Our heat went out on a weekday evening and they were able to get here the next day. They told us they would arrive between 8 and 12; they got here around 8:30, which was fantastic. There was zero mess when they left, which I m not used to whenever installation folks come, so I really appreciated it. I can t speak to the price, unfortunately, because we rent, but our heat is back on and working great, and we have a new smart thermostat. A+, thank you!
