All in all, this became a good experience. But it wasn't at first. It took four home visits to get a solid diagnosis and cooperation with our home warranty company. It was a lot of time and effort to get to the bottom of it. In the end, Columbus Worthington Air credited our money back from those home visits. The service technician who really helped us the most and made things right was Rob E. Rob E is like our saint. He was super nice, talked us through everything, and had amazing interpersonal skills. He took the time to talk to our home warranty company and explained everything perfectly. Rob E. is a 10 star man. Then Joe P. came over and helped us get set up with a new furnace. Ask for the right people and then you can get really really great service!
