No appointment necessary. I came at about 2 pm for a windshield treatment. I brought my book because I know these things can take time. I did not get too much reading done because they completed their work in record time and I was on my way! Another "JOB WELL DONE" by Nissan at The Avenues service department. Thank you!

My experience at coggin nissan was amazing. The team they have there are truly number one. Most of all I wanna thank Vladimir Voloshin and Patrick GSM for helping me finding the perfect car.
There is not enough space to say what I want about this place. Words cannot explain the amazing experience I had from start to finish in purchasing my car. I really wasn t looking forward to buying a car, as the only reason I was there was because I totaled my car. As soon as we arrived, my husband and I was greeted with a smile from Raquel Welsh. I told Ms. Welsh what I was looking for and she showed me several options. She went above and beyond in helping me pick out my car. Ms. Welsh had so much patience with me as I had so many questions and went back and forth on what color car I wanted. We were given a tour of the facilities and did a meet and greet with all of the people we would be dealing with after the purchase of our car, such as the maintenance manager. Accommodations for customers as they wait are like no other dealership. They didn t have the car I was looking for but the General Manager Ron Messinetti went above and beyond to find my perfect pearl white with almond interior 2019 Pathfinder. He also was patient with me as I could not decide on the color of my car. Mr. Messinetti was able to locate the car I desired and had my car delivered within 24hrs. The Finance Manager Mike and my husband hit it off right away. Mike went over all the options and explained all the services available. He had us in and out so fast. I know I have said a lot but like I said in the beginning I had an amazing experience at Coggin Nissan At The Avenues. Everyone was so friendly and informative. I didn t feel like I was being pressured to purchase a car. Such an amazing team with excellent customer service.
I've been taking my vehicle to get serviced at Nissan at the Avenues for the past couple years and I never been disappointed. Customer service is always great.
Oh how I wish I could give 0 stars. I want to be clear that the parts/service people are fantastic. I've never had anything but great service there. Now, it's the sales people that are despicable!!! After almost 2mths of them soliciting me. I was extremely transparent that if I purchase a vehicle, I have to get top dollar for my trade (2014 Maxima) & for my balance to be payed off (which is below NADA). The part that pisses me off is that my sales rep (Zachary W. Jared) calls me to say that they've been soooo slow & have a quota they haven't met, the sales manager agrees to do so. So hesitantly I make an hour drive and choose a vehicle that I like, only for them to later offer me trade allowance that's $6000 less than what I owe financed into the loan for a monthly payment of $528!!...I couldn't help but laugh although I was extremely upset that they lied and misled me to come there and waste 4hours of my day off which I could've spent at the park with my 11mth old baby who was with me. You can imagine my disbelief, I could've literally blown a gasket!! Why would I drive an hour away and past countless dealerships, some who's offered me more for my trade???.... Then he says it was a miscommunication and tries to justify their reasoning by drawing figures on a scrap paper on the wall & "tries" to explain the "financials". Which, clearly he didn't understand himself lol... So I walk away with my child, without purchasing the $30,000 vehicle and they lose not just that sale/profit but also a customer for life. I'M DISGUSTED WITH SUCH DECIEVING PEOPLE!!!!!
Experience was fine but stop emailing me every day panning for reviews! Loss of stars for the three emails this week. I have better things to do than help bolster your companys online rep after every visit.
Typical pushing salesmen, if you want to play the "I can't share numbers over the phone with you, but come in and we can go over them" followed by the back and forth of "let me talk with my manager", then this place is for you. I wanted to review numbers with my wife (since she wasn't there and I was picking up my car from service/turning in a rental) and was told that the sheet "couldn't leave the dealership" and pointed to the top of the paper that said "internal use only".
No thanks...I got a better deal elsewhere with zero hassle.
This will be a first that I give a car dealership a positive rating.... I've only had to go through the car buying process a few times in my life, and I never look forward to the process as it can require many hours, negotiating and money. I'm so pleased with the overall experience at Nissan Coggin at the Avenues, and am more than pleased with my new purchase of a beautiful Murano. Purchased a 2020 Altima. It was a pleasant experience and did not feel any pressure. Rachel Welsh was my salesperson and she was very down to earth and extremely helpful!
I was particularly impressed by how helpful Mr.Jerrel McKissick was showing the car features, answering our questions and facilitating the purchase process. He really went out of his way to spend the time to help us make our decisions about model, trims and features.
The reason for not using your service department is its greater distance. We have been using a Tire Plus close enough to our home to drop off the car and walk back home.
Enjoyed the salesman but it is ashame the prices of these vehicles sooo high. I am sure it is not just here but all dealerships I am sure. Had a Hardbody truck and loved it for 15 yrs and loved it. Want another now. Still looking though.
I personally was very pleased. Years ago , I had a few bad experiences with Dealerships. From personal friends and family members , I wasn t alone. I didn t expect anything to be different this time ! I was surprised! Coggin Nissan did everything, Very Pleasant , professional, and caring ! They Cared ! I think that s what I m having a difficult time explaining! They Cared and made the visit as comfortable as possible! The bonus in this case , was they were 50% less on the best premium Oil Change! That was nice ! Thank you Coggin .
Chaos and confusion. On the day of our scheduled appointment, after my husband called to confirm the time and AFTER he had already left, they called me to tell him not to bring the car. Claimed we needed a different service center, although we had already been referred to them by thr Coggin group after our dealer center closed down with no warning.
It took them 3 days to call and say that my AC issue wasn't covered by my warranty, and then took forever to find our keys when picking the car up. No one returns the first call, they are not communicating within the shop, and it shows in their lack of customer service.
The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they didn't challenge my husband when he said they were going to have to adjust their diagnosis charge after keeping my car for 3 days with no communication.
Everyone was incredibly helpful and easy to work with; especially Zack M. He was down to earth, fun and made me laugh. The process of buying a vehicle was simple and painless :)
IF I COULD RATE THIS ZERO STARS I WOULD; DON'T GET PRESSURED BY THEM!!!! Me and my husband recently stopped buy to test drive a Pre-Own 2016 Nissan Rogue they had in their inventory. After talking to the sale representative and told him that we wanted to see the 2016 Rogue he acted like he didn't hear us when we said 2016 and he showed us a 2017 Nissan Rogue. After constant going back and forth with the sales rep, his supervisor, and his supervisor's supervisor I told my husband just to get it because I felt really pressured on getting the 2017 Rogue. After all the paperwork was done, we had to wait the next day to pick up the vehicle because they didn't have it on the lot. When my husband picked up the car the next day he called me saying there was another problem. The day before when we were looking at the cars our sales associate said and even showed us on the window sticker that all of their 2017 Nissan Rogue SV models came with the 3M Sun Block window tints and fog lights. Our Rogue had none of that. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again, and I'll make sure to pass the word on.
I went into this dealership on the defense expecting the "typical salesman". I'm a single mom, and I've been dreading the car buying experience. Instead, I met Lou Ibarra and I absolutely loved my experience. I went in with a budget knowing exactly what I wanted, and he helped me from start to finish to buy my Nissan Kicks. He gave me lots of options and educated me on the perks of the luxury model while helping me get into a vehicle I could afford. Lou had a genuine sense of humor that made me feel at ease and never pressured to buy "just to make a sale". I've always avoided car dealerships and have previously gone to Carmax to avoid the "hassle". He made sure I received a quality vehicle at a fair price from start to finish. Even after the sale on a busy Sunday, Lou took the time to help me get my Blue Tooth set up and taught me how to use the hands free system for my jams on my long commute to work. If you're looking for a new car, then this is the place and Lou will get you in the right car. (Go Royals!!!)

