Had a great experience today buying a used 2014 Prius V Five. I was greeted by Sam Roussev, who spent several hours (more like half the day) helping me choose the right vehicle for my needs. He even took the vehicle to my home so my wife could test drive it, since she was not able go to the dealership herself. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a Toyota, I would highly recommend you ask for Sam Roussev. He will make buying a car a pleasurable experience!

Overpriced in my opinion. I brought my car in to have the rubber seal on the inside of my trunk replaced and it cost me $234 after a $15 discount. When I called the make the appointment I was quoted that the part would cost $72, but my final bill said $87. They took the $15 off, but the labor charges were still very expensive. What should have been a quick fix took an "hour" to do so I got charged $130 for one hour of labor. Plus my car was there for just under 3 hours. I called to schedule an appointment to have just the rubber seal replaced, thinking it would be a quick fix. I was a new customer and no one told me they do a service check that takes 2 hours. While I appreciated everything being looked it, I would have liked to know this ahead of time because I still had to go into work after my appointment and I had no idea I would waste my entire morning waiting for what should have been a quick fix. I spoke with another Toyota mechanic who told me my car should have been fixed within 15-30 minutes. I felt as though I got ripped off with the cost of this simple repair. I will not be a returning customer.

Filled with scam artists and dishonest people. Bought used car through them, told them to use a specific bank to finance the car. However, they used another bank that is Wells Fargo. Coggin and Wells Fargo go hand in hand. Both crooked!

I agree with Samantha and others. You need to look at your bills. Make sure you check the prices with the ones posted on their website. You will surely save/reduce your bills. You have to talk to them and sometime argue so that they honor their posted prices and offers. In yesterday's service visit my wife went to pickup the car and paid extra (she doesn't want to argue with the service adviser who wasn't honoring the online offer). You have to be lucky to get good service adviser too, like Kimberly. Not all give their best.
I had the most amazing experience this weekend when buying my car. The staff was extremely attentive, respectful, understanding and not pushy. Christian is a wonderful salesman with extensive knowledge on each car that I was interested in. Although I was in a tough situation he went above and beyond to accommodate my circustances. The buying experience was good. However when I called for first service I was told I should make appt over just stopping in because this would guarantee me getting in and out. However at check in for appt was told it would be awhile because they had several walk ins. I said so what good did it do me to schedule an appointment if those who just walked in are now ahead of me. I would think they would have someone ready and waiting for those who made appts but apparently not.
Sam was very professional and knowledgeable of the two vehicles I purchased. He was very helpful through the long sales process
Ben Morales (service writer) was very friendly and accommodating. The service was completed in a timely manner. The engine compartment was kept clean and everything seemed to be in order. Plus my vehicle was given an express wash.

Horrible the service took 2 hours with an appointment for just a oil change and rotation the "mechanic" working on my car was sitting down chatting with the dude beside him horrible. If you have a Toyota with warranty go to an other Toyota dealership this is crazy bad!
I had an appointment for an oil change on Saturday and I expected it to be busy, but still had to wait an hour and a half. Not a big deal but with an appointment I expected it to be less. The service advisor was nice and the waiting area was comfortable.

Christopher did a great job seeing that my car was checked over very thoroughly. They found that they found additional things needed to be corrected beyond the oil and filter change. Of course this would take a few more hours. So he allowed me to rent one of the company cars so I could go on to work. When I got through with my job and returned my car was washed and all the work was completed. I appreciate such excellent service.

The entire process was excellent from the moment I stepped on to the lot. The salesman Emmanuel was very welcoming, helpful, patient and straightforward the entire time I was there. I enjoy when sales people are honest and not per say "beating around the bush" wasting your time, as I do not like to waste their time. His manager Greg was also wonderful and stepped in when necessary, as he was made aware of my concerns during the process. Although I did not leave the lot with the car I originally was looking for, I ended up leaving with a vehicle I was happier with in the end, and got a better deal! In the past at other dealerships, I have dealt with salesmen talking down to me as I am a young woman- but I did not have that negative experience here. I will be coming back in the future to buy from them and I recommend it for anyone else as well. :)

I was very scared to go to a dealer for any kind of questions regarding my car, especially being new to the state. My car was making noise on and off. The day I finally got the courage to take it the dealer it was not making noise,,,but to my surprise EVERYONE was very kind and understanding, from the guy who open the door for me to the technician (David) very understanding. Jim Miller killed it with customer service!!!!! I had been dealing with Arlington Toyota the same day. I had called the sales guy 2x and my husband called 2x to get a quote on a new 2020 4Runner. After discovering Arlington was using shady sales tactics I called Jim at Coggin. As I was on the phone with Jim I sent him the 4Runner specs my husband built out on the Toyota website via text for a quote. Jim was on top of it, I had the quote in hand within an hour and we accepted the offer. Jim worked diligently to get all the additional packages on the truck since this particular model was just delivered to the port. Jim was very transparent as to the status of the car, in the car buying process and made our experience the best and easiest!!!!! Thank you again!!!!!

