I paid over 2000 dollars to try to resolve my tax issues, but after i paid my money they became harder and harder to reach.. Now i can't get in touch with anyone especially the one that's supposed to be working on my case.. I have been ghosted. Please don't use this service.

i was so nervous when I received a certified letter from the IRS so I called Community Tax. BUT I was relieved to learn there was someone out there that could be on my side and deal with the IRS for me. Community Tax did just that. I was guided though the process by a very knowledgable rep (Julius) all the way until the end. They even provide support to help make sure I don't mess up again. If you can afford their service I highly recommend this place. Thank you Community tax!!

IRS granted me deferment on back taxes when I spoke to them directly. AFTER Community Tax, I still got deferment. USELESS right?

2 YEARS AND $20,000 after my initial call to Community Tax we are back at square one and NOTHING has been done. I feel like I did more work than they did filling out spreadsheets and forms. When another accountant looked at taxes they prepared he laughed at it. Everything is all wrong!
So much time and money down the drain and I just received a phone call from them for more money before they can proceed. This is absolutely ridiculous. All they care about is money but they have no idea what they're doing.

7/22/20 I wanted to go in and add a new review for my guy Chris Leludis. I currently es having some issues with my phone so I had to add to this one. I called chris during the covid period he got right back to me, regarding questions that I had concerns with regarding who I needed to reach out to during this difficult time. He assured me that my needs would be met and immediately plugged me into the right contact and even handled a couple of minor things to ease my mind like explaining in detail what my next steps should be. This place is total scam don't use this company you are better off getting a lawyer. They rip you off an drop your case the minute they cant getOrr money out of you.

On my first phone call I was very skeptical about their service, but little by little everything was falling in to place. They did help me Raul Cardel was very helpful during all the process he had consistent communication with me about my case. if they helped me to arrange to pay my IRS debt of almost 10 k. I would not recommend community tax to my worst enemy! I hired them with the promise to lower or alleviate my tax debt. To start the process the wanted $250 so I paid it. Then they say they need $1800 in total to help me. Me being desperate for relief I made a payment of $500. I later find out that all they planned on doing is amending my taxes which had already been done and filling out a form to get the interest and fees waived. So I wanted a refund, at first the refused to refund any of my money. All the did was take down my information, I had to produce my IRS transcripts and tell me they could help with a payment plan that you can do yourself on the IRS website! So for them taking my information and getting my transcripts nothing was done. They would only agree to refunding $400 of my money. I took it to another tax professional he went over my taxes and filled out the form to waive my interest and fees for $110. What they don't tell you is unless you have a substantial drop in your income they can't help get your fees reduced. They pray on desperate people that feel they're offering them hope to relieve some of their tax debt! I could've put that $450 the wouldn't refund towards my tax debt! I was very dissatisfied with their service! Do not use them! Go to a local tax professional it's way cheaper and hopefully more they're more accommodating! I wonder if they wrote their own reviews because the are terrible!

Limited proficiency and extremely unprofessional. If there is anything TurboTax can't handle, they are lost and have no clue what to do. However, they hide their lack of expertise and drop you at the last moment, leaving you little time to meet deadlines. Don't trust them!

I have been working with Daniel Urban to file 5 years of tax returns and resolve any disputes there may be. His service delivery has been professional, responsive, and accurate, and I look forward to working with him through the final stages of this process. I was very displeased with the services provided to me by Community Tax. I signed my tax statement in April and assumed it was filed in a timely manner. I reached out to them in June about a different matter and learned that my taxes had not yet been filed. They seemed to try to avoid telling me that it hadn t been filed, which is what really upset me. While they had filed an extension, they had never mentioned this to me.

So after over a year and $5k for their services, I have no resolution still and can t get anyone to return my call. I ve sent emails and my contact won t call me back. I m hiring new representation and contacting the BBB. This is a joke.
With the exception of one employee who has since passed my case off MONTHS ago to other reps, these people are unresponsive and don t care. They ve gotten their money and have left me hanging. I m in the same boat as when I started, just with a $5k bill to pay for nothing.

I wanted to send a big kudos out to Lauren Noel at Community Tax. I had a problem and needed resolution and she assisted and corrected the problem quickly. Community Tax you need good people like Lauren who cares about the customer and the customers satisfaction.
