So after over a year and $5k for their services, I have no resolution still and can t get anyone to return my call. I ve sent emails and my contact won t call me back. I m hiring new representation and contacting the BBB. This is a joke.
With the exception of one employee who has since passed my case off MONTHS ago to other reps, these people are unresponsive and don t care. They ve gotten their money and have left me hanging. I m in the same boat as when I started, just with a $5k bill to pay for nothing.