I received a letter in the mail from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues stating that because I have a great payment track record, they would offer me a new car at or below my current payment. So I decided to see what they have to offer, salesman Enea was great, very friendly, and since I work for Bank of America, I get VIP treatment. I looked at a 2014 Rogue Select, they did some figures and came back with about $200 over my current payment, I said forget it, they came back again with now a payment only $30 over my current payment. My Saturn Vue is a 2009 and I though this is good, I could live with that payment, but I wanted to sleep on it and go over it with my wife. They gave me the car to take home and show my wife and we both liked the car so we agreed to do the deal. So I contact them to provide all my info for the paperwork and they do everything up front so, I said as long as we can get the payment you quoted, we are good. So I go to the dealership and finish the paperwork, am called into finance and now the payment is about $150 over my current payment, I said forget it, I'm not going up that much on my payment, your company made the offer to me. She went to the GM and the best they can do is $100 over my current payment. Needless to say, I said forget it. Crooks, liars and thief's are what every car salesman can be categorized as. I hate the process, I hate the way they lie to you. Bad experience, Bad advertising and I'll never go back.
Coggin Nissan was a pleasure to deal with. The Salesman Corrie King took extremely good care of me. He found me the car I was looking for and was able to get me the price I wanted with ease. He was helpful during the entire process and I would recommend him for anyone looking to buy a car. If more car salesmen were like him the purchasing process would be a better experience for everyone.
Absolutely great service department, Bill and Kristin are both terrific and very honest, which is far different from people I've dealt with at other dealerships. Just great people, highly recommended.
Outstanding service!!! The time I was quoted for the oil change, tire rotation and wash was spot on. Price was more than reasonable. I will definitely be back. The waiting area is top notch also.

