We have had a great experience with CWA. Service is excellent. Their technicians have always been very professional, and helpful! Special thanks to Trevor! He has serviced our HVAC several times, and came over at 10p to fix an issue with our AC. It took a bit over an hour to complete the work. Trevor was super quiet so as not to wake up our kids, and took his time to do the job right and explained what he was doing and why. Thanks Trevor!

Brian and Keith (Cols Worth Air installers) did a great job installing my new furnace and air conditioner. They were efficient, polite, friendly, and explained well everything they were doing.

We were called to schedule our 6 month furnace "check up" - There was a cancellation and we were able to have same day service by Rob E. He was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and informational. I was able to watch the 'check up' on the furnace and grateful that he took our safety to mind when finding rust, possible cracks and a gas leak. Our furnace was 23 years old and within 24 hours we now have a new one!.

Jeff B. and Todd R. came out the next day and installed a whole new HVAC system. They were efficient and had fun working together. Very respectful, personable and professional.

They didn t try to sell me services I didn t need on a preventive maintenance visit. That tells me they aren t scamming customers. The technician, Michael was also very professional and knowledgeable. Gave me some great pointers for maintaining the system.

Have been a customer of CWA for decades, however, when you get news it is time to spend $$$ to replace a furnace you shop around. All of the various quotes were close, so no such thing as deal. This also made it easy in staying with the company we have depended on in the past.

The sales process and quote were pretty straight forward. There were some limitations as to how much improvement or what systems would be most effective, so no going wild with new whiz bangs. We did opt to move to a 2 stage variable, which after a couple of days has proven to be the right choice. Much nicer and quieter than a single stage.

Our installers Josh and Tyler worked tirelessly for the day to replace both the furnace and AC on Nov 29th. Both professional and courteous, as well as making sure they didn't dirty or cause any damage to our home. Once done they walked through all the features of the new units and their capabilities.

Very pleased with the results and the way all the employees of this company represent it. It is a lot of money to replace the systems and you want to know that it is being done in your best interest for everyone.

These guys came out in the middle of the night to put my heat back on, then came back to check everything out. Cleaned and serviced my heat and AC and left me feeling good about buying the service plan which is already worth what I paid for it!

We used Columbus Worthington Air to replace our 25 year old HVAC unit. Everyone has been wonderful! We called and within 2 days they had sent out a sales rep, Joe P., (he was so nice and informative and not pushy at all which was awesome), given an estimate and had the new system installed! Rob C. and Adam did a fantastic job. Very nice young men, clean and professional. We ve had to use both the AC and the furnace in the last couple days and it works great! So much quieter and more efficient than what we had before. We definitely recommend this company.

Excellent sales and service. We called for a salesperson who came the following day. We arranged to have a new AC system installed a few days later. The service guys were prompt and professional. We had a new house AC system in two and a half hours.

Dan and his team completed the work on schedule, cleaned up, and explained the new system to my wife and I. I was impressed how well thought out the installation was compared to the original builder install.

They got us a quote and installation very fast. Worth the money for service and expertise. Rob and Winson installed everything and did a great job.

My furnace went out on a cold January day and they were our first call. They couldn't get out to look at my furnace for 48hrs but I figured that was probably standard so we survived a couple days without heat. When their tech came he was completely devoid of people skills. He stepped one foot inside my house and said "It's $89 for me to be here no matter what, okay?" No "Hi, How are you?" or anything, so that put a bad taste in my mouth from the beginning. On the phone I told the company what I thought was wrong with my furnace - a bad motor blower - but they might as well not have asked because after an hour and a half the tech diagnosed the problem as exactly that and then had no parts to fix it. I suspect they just wanted to sell me a new system. Luckily for them I was interested in buying one -- my furnace is old and I had no central AC so I had them out the next day to give me an estimate for replacement. They get 2 stars because their salesman Delonte was on time, professional, kind and did not use high pressure tactics. My quote for full ac/furnace/thermostat replacement for my 800 sq ft house was $8,679. I wasn't sure but it seemed a little high to me. We decided to go a little longer without heat and shop around. Glad we did because Pickerington Heating and cooling quoted me the exact same specs, only difference was Carrier brand instead of Bryant and a less fancy thermostat, for $4,175. HALF the price. It was installed today, can't say enough how glad I am I shopped around before being ripped off for almost 9k.

