i was so nervous when I received a certified letter from the IRS so I called Community Tax. BUT I was relieved to learn there was someone out there that could be on my side and deal with the IRS for me. Community Tax did just that. I was guided though the process by a very knowledgable rep (Julius) all the way until the end. They even provide support to help make sure I don't mess up again.
