..
Long story short the Service Contract is a SCAM.. Toyota has the worst service I have ever seen and all they freaking care about is your money!!!!!!!

I found a listing for a vehicle that I really liked online and contacted the dealership to see if I could come see it. They didn't check if it was ready and made an appointment with me, I drove all the way out there to find it was still in the shop and I couldn't see it. Then the person I talked to there said he would let me know when it was out so I could come see it, and I didn't hear from him for a week despite me reaching out multiple times. Finally a different agent contacts me today after reaching out AGAIN only to tell me it has been sold. What kind of customer service is that?

Wait time was very long. Wish my advisor had called me about the long wait. Just to check in. I saw in my print out that they recommended that I replace my taillight but I got no call from Toyota. I could have gotten it done then or even ordered it. Unfortunately, for me I totally forgot about the broken taillight. TV available but was not on. Very hot chocolate, very delicious tho. Use caution. They have donuts but I guess for the early customers only.
Singh was outstanding. Singh walked me through the process of reserving a Tacoma that was in transit. He was prompt with all answers to my questions via email. I only had to go to the dealer one day, to actually drive home the truck. He made the truck buying process painless and quick. If you re shopping for a new Toyota come to this dealership and see Singh. He will take care of you

Rolando answered all of my requests and questions comprehensively and never tried to sell me something that i wasn't interested in purchasing. Rolando gets a five star rating from me, and the only reason the overall review is four stars is the long wait prior to finalizing the deal with the finance department. I had a great experience buying a car at Concord Toyota today. It started out slowly with both parties going back-and-forth until a very good deal was made on my behalf. Andy (the finance guy) is the best and funny as ever. The sales guy was Bash (nickname). The other finance guy Damon was excellent as well. Dont go in the am.... today took 3 + hours. Sure they were short staffed...but 3 + for an oil changed! Go In the afternoon if you go...
WE had a great experience on our purchase here! Honesty does go a long ways.. Pong was so far the best sales consultant we've ever dealt with. Their entire team was very straight forward and very accomodating!