I came in with a transmission issue and they checked it for free. The tech on duty told me to call the warranty department even though my car was out of warranty to see if they could help. I needed a full transmission replacement. The warranty department paid 90% of my repair, they gave me a free loaner while the repair was happening and also some discounts on some other work that they did while the vehicle was in the shop!
In a lifetime of buying cars, this is the first time I felt I was treated with respect and actually got a very good deal. Vladimir really knows how to treat a customer.

I guess I should mention, too, that we love the Van. Robin is an artist who sells her creations at art shows around the country. The Van not only holds the components of her booth, but all of her furnishings and art work as well. Additionally, we pull a 30 foot travel trailer almost everywhere we go and the Nissan does it with ease. Thanks again, count us in as very happy Coggin Customers..

Customer service received from Stacey the service advisor at Service Department was horrible and below any expectations, even when I showed there for the third time I heard her saying I don t care to one of her colleagues. I understand that sometimes we as people might have a bad day but to represent a business and offer such poor service there is no word that I can find to describe my frustration. I would give a rating of zero from my experience at Coggin Nissan today, but thanks to Skeet the issue was resolved after the third time I went to the service department. I went this morning for the Back to school service saving package. Paul the service advisor greeted and asked me what need to be done, asked for oil change and tire rotation, no car wash since was Saturday. Service was completed in about 30 minutes but there was a squeaking noise while I was driving. Called the service advisor and asked him that having an issue with the repair, offered me to drive back and take another look. Drove back and Stacey and Paul drove the car and apologized for the issue since they didn t drove the car before. After the inspection Stacey and Paul came to me and convinced me that there was no safety issue but was only rust and will go away with time. After drove from the service department the noise was louder and asked to speak to their manager because according to Stacey the issue would be resolved only if I would replace the whole brakes assembly and quoted me $800 for this job, what an exceptional customer service from her who lied to me without checking all the information provided by mechanics. After Skeet promised to take another look , found that the issue was caused by the shims and the noise had nothing to do with the rust as Stacey mentioned over and over again. I was looking for an additional car but sorry Coggin Nissan you lost another customer. I want to bring this experience and share it so other customers become aware of such poor misrepresentations. I took and dropped my not even 2 year old car off almost 2 weeks ago for an oil change, tire rotation and they stated they could clean the seats. After a couple of hours Jason called to state they had torn my seat trying to clean it but wanted to know my availability to bring it back as they would repair it. I called him back with my availability. They still have not scheduled anything even with multiple attempts to reach them. I even drove down there and spoke with Jason who set something up but then the manager Jody texted me and wanted to reschedule after seeing the pictures, Now Jody, the service manager is not returning my phone calls. They rip my seat, admit it and now try to ghost me when it comes to fixing their mistake. Customer Service is not top priority with this dealership.
This is a great place to have your car serviced; the appointment desk staffs are courteous, prompt and efficient; the waiting room is very pleasant and offers good coffee; the service was completed professionally and promptly. The only thing that needs improvement is the complimentary car wash which, in my case, was not done well.
Rafael was amazing, polite and extremely helpful. He listened to our frustration from other dealerships and unable to find a vehicle. We drove from Panama City (5 hours away) to Coggin Nissan At The Avenues in Jacksonville. I would recommend speaking with him before buying any new or used vehicles we will only see Rafael when we buy. Thank you again Rafael.
I was called to get information about the Nissan Leaf for my daughter. Luke was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was helpful and understood that we were not ready to purchase yet. If you are looking for a helpful dealership with no pressure - this is the place to go!!! We will be buying our new Leaf here.
This place is always busy as a circus, but the service people are very friendly and accomodating. The waiting area is over the top nice with snacks and a variety of drinks, and they do provide a limited area shuttle service. I do not feel pressured when they recommend services that I decline, and they performed the services I requested very well. Paul even called my warranty company to figure out what was covered wich was much appreciated!

Our experience buying a new car at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues was the most pleasant car shopping experience I have EVER had. Rafael was the sales consultant who helped me find my new car and he was so helpful and so patient and I never once felt pushed or rushed to make any decisions. Hands down the most friendly and personable car salesman I have come across. The sales manager we dealt with was extremely friendly as well. I am so pleased with our decision to buy Nissan and forever grateful to Rafael for working to get me a great deal on a great car!
I wish I could give 10 stars. I arranged to meet a sales guy from another Coggin dealership here and on the day he ghosted me. Lucky for me as I was left in the good hands of Aram. From the minute I entered I knew he was not going to be spinning me a bunch of fairy tales. For 5 weeks I had lie after lie sold to me at other car dealerships for example "just ask any of my friends, I never lie! So look at this 2010 Accent for $14,000!!". I began to fear I'd never find a car. Aram treated me with enormous patience, respect, explained so many parts of the buying process (my first used car) and walked me through the process. I knew which car I wanted but had failed to understand all the costs so wasn't able to afford it, he went above and beyond to do what he could and I drove away that day with a beautiful car. I couldn't be happier and I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car. I will be back to get a new Nissan towards the end of this year. Brian in financing and the sales-manager both top quality guys. This dealership stands head and shoulders way above any other dealership that I have been to. The car I bought wasn't a new one nor a Nissan but it didn't matter, they treated me so fairly and so professionally and made me a lifelong fan. Happy New Year guys!

