Unfortunately, I will not order here anymore. The bike for my daughter arrived very quickly, I noticed a scratch in the setup and wrote an email. That was Friday evening, on Saturdays I called and wanted to ask how the exchange can be done quickly. It was said that someone reported, Monday morning I called again, again it was said that someone reports and that it is only a children's bike that would indeed get enough scratch and if I would be a discount rich. Monday afternoon came the long-awaited mail that I can send the bike back and since I'm in a hurry (birthday of my daughter), it would be easiest to send it back and order a new one. That would be another 300 euros from my account would be gone. As a retourschein was in place and therefore a return number was available, I asked if you could not send the new bike already going on, because you can see from the retournummer, I already sent the scratched bike away.
