Upon entering the store the atmosphere was friendly. I had all my jewelry examined and cleaned. What I thought was awesome was taking us back where they do the cleaning so our pieces never left our sight.

I couldn't have picked a better place to get an engagement ring. From start to finish, the process was stress-free.. and the team at Mark's was so easy going and extremely knowledgeable. I worked specifically with David, who provided exceptionally service and really helped in my first jeweler experience. Also, his professionalism (as well as the entire team's) was top notch. I would recommend highly to all!

We purchased a watch as a graduation present for our son. David Mazer guided him through the entire selection process. He even had the Tag Heuer rep send him a limited edition watch our son wanted to see before making his selection. The entire process, from education to purchase, was great.

This store has great service and a massive selection of really nice jewelry! They have created custom pieces and resized my wedding band, and both came out great. I recommend Mark's over the stores in the malls every time!

We dealt with Trish Jann as our sales rep. My daughter had a piece of jewelry with opals. She wanted to break it down and create an necklace and ring. The design team at Marks Jewelers took the time to sit with my daughter and design a ring that she was very happy with. A 3D rendering of the ring was created and she got to see and try on the ring before it was complete. She was very happy with the ring. They also did a great job with the necklace!
I ve also had jewelry repaired at Marks Jewelers here in the new location and back at their old spot. Sales rep Trish Jann was a great source of knowledge and help in the design of the ring. My daughter didn t know which direction to go with it, but Trish gave her a few ideas and we went from there. Thanks Trish and Thanks Marks Jewelers!

What a very beautiful store. Hilary was very attentive to what I was looking for in upgrading my wife's wedding ring and I found myself a new wedding band in the process. Marks Jewelers is truly a one of a kind jewelry store. I first entered this store very skeptical and with my guard up (they say you can never trust jewelers and car mechanics lol), but Cody has helped guide me in the process of choosing my engagement ring.
He was very thorough, transparent, honest and patient with me. He not only helped me choose a great ring, but also helped me save a lot of money. I felt extremely comfortable working with him and sensed his integrity and hard work ethic in our interactions.

I even went back to the store to buy a few pieces of jewelry as Christmas presents for my girlfriend and her sister. Similarly, David was very informative, honest, and super helpful in making sure I was satisfied.

The rest of the staff has been very warm and friendly as well, greeting you enthusiastically and offering you drinks. They do not pressure you to buy or try to upsell you like some major jewelry stores (i.e. Jared s in Willow Grove lol).

I will not only recommend friends to this store, but will most likely continue to buy any jewelry here, as they have earned my not-so-easily-given trust.

Went there and they were closed....i understand closing early on christmas eve day but 2 pm? .... oh well they lost a sale and i probably wont go back...neither of us will lose any sleep over it

Everything about Marks is PERFECT. The service can't be matched, in terms of knowledge, friendliness, attentiveness, and what the shop actually does for you. Selection is huge, the store is gorgeous, and their rings are one of a kind. Do yourself a favor and go to Marks, don't bother with any other jewelers.

Buying at engagement ring at Mark's was a great experience. There was a huge selection of rings, the store is beautiful, and the people were very helpful. After visiting numerous other jewelry stores, it was clear that none of them really compared. At other places, people are pushy and seem to think they know what you want more than you do. This was not the case at Marks. Peter, who helped us, was extremely helpful and totally understood what I was looking for. He gave us piece of mind through the entire process.

I am using my husbands grandmothers wedding band as my wedding band and needed to have it resizes. I was concerned that the engraving would be lost going from a 7.5 to a 4, but somehow they were able to save the original engraving.

When getting sized, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The resizing was done faster than their estimated timeframe. Great experience all around.

Just walked into Marks Jewelers today for the first time. My wife bent her wedding ring this morning, so we decided to bring it to Marks for repairs. Within 5 minutes a team member of Marks named Gerry had it perfectly straight, and cleaner than when we brought it in. I asked him what the damage was, and he kindly said " A thank you" with a smile. They have protocols in place where they use an instant read thermometer to check temperatures and they offer hand sanitizer as well. I was so pleased to see a business care about the safety of everyone on the premises. When we are next in the market for jewelry or perhaps a watch, or just looking to clean or repair the stuff we already own we will go to Marks. Thank you Gerry! We will be back!

I have been buying at Mark's Jewelers of Montgomeryville, PA for years. Every time I go there, to look or to buy, I am warmly welcomed by their terrific staff. Whether it is Stevie or Cody, both of whom I love!!! - or anyone else on the floor, I am always treated so well - never pressured at all to buy anything that is beyond what I have asked for or can afford. They graciously take as much time as needed to find the perfect gift - for others or myself!!! I recently purchased some items to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The customer service, selection, and quality were outstanding. As most people, I started looking for a new diamond wedding set on line. Let me tell you there is no substitute for actually seeing your diamond in real life. Gerry L. was my salesman and he was great. He stayed within my budget and didn't try up sell me, or pressure me to buy. I ended up getting a fantastic ring for my wife with a bigger and better diamond for a better price than on the internet. My wife loves the ring and I'm always asking her to twinkle it at me. It sparkles so much it looks like it has batteries, and if light from the outside hits it, the sparkle is off the charts. After the purchase, and my wife started wearing the ring, I was even more satisfied with the cut, quality, and sparkle of the ring. Please, don't buy a ring until you visit Marks Jewelers. SEEING IS BELIEVING, Top notch, first class, executive, shopping experience during and after the sale.
