The buying experience was good. However when I called for first service I was told I should make appt over just stopping in because this would guarantee me getting in and out. However at check in for appt was told it would be awhile because they had several walk ins. I said so what good did it do me to schedule an appointment if those who just walked in are now ahead of me. I would think they would have someone ready and waiting for those who made appts but apparently not.