I bought my second car from this location and only did it because they had the car I wanted. I made an initial call to find out if the car was for sale and after that they blow my phone e with calls, even when I told them the car was not for me, I was trying to avoid the calls. I know the sales ppl have to hustle, so I understood the calls. However, after making the appt to see the car I went over and the car had a layer of dust like if it has not been washed for months, even the engine was super dusty.
I wanted the car so I took it for a test drive. I closed the deal they wash the car and everything was going normal. I told them I had a replacement tag and they gave me a new one , made pay for it and told me to send the the tag info and they will cut me a check for the tag money.
It has been almost a month with the temporary tag and they sent me a new plate and told me I signed the contract for a new tag. I emailed them the pic of the tag just couple of days after I bought the car.
Now they are charging me the new tag that was not needed, and I cannot even get someone to fix this issue.
They have a good communication to close the deal, once they do. They don t care and they go mute.

I think the speed of service is great, but was confused when the rep came back to me, he stated the next oil was at 5000 miles, then I indicated if it is synethic as I requested it should be every 10000 miles, then he said yes, so to be honest when I left I was not sure if they put in reg oil or synethic, tire rotation was $25, normally I pay somewhere else $10, also synethic oil changes I normally pay $59.95, at this point not sure if I will return.
Coming from terrible experiences at Arlington Toyota, I was hopeful Coggin Toyota was going to be better. I was right. The customer service I received was superb. Multiple phone calls were made by my service manager, Gary to let me know what was going on with my car. I really appreciated the communication, as my experience from Arlington was that there was none. Everything was fixed in a timely manner and done correctly.
Service took a bit longer than expected, close to 3 and a half hours, and whoever cleaned the inside of my car must have accidentally bumped into and destroyed the mini 3D printed model on my dash, but my Corolla drives much smoother after getting some recommended work done. Chris R was great and very helpful.
I just bought a brand new Toyota Tacoma 4 Door TRD Sport. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I bought a brand new car at a local Chevy Dealership 2 years ago. I can honestly say this New Car buying experience was a 1000% better. Thanks to Mike Hicks and My finance Manger Charles Anderaon.They worked hard to get me the exact truck I came in to get! They never once asked me to settle for less than what I wanted!! On top of the great work they did to help me get my dream truck they made me feel like I was the only customer that they had! The personal touch and friendly attitude they gave was the best experience I have ever had. However the thing that made this new purchase over the top for me was this. They did not have the exact truck I wanted on there lot they spent countless time searching for the exact truck I wanted and had it delivered. In the meantime I was approved by my current finance company for a tad bit higher interest rate than I wanted to pay which made my payments roughly $100 more a month than I wanted to pay. However I accepted the deal I got because it was the truck I wanted so I was gana suck up make the payments and then refine with my credit union in 6 months to a year to get a lower payment. Two days later the dealership called me and Said they had my truck ordered and my paperwork ready to sign. I came in ready to sign to find out that after I left Charles worked extra hard for me and got not only the financing that I wanted threw my credit union but at a much lower lower intrest rate than I had originally asked for!!! If I had gone anywhere else they would of taken the first deal they could get me and moved on. Not Coggin Toyota!! They treated me like family and fought hard for me and my financial budget!!!! Emmanuel was very attentive and friendly. We brought our 21 month old daughter with us to shop for a car who had some difficult moments and he was very patient. Emmanuel was never pushy with us the way you imagine your experience may be when purchasing a car. It was truly a pleasant experience to work with him. My husband and I were provided car fax prior to even test driving cars so we wouldn t waste any time with something we ultimately wouldn t want. We would highly recommend working with him!

I can t truly express how thankful I am with the level of care and service I received from Coggin Toyota at the Avenues! For a month I have experienced problems with my RAV4 and didn t know exactly what the problem was. I took my SUV to a different Toyota dealership (big mistake) and was told my RAV4 was safe and they did not find anything wrong. I did this twice before I finally brought my vehicle to the Avenues. I live in Oakleaf and didn t want to travel too far but regret that I didn t visit Coggin Toyota first. Not only did Coggin s mechanics identify the problem immediately, they also diagnosed potential problems and recommended what I needed to repair/replace right away.
