Always clean and friendly. Great quality and nice assortment of brand and generic staples. People say the prices are higher. I guess being a resident and a "different" generation, I only feel like prices are "high" when I have to buy something last minute or on the fly, like a Publix premade meal, salad or sandwich. I cook at home and shop with a list that allows me to take advantage of sales and specials...lol...this means my home is always pretty well stocked...no need to be out there with the doomsday shoppers either! Speaking of which I also say thanks to this store for its recent increase in sanitation.

This is my local Publix but while I've been training my service dog in training for public access the past 3 years, I haven't been um most anywhere. But they know me and my family. I went this past weekend with my public access trained sdit and it was good. The VFW was selling buddy poppies and they helped me put poppies on my service dog's vest (I've since glued them in place) and they even helped me with a handsy guy wanting to pet my sdit (don't do that. it's illegal.). Anyways, I have food allergies my sdit is supposed to keep me away from and while I was having a prescription filled, I used the time to work on my sdit's recognising and avoiding my allergens. The crew stocking things had no issues with him and nobody bothered us or tried petting the nice doggy. The pharmacist on duty was really nice and she paid non-touching homage to my sdit. The wide aisles were great my sdit walked at my side and there was still room for carts - I'll be honest my dog and I both have wide load butts, the aisles were wide, okay. All in all, things are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I didn't have employees treating my service dog like a photo op (again, don't do that. It's rude and an invasion of privacy. For all you know, that service dog & handler are in witness protection or hiding from an abusive stalker ex.)
I had a flu shot and ended up shopping and found things I had forgotten that I needed. Nice clean store, stocked fairly well for a tourist area, if a bit pricey. I find it strange and off putting that they offer to carry my bags to the car when I have no need of their help but it seems to be their store policy.
If I could I d give 0 stars. The deli never has anyone working if they are grumpy old women. Today I stood there waiting and no one acknowledged me finally I asked some ladies and they just shrugged their shoulders so I looked in the back and asked a lady that said she couldn t stop what she was doing. I left and will find a place that wants to help their customers.
A great pharmacy and an excellent prepared food items to go from their special catalog. BOGO's are their speciality. Their fresh produce is outstanding.
As I have posted before, going shopping at Publix is a real pleasure. No matter what part of town I'm in, the stores are clean, well stocked, considering our present situation, employees are friendly and always willing to help. Love the obgos too!!
This is the worst publix I have ever been to. I normally bring issues to management but its incident after incident with this location and I'm sick of it. Expired yogurt, improperly made deli items, rude cashiers... everything publix is known for not having an issue with, this one does. I'd advise avoiding this location unless absolutely necessary. The employees don't care and are far more rude than what publix normally allows. The managers either don't check their departments well or don't know what to look for. I'd reccomend the eagle creek publix and I really wouldn't go to summer bay unless you absolutely have to.
Very clean and product displays were very orderly and easy to access. Employees encountered were all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Excellent shopping experience.
This is a great store. The employees are helpful and professional. The deli is always fresh as well as the produce. I have shopped here for several years and have always found it to be a pleasure to shop here.
Your products always have a first-rate quality. Your attention is what you need if you want to have a good product. Even if you pay a little more expensive, Publix will find it there.
Publix, wherever you find one, is always clean, well stocked and well managed. And while they do have a house brand they do not attempt to replace proven brands such as Boar's Head meats which has been doing a good job for Publix, and the customers, for twenty five years. I love the bakery.
This Publix s is always surprising me with their specials. I know that I am never disappointed in why I stopped to shop for items on my list but I enjoy walking up and down the aisles looking for those extra bargains. Today s conversations with employees was again so welcoming but I had an experience with one of the young men that was especially nice. He was a grocery packer, help you to the car to unload groceries man I was at my car and he came to me offering his help to put bags in my car. Usually I say no because I can do it myself easily. But I sensed he wanted to help me when he said May I Help You. We had a nice conversation and I thought to myself I hope/pray that he has a great day too. I told him exactly that and his smile won the prize....it was my prize for giving me a super perfect ending to a shopping event.
I'm from Delaware and I'm visiting my girlfriend who recently moved down here, I went to this Publix to receive my Western Union. I didn't know what was happening but I couldn't see, my ears started ringing and I felt like I was going to pass out. I told the cashier and he told his co-workers to get help. Everybody was extremely helpful, they got me water and had my girlfriend gather my belongings while I was getting up and even offered the assisted movement scooter to get me to my girlfriends car. An actual nurse buying groceries walked by and told us it was probably a combination of the heat and low blood sugar. The ~2:15 PM shift Publix cashiers doubled into nurses and I couldn't be more thankful, 10/10 will pick up my money here again, these people all deserve a bonus or something.
I love this location. They are like family and you can feel the energy. It is never over crowded and the staff is always on point and welcoming. Carts and hand baskets are cleaned and ready with a door greeter smiling and wishing you a great day. Even the manger is helping his employees giving a helping hand and very humble helping the customers. This location rocks!
I live local to this location and enjoy my visits, but only go here if really necessary. The prices are slightly higher on certain items compared to the location closer to my home.
By far the best Publix I have been to. Staff is always super friendly and I like how clean the store is no matter what time of the day I come in. Always enjoy shopping at this location when I'm in town
I love their hot and cold food counter. The hoagies are excellent. If you get a hot food family pack you get sides, rolls, and i like the fried chicken. Definitely recommend!
This is a huge Publix, and the fruits and vegetables are always fresh. It's also really clean and well maintained. Although the prices are kind of high even with the BOGO deals.
Beware. This store is going to make someone sick. We are on vacation and stopped in to pick up some groceries which includes bacon. They had just restocked and every package i picked up was Hot. Like changing colors, definitely going to make you sick hot. I thought there are temperature requirements to prevent this? I told the store manager and to my shock he just said thanks for you input and walked off. Didn't stop people from buying the bacon, didn't talk to the guy stocking... nothing. I am now on my way to Walmart :( to but my groceries.
Went here on a travel day to get groceries for several days. Our cashier Linda was amazing. She was so pleasant and suggested a BOGO for us and taped our beer box.
Publix is always great, but this one is fantastic. The employees are all extremely nice and helpful and take their time to listen to you. It's clean and has fresh produce. The manager was super nice to us and didn't seem bogged down by stress like other managers. The pharmacy was knowledgeable and kind. And I got the biggest free sample I've ever seen in my life. It was a big portion of delicious chicken and salad and the guy making it checked back in to see if I liked it and we had a short conversation that was helpful and not pushy in a sales sense. I'm extremely impressed, I'm glad it's now my closest Publix!!
