I was called ahead of time by the company letting me know when the technician would arrive. Rob E. showed thereafter and proved to be professional, quick, reliable, knowledgeable, personable and provided service with a smile. He took time to make sure I fully understood the repairs made and provided a no-pressure suggestion for a future repair that would need attention at some point. He also gave guidance on self maintenance tips in the future. I appreciated his honesty in all matters. I will definitely use this company in the future for all HVAC needs and ask for Rob E. specifically.
