Our AC stopped working late in the day and the temp in the house got to 90 degrees. After calling several companies around Columbus, I received a call back from Worthington Air's technician Ryan C. It was around 9.30pm. He could not have been more courteous and helpful. After answering several of his questions, we agreed to have him come out on a service call that night. We were his last stop and he arrived around 11.30pm. Again, he was extremely pleasant and professional. He found the problem right away and fixed it for us.
I asked him how his day had been and his response was very positive. I asked him when his day started....7am. Needless to say, I was very impressed.
I work in a service industry and this company and technician were top notch. Highly recommended.
