The entire process was excellent from the moment I stepped on to the lot. The salesman Emmanuel was very welcoming, helpful, patient and straightforward the entire time I was there. I enjoy when sales people are honest and not per say "beating around the bush" wasting your time, as I do not like to waste their time. His manager Greg was also wonderful and stepped in when necessary, as he was made aware of my concerns during the process. Although I did not leave the lot with the car I originally was looking for, I ended up leaving with a vehicle I was happier with in the end, and got a better deal! In the past at other dealerships, I have dealt with salesmen talking down to me as I am a young woman- but I did not have that negative experience here. I will be coming back in the future to buy from them and I recommend it for anyone else as well. :)
