Jim Miller killed it with customer service!!!!! I had been dealing with Arlington Toyota the same day. I had called the sales guy 2x and my husband called 2x to get a quote on a new 2020 4Runner. After discovering Arlington was using shady sales tactics I called Jim at Coggin. As I was on the phone with Jim I sent him the 4Runner specs my husband built out on the Toyota website via text for a quote. Jim was on top of it, I had the quote in hand within an hour and we accepted the offer. Jim worked diligently to get all the additional packages on the truck since this particular model was just delivered to the port. Jim was very transparent as to the status of the car, in the car buying process and made our experience the best and easiest!!!!! Thank you again!!!!!
