Have been a customer of CWA for decades, however, when you get news it is time to spend $$$ to replace a furnace you shop around. All of the various quotes were close, so no such thing as deal. This also made it easy in staying with the company we have depended on in the past.

The sales process and quote were pretty straight forward. There were some limitations as to how much improvement or what systems would be most effective, so no going wild with new whiz bangs. We did opt to move to a 2 stage variable, which after a couple of days has proven to be the right choice. Much nicer and quieter than a single stage.

Our installers Josh and Tyler worked tirelessly for the day to replace both the furnace and AC on Nov 29th. Both professional and courteous, as well as making sure they didn't dirty or cause any damage to our home. Once done they walked through all the features of the new units and their capabilities.

Very pleased with the results and the way all the employees of this company represent it. It is a lot of money to replace the systems and you want to know that it is being done in your best interest for everyone.
