I have been calling to get into see an OBGYN since...

I have been calling to get into see an OBGYN since November, They told me because my insurance didn't kick in until January, I needed to call back then. I explained I am high risk due to a medical condition and my age and previous miscarriages, and they put me in the computer and told me to call back January 2nd and they would get me in. I called them first thing Thursday morning to schedule and was told they were very busy due to the New Year, and that someone would have to verify my benefits and call me back to schedule, It's now the end of Friday and I still haven't heard back. Absolutely horrible customer service. No worries though.... I found another OBGYN that was more than happy to get me in quickly and treated me with kindness. Will never recommend Comprehensive Women's Health to anyone.
