Kenny was very kind and courteous. Kenny performed a thorough check on our system and was very informative on the issues he found. He did deep diagnostic work to ensure we knew the problem and any associated possible upcoming problems for our aging system so we could make an informed choice of repair or look into a new furnace. He also kindly scheduled a visit for us to get a quote on a new furnace. He made things very clear and simple for us and took time to answer all our questions.
