Dan was wonderful. He came out on a same day call and fixed the problem quickly. He also explained what happen in layman terms, which is much appreciated. Even though it was after 5
And he probably started early, he was very pleasant. All the service people from Worthington Air, Lois, Dan, Tim and Josh to name a few, are a pleasure to deal with.
