I bought my second car from this location and only did it because they had the car I wanted. I made an initial call to find out if the car was for sale and after that they blow my phone e with calls, even when I told them the car was not for me, I was trying to avoid the calls. I know the sales ppl have to hustle, so I understood the calls. However, after making the appt to see the car I went over and the car had a layer of dust like if it has not been washed for months, even the engine was super dusty.
I wanted the car so I took it for a test drive. I closed the deal they wash the car and everything was going normal. I told them I had a replacement tag and they gave me a new one , made pay for it and told me to send the the tag info and they will cut me a check for the tag money.
It has been almost a month with the temporary tag and they sent me a new plate and told me I signed the contract for a new tag. I emailed them the pic of the tag just couple of days after I bought the car.
Now they are charging me the new tag that was not needed, and I cannot even get someone to fix this issue.
They have a good communication to close the deal, once they do. They don t care and they go mute.

Very disappointed of this kind of service
