I leased two new vehicles from Coggin 2 weeks ago and my salesman was Vladimir. The experience of the test drive showed me that Vladimir knew all options and functions of the vehicles and how they worked on the spot without having to check and the differences between each model.

Additionally, Vladimir explained the numbers and calculations for the total sale and the process with finance. This was a pleasurable experience having Vladimir as my salesman and I highly recommend that others who are looking for a vehicle to choose him as your salesman.

I was somewhat confused that you offered a 7:20-am appointment but your service maintenance team does not start work until 8-am.

They got my truck in and serviced and repaired my issues in a good reasonable amount of time.

Bill is my "go to" guy. He will bend over backwards to provide the best customer service possible. He is great at his job! If you ever get your car serviced at this location, ask for Bill!

If you need a car, contact Brian Martinez at this location, that's all you need to know. I was in the market for a brand new 370Z Magma Red which is extremely rare and difficult to find as a Sport trim with a manual transmission. Their other location happened to have one and i contacted this one by accident and boy i'm glad i did (again go read my other review)

I called the dealership and got Brian on the phone. Explained my situation to him and that for me to drive 5 1/2 hours to get that car he better offer me a good deal (I have previously owned two 350Z's and i pretty much know everything about the car and pricing) We spoke on the phone and right from the start there was no pressure whatsoever he was very polite, very helpful and answered every single question that i had, once we went back and forth through emails and over the phone after i asked him to send me pictures of the car, which at this point it was already around 10:30pm. I told him what my credit score was and based on that without even pulling it we started playing with the numbers. once we mutually got close to the price i wanted over the phone, I told him i would think about it but without telling him i decided to drive there the next morning. Next day Brian called to follow up with me on some other things that we spoke about, again i tried to negotiate a little bit more over the phone since i was on the road on my way anyway and he gave me all the info that he could. Again no pressure what so ever, just very helpful, patient and friendly. I finally got there and he was surprised to see me (which was kind of funny) We sat down got right down to business and started talking from where we left off, once we got to the point where i pretty much wanted him to come down on the price he went to check with his Sales Manger Adrian (we all know this is part of the whole thing) At first i was like great here we go...... But to my surprise i told Adrian where i exactly wanted to be, he looked me straight in the eye told me his side of things, i told him mine and literally in a matter of 10 minutes we agreed to a deal that benefited both of us, hell i even got him to throw me a licence plate cover and a Datsun T-Shirt. After that, I was moved into the finance office, went through all of the paperwork in a matter of 30 minutes and boom i was on my way to get back home. The experience was nothing less than excellent and once i decide to go for a new car again i hope i get to deal with both of them. I have seriously purchased over 10 cars in my lifetime including luxury cars and i have never had such a great experience that matches this one. I can honestly say that while buying a new car is very exciting usually the process is what we all dread.... and this time that was not the case.

Don't buy a Nissan CVT last only 60000 miles don't take my word for it Google. I have a Nissan Sentra that has 69k and the transmission is shot. Nissan will not stand behind there product. Dangerous transmission shifts abruptly in parking lot.

If you're thinking about a new or a pre-loved auto then don't walk but run to Coggin Nissan on Philips Hwy. Now we were not the easiest of financing matches in the world but our salesman, Lou Ibarra & Bryan the finance genius worked overtime to make sure we not only got what we wanted but at the price we needed. Now that doesn't happen every day! We were so happy with our first purchase, we were back the next month for another. We've experienced from sales to service to heads of department check ins and if you are looking for WOW service, this is where you find it!

I purchased Nissan sentra 6 months back, It is an SR model as per the car documentations and it dosnt have a emblem at the back of the car. Since the car doesnt have the emblem the finance manager agreed to get me one and told me that it is out of stock and he will order an Badge and let me know once it is available for pick up. I waited for 6 weeks and called them back, i didnt see any indication of the order and went in person and they apoligized and started the order process again. The same cycle repeated 2 times and so far i went 4 times to the dealership for that frecking badge still didnt get it. I never seen such a worst customer care post purchasing the car.

The young lady, I believe her name was Allison, did an amazing job helping me figure out my recall situation. Got everything taken care of in a timely manner.

