I was very displeased with the services provided to me by Community Tax. I signed my tax statement in April and assumed it was filed in a timely manner. I reached out to them in June about a different matter and learned that my taxes had not yet been filed. They seemed to try to avoid telling me that it hadn t been filed, which is what really upset me. While they had filed an extension, they had never mentioned this to me.