Nice inventory but I wouldn't visit again. Beautiful car. Swift negotiation. The manager encouraged me to visit the competition. I purchased my newest vehicle from Gainesville, FL. I saved thousands and the other dealership provided a 150,000/15 year warranty. The only reason I provide two stars, the sale person and management were professional and polite.
Charlie was my sales adviser and he was amazing! I went to the Orange Park dealership and my experience was nothing like it was at the Avenues location.
Richard provided excellent service to me and my car. He was thorough and gave me updates along the way. All of the other representatives were very friendly as well ! When I picked my car up after it was serviced, I was given a run down on how my service went and what happened by one of Richard's partners. When I got into my car it was in better, cleaner condition than when I dropped it off. Thank you guys !!!!

I stopped at Coggin Nissan because they had a Ford F-150 on the lot and I had been looking for one. Salesman Lou was friendly and non-pushy. We looked at the Truck and compared it to a few Nissan trucks. When I returned for another look the next day, I met another salesman (Kyle) and the manager (Tony). At that time I asked if it was possible to get the truck "Certified pre-owned". And was told they didn't think so. I told them I had contacted Coggin Ford and asked them if it could be certified. They said sure it's easy, they would have the truck moved to the Ford dealership and I could buy it from them. Not wanting to cut the Nissan guys out of the deal I agreed to purchase from Nissan with a comprehensive extended warranty. The worst part about the deal was I felt like I was in the middle of a p1$$ing match. The Nissan guys went above and beyond to put the deal together and I left with the truck, a satisfied customer.
Paul C made my experience so smooth. My car needed to have work done and he was sure to call me when something needed to be worked out. He also made contact with me to let me know as soon as my car was ready. Always answering my questions. It was a pleasure working with him.
I had been searching on the Internet for a 2015-2016 Frontier for about a month so I knew a good price when I saw one. When the Frontier at Coggin Nissan dropped another $1500 in one day, I knew it would be a good deal. While I would like to have received a little more for my old trade-in (2003 Escape), Kyle (the salesperson with whom I dealt) did a good job of explaining why my car wasn't worth any more than they were offering, especially given the price I was paying for their truck. There was one minor problem with the truck (a missing fog light cap) which they ordered and installed in two days. I'm very satisfied with the deal I got and with the service Kyle Smith rendered.
We bought from Rountree Moore Toyota in Lake City,Fl. We paid less for the same year model mileage car with tax,tag,interest out the door than Coggin wanted for their best price of just the car. If you care who you deal with and spend on such a major purchase, buy somewhere else. They try to use your credit score to negotiate, illegal! I even showed them what other dealers priced the same cars on my i phone, they said"that must be a buy here pay here lot or something".A toyota dealer,Really?!!

I had my car at the dealer to have the air bag replaced. Since it was in the shop they did a review of the oil, brakes, filters and tires. They explained what needed to be fixed. I really appreciated this since the car was already there. Glad I had it done. The are is running so much better now.
Leased a new Altima from saleswoman Raquel Welsh. She is wonderful!! Her knowledge of the vehicles and attentiveness to my needs was second to none. I strongly recommend asking for her when you go to Coggin Nissan for your new car!!
My service appointment was at 10am it is now 2pm and my vehicle still hasn't been looked at. When I asked the ETA I was told they didn't know how long it would be. I said "someone should address whoever schedules the appointments" his response was curt and rude saying "well I can't move you up and put you in front of someone else." I wasn't asking for that. I should not have been scheduled at ten to wait 4 hours to be seen and should have been told there would be an extendedwextended when I gave them my keys. And then to be treated rudely??? I wasn't angry until treated aggressively. I will never do any type of business with Coggin Nissan again.

I can honestly say that I am very very happy with my brand new Nissan Versa sedan I have the right amount of room I have excellent gas mileage I love the color it's simple but yet to me , it''s what I'm looking for, but most important is that I can afford it with decent payments and it won't break my back as a manner of speaking the two gentleman that I dealt with at Nissan Coggin Nissan Philips Highway was Lou , and Jimmy the sales guy was Louis , the financing guy was Jimmy they both know what they are doing definitely so they're very versed in there business extremely helpful you have a nice crew they have their heads together again I thank you for this experience and it continues on !
