Kinda confused as to how this is a "comprehensive"...

Kinda confused as to how this is a "comprehensive" center when I had an appointment on Thursday and needed an ultrasound but the ultrasound technicians were too busy forcing me to come back the next day and I was required to pay another copay! I was there 18 hours ago so they made $50 off of me and it wasn't my fault they couldn't finish the appointment! I've had other doctors waive a copay and this lady told me she didn't know how to do it and wasn't willing to find out. I guess someone has to pay for the new facility and it's me!
