Absolutely love my doctor. However the scheduling/billing department are the worst. They're unprofessional, they mock clients, and have no sense of compassion. My insurance covers all diagnostic imaging and I called to make my appt and whoever answered had a know-it-all attitude stating that my insurance gives misinformation and that I may be billed a copay (while she was giving me this information there was another woman in the background saying who aetna, which is my insurance, and continued talking in the background. I asked if they're was a way that I can talk to a billing department and the rude woman on the phone was like "I AM THE BILLING DEPARTMENT " and everyone in the back began to laugh. I work in the healthcare field and if anyone in our client services department treated our clients this way they'd be out of a job. These people are there to serve the client, they should appreciate clients, because without clients they'd be unemployed.
