Overpriced in my opinion. I brought my car in to have the rubber seal on the inside of my trunk replaced and it cost me $234 after a $15 discount. When I called the make the appointment I was quoted that the part would cost $72, but my final bill said $87. They took the $15 off, but the labor charges were still very expensive. What should have been a quick fix took an "hour" to do so I got charged $130 for one hour of labor. Plus my car was there for just under 3 hours. I called to schedule an appointment to have just the rubber seal replaced, thinking it would be a quick fix. I was a new customer and no one told me they do a service check that takes 2 hours. While I appreciated everything being looked it, I would have liked to know this ahead of time because I still had to go into work after my appointment and I had no idea I would waste my entire morning waiting for what should have been a quick fix. I spoke with another Toyota mechanic who told me my car should have been fixed within 15-30 minutes. I felt as though I got ripped off with the cost of this simple repair. I will not be a returning customer.
