I'm frustrated reading all of the five-star review...

I'm frustrated reading all of the five-star reviews that my experience hasn't been as perfect as everyone else's seems to have been. I chose Columbus Worthington Air because of these stellar online reviews. I agree--my installers were terrific. Great with customer service and explaining the equipment. One part had been ordered incorrectly so they ended up having to come back to reinstall the correct part. That seemed like an unnecessary frustration but would not have caused me to write an online review. But now I scheduled an AC check for my three AC units (in a rental property as well), including one on which I am on the CWA service plan, and the office called to reschedule because a heat wave is coming and so many people are having AC issues. That would be fine if they could get me in within a week or so. But they suggested rescheduling for next month. Since I just paid this company thousands of dollars within the last twelve months for brand-new installs for furnace and AC, I would have been happier if the company could have held my previously scheduled appointment or fit us in more quickly. Is the issue that I didn't prepay for a service plan? If so, it would be helpful for the Sales person to explain that anyone without a service plan may have their appointments cancelled the night before.
