HORRIBLE experience here. I accompanied my sister here after she began to experience miscarriage symptoms. The office staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. You have to play a long game of phone tag before even getting them to schedule you an appointment. The physician we saw lacked bedside manner and clearly didn't even read the chart before coming into the exam room, as he started talking about what my sister could expect throughout this pregnancy and when her next appointments would be, only making her feel even worse knowing that was not what she would get to experience. To top it off, they prescribed her a medication to help her body expel the fetus and did not give her any pain medication, leaving her in excruciating pain with labor like contractions while going through the worst experience of her life. I work in healthcare myself and have never heard of a pain medication not being prescribed with this type of medication due to the fact that it does cause you a great deal of pain. A miscarriage is already a traumatizing, heart breaking situation to go through and this office only made it a million times worse on my sister. Ladies, please do not go here.