I'm frustrated reading all of the five-star reviews that my experience hasn't been as perfect as everyone else's seems to have been. I chose Columbus Worthington Air because of these stellar online reviews. I agree--my installers were terrific. Great with customer service and explaining the equipment. One part had been ordered incorrectly so they ended up having to come back to reinstall the correct part. That seemed like an unnecessary frustration but would not have caused me to write an online review. But now I scheduled an AC check for my three AC units (in a rental property as well), including one on which I am on the CWA service plan, and the office called to reschedule because a heat wave is coming and so many people are having AC issues. That would be fine if they could get me in within a week or so. But they suggested rescheduling for next month. Since I just paid this company thousands of dollars within the last twelve months for brand-new installs for furnace and AC, I would have been happier if the company could have held my previously scheduled appointment or fit us in more quickly. Is the issue that I didn't prepay for a service plan? If so, it would be helpful for the Sales person to explain that anyone without a service plan may have their appointments cancelled the night before.

Did an awesome job explaining the details of the AC system and pointed out/fixed things about a minute into looking at the unit (in this case, we had a small hole in the main duct coming out of the AC that was made by a previous company for monitoring purposes, that was just never resealed). Will use the company again.

This company went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of and on Sunday no less. They came in and replaced the furnace and thermostat, and did quickly, professionally, and efficiently. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience.

I recommend Columbus Worthington Air. The team of Adam S (installer) and Sergio did a great job. They worked diligently from 9:30 - 3:30 straight installing a replacement HVAC system. The installation team were great and i am very pleased with the quality of the work.

Jeff was fantastic. He took the time to checkout our system, explained the guarantees and warranty information, the differences in the systems, and gave us multiple options. He made the experieence easier than I thought it would be.

John the did our estimate on Wednesday night and spent a little over an hour. Selected a furnace and AC unit for us at very agreeable price. Thursday John worked with me via email and phone getting us set up for Friday install, answering all our questions. Install scheduled for Friday between 8:30 am and 11:30 am. Brian and Nate showed up at 8:40 Friday morning ready to roll. Brian reviewed the install with us before getting started and we mentioned we hated the furnace filter location because we have to bend it around a wall bookshelf that in front of the furnace closet. He later told me about an idea he had to change the filter location. He had one of his workshop guys fabricate a custom box to place under the furnace to allow straight on access to filter (AT NO EXTRA COST!). After a little pause for the workshop guy to hand deliverer custom piece Brian and Nate had our furnace and AC install done in no time. After they cleaned up Brian walked us through our new units and new Nest thermostat. VERY PLEASED WITH WHOLE EXPERIENCE!

Our heat went out on a weekday evening and they were able to get here the next day. They told us they would arrive between 8 and 12; they got here around 8:30, which was fantastic. There was zero mess when they left, which I m not used to whenever installation folks come, so I really appreciated it. I can t speak to the price, unfortunately, because we rent, but our heat is back on and working great, and we have a new smart thermostat. A+, thank you!

Always do a great job when they come out. Great service technicians that take the time to explain what they are doing/what needs to be done. From the receptionists to the technicians I have not had anything but great service from this company. Kurt and Jamie have come out multiple times and always do a very thorough job.

Mike was my service tech today, for my furnace. He was extremely pleasant and professional. There was a part that needed replaced. He explained in detail the part and its function to the efficiency of my furnace. He also shared the option of securing a maintenance agreement with Columbus Worthington Air. He shared the advantages and savings for not only this visit, but all future visits. I highly recommend this company for all your furnace/air conditioning needs.

Great job! Very professional and everything cleaned up after install. We especially appreciated the thoroughness of Jeff's walk-through of all the components at the completion of the installation. June 2, 2016 - Rob E came out and serviced our AC unit and replaced the capacitor and conductor. Very professional, on-time and did a great job.

May 5, 2016 Antonio came out for our annual AC check up and was very courteous, personable and took the time to talk through everything he was doing. He also helped fix a rattling noise that had been bothering us for months! CWA has been fantastic to work with and we recommend them.

Trevor came out for a furnace inspection and during scheduling we asked if a whole home humidifier could be installed. He did both items in a single visit and was very polite, respectful and explained what all he did after he was done. Every contact we've had with CWA employees has always been great and we're completely satisfied with them.

Jeff & Andrew did an awesome job installing our new HVAC system. They were friendly and professional, took time to do the job right and answer all our questions. We understand that properly installed HVAC system is extremely important, and they took the time to properly seal all the joints and replace all the rusted vents & piping. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would highly recommend them and their company.

03/2013: CWA Technican Jamie Thompson spent over two hours troubleshooting multiple electrical connection faults on my recently installed Byrant gas furnace. He located them, corrected them, showed me photos of the problem wires, and gave a full explanation that made it totally clear what the problems were and the remedies.
I'd highly recommend Mr. Thompson and plan to ask for him again for future service calls. Well done. Jim Bowling, Columbus, Ohio.

