Jamie was at my home today. He is very polite and efficient. He examined the furnace and humidifier and determined the cause of the leak. The humidifier filter needed replaced. Jamie then adjusted the water flow and the wall settings on the thermostat. Jamie has been to my home before and I am always pleased with his performance.
He parked on the street so not to bring salt onto my driveway and put his shoe covers on to protect my floors.
I would prefer that Jamie is permanently assigned to my home.
