Liz, who isn't even regularly my doctor's nurse, was absolutely amazing. I got some scary news one week before I was moving across the country and losing my current health insurance, and everyone else I called said there was no way to get an appointment before I left. Liz went out of her way to push my paperwork through and call my insurance company and get me an MRI within days and gave me a way to reach her if I needed more help and followed up so I could have the results before I left. She was so communicative and understanding and explained things so well; she was so genuine, funny, efficient, and kind, which is everything you would want in a medical professional, especially when you get bad news. Thank you so much for moving mountains, Liz. I greatly appreciate it.