10/2014: Continuing outstanding service from Jamie T. He was here exactly at the appointed time and completed a through inspection and maintaince service on my furnace and related devices (thermostat, humidifier, duct joints and electrical connections). He explained furnace processes in language that was easy to understand made simple recommendations for settings during periods of absence from the home. Very well done. Jim Bowling, Columbus, Ohio.

Rob E. was fantastic! He made my 17-year-old system, which was not working at all when he arrived, run like new for $300. What a relief! I thought I would need a new system. Rob tested the system and everything checked out perfectly. Highly recommended.

Great dispatch people and great service guy, Jason! They let us know they d be a little late and it was barely past the original quoted time. He also called on his way. Service was fast, honest, and what I expected to pay. He even answered a few other questions for me. We will definitely use them again and will recommend to others!

Kenny Ward did a great job performing the annual checkup on our furnace. He was very thorough and cleaned interior parts of the furnace that technicians typically don't clean. He also took the time to clean the frame that holds the humidifier panel, something which has not been done before. He provided excellent service.

We had Rob C. and Winson S. from Columbus Worthington Air install a new furnace today and they did a great job. They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming. It only took them 3 hours and they cleaned up and went over what they did afterwards.

My tech today did a phenomenal job of walking me through the failures of my system. He gave me multiple options on ways I can fix the issues that I have with my heating system as well as future issues I may have based on the issues with my system. He was honest and forthcoming but also hopeful. I appreciate Columbus Worthington air for their professional work and helping get my house back to normal.

Jaimie Thompson is the most knowledgeable and friendly vendor that I have ever met! My AC went out 7/12, Jaimie came after I got home from work on 7/13. He took time to teach me things about my HVAC that I never understood.
I signed up for a service plan immediately, and the savings were applied to my current visit. I also have the security of handling future problems with my HVAC.
Jamie is the best! I will only have him back into my home!

I have gotten excellent customer service from Trevor!!! He has made two visits to my home. He is very kind, professional and knows his stuff. He reset my Nest thermostat on the first visit as my wife and I were very frustrated with it. I has worked perfectly since then. He was very patient and explained everything he done. On his second visit, he changed our furnace air filter which needed changed. He is a credit to your business organization and I highly recommend his knowledge and customer service!!!

Michael performed our preventive checkup and found our air conditioner needed to be replaced. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He did a great job and should be commended.

I have been using Columbus Worthington Air for the past 18 years. They are an awesome company. When I had my unit checked 3 months ago, Jamie T., who usually does my service, mentioned that my A/C unit was getting old. He asked if I thought it was time to consider a new unit. I replied, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!" Well now I see that Jamie knew best!
Yesterday afternoon we realized that our A/C had died. Within about 2 hours, we had technician, Kenny W. at our home to service our unit. Unfortunately, it was time for a major repair or we needed a new unit. By 8 pm last night, salesperson, John B. was at our home and by 8:30 am this morning, the team arrived to put in our new unit. Now that's service! I want to compliment Josh C. and Tyler W., the installers, on their politeness, professionalism, efficiency, and cleanliness! They were in and out in 5 hours and I hardly knew that they were here. They offered help with any questions I had several times and quite frankly, we couldn't be happier. Kudos also to Jamie T., Kenny W., and John B. for their excellent service and help! Well done guys!

Josh C, Tyler W and Nick dominated our job. There was a lot of work involved and they were very easy to work with and professional. They were at it the whole day and afterwards went over everything they did with me in detail and made sure I did not have any questions. Very pleased with their work and attitude. Thanks!

Tyler and Adam went above and beyond the call of duty by installing our new Bryant A/C unit on the Fourth of July. They arrived promptly as promised. We appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. They both were more than willing to answer questions that we had about the install and took the time to instruct us on the use of the new NEST thermostat. We had an exceptional experience with Brian on the quote for our new furnace. We first had the unit inspected then we received a quotation for a replacement furnace the next day. Very informative and helpful in answering all of our questions regarding the product options, installation and financial aspect of the work. We did get a comparative quote from another company. It was more expensive and we didn't feel as comfortable with the information they provided to us. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have this type of work done.

Jamie was at my home today. He is very polite and efficient. He examined the furnace and humidifier and determined the cause of the leak. The humidifier filter needed replaced. Jamie then adjusted the water flow and the wall settings on the thermostat. Jamie has been to my home before and I am always pleased with his performance.
He parked on the street so not to bring salt onto my driveway and put his shoe covers on to protect my floors.
I would prefer that Jamie is permanently assigned to my home.
