Very happy with my experience. Was given options and clear explanations on the impact of each. The technicians who visited my house were polite and knowledgeable. The price quoted was the price I paid, technicians arrived on time, a quality assurance call was made afterward to make sure procedures were followed, and best of all my house is a bearable temperature again. Highly recommend.