I had been given a scary (and expensive) list of things "wrong with my car" from a different car service company, so I decided to bring my car into the dealership to see what was really going on. Casey was my service rep and he was amazing. He was nice enough to communicate with my father because I don't know anything about cars. I left the dealership knowing my car was taken care of and safe to drive, plus there was only one minor issue to fix - not the scary list I got from the other place.

Would recommend, ask for Casey.

Coggin Nissan is always my first stop when purchasing a vehicle. Rafael greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He was patient, honest, and helped me with the purchase of two vehicles for my children. We test drove several vehicles and even pulled vehicles from another lot! He took the time to help explain and teach my teenagers about the car buying process. I greatly appreciated his integrity and understanding throughout the entire process.

Amir and Mike were also very patient and accommodating during the finance process. I was able to trade in a vehicle as part of the deal and get the monthly payments my children could afford with a warranty.

This place is nice and they take care of your vehicles.

Had an alignment and two tires done at this dealership. The first lady I dealt with over the phone to schedule an order for some tires, gave me the exact information I wanted, and gave me a range of different tires i might be looking for, so I could pick a set that fit my needs. The only complaint I have is that I was given no estimated time in which my car would be serviced. I was only told that the alignment takes about an hour, and so while I showed up at the dealership as 4th in line, pulling up at the gate at 7:40 A.M. on a Saturday, I still did not leave the dealership until 11:30, time in which I could've gotten other things done had I known how long it would take. An estimated wait time or in the very least information about what position in line I am would be much appreciated in the future.

Rerrick Davis was my sales representative. He was wonderful!! He didn t make me feel pressured. He was very informative and made me feel like part of the family. I got the car I want for the price I wanted. I am a very happy customer. Thanks Rerrick

Why would you fly from Philadelphia with 2 iconic cheese steaks to buy a 7 year old used Nissan NV because Julian and everyone that I meet at Coggins was fantastic. Professional Transparent Honest Friendly Knowledgeable Efficient. Even the staff that didn't have anything to do with my transaction were great. The GM at that store has a great staff. Do not bother to go to this dealer, they are unethical and do not give you what you want. They will say what you want to hear and kick you out the door with less than what you want. Most of this seems to come from their management, which needs makeover and go learn about ethics and proper sustainable customer service. During this time, they knew that I needed to take care of my kids and took advantage of that to give me false information to sign and leave. I would not think that this can happen from a dealership in this day and age; they got me this time, but would never buy from them again.

I have ALWAYS dreaded when it was time to purchase a car because of the negative experiences I have always had in the past. However, when I recently purchased a used car from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues, I could not have asked for a better experience from the beginning to the end. Beginning with David S., my salesman, who was nothing but helpful and accommodating and NEVER PUSHY, to the financial person, George, who got me a much better interest rate through them than the 9.25% loan I had in place through the bank...AND even after signing, he contacted me the next day and informed me he found an even better rate...I ended up with 3.24%. Who does that?!...continues to work for you after the sale! As a mature individual female, I have never had such a positive car shopping experience...Thank you guys for the positive experience and making life easier!

I have brought my car to The Avenues for service since I moved to this side of Jax, and I have never had a complaint! When it was time to move on from my previous car, Raquel did a great job at helping me, as a first time buyer, to get the car that I wanted.

Friendly staff, helpful shuttle driver, fair price. I was pleased at how transparent they were about the recommended services.

Richard Smith was my service manager and I appreciate the way he explains things so I understand and patiently answers all my questions (I tend to have several).

Found the right 2015 Altima for me here which I love driving. They had a large inventory to choose from. The process to buy it was rather long and tiring as it took two days since the computers supposedly broke down while I was there. The internet sales person and the financial person I dealt with were extremely cordial and chatty which at times made me impatient having to wait. (I'm from the North and not used to overly friendly service!)

Kristen did a great job. She was courteous, pleasant and kept me informed.

The only experience I've had at this dealership has been purely with the Service Department. Their Service Advisors (Jai Beasley and Bill deserve honorable mentioning) are incredibly HELPFUL!!! My experiences have been nothing short of pleasurable. When I'm ready for a new car, I already know which dealership I will be going to... ;-)

This was the worst experience ive ever had in buying a car. and thats over the past 10 Years and over 15 Vehicles. I will never go or recommend any Coggin delership to anybody. After the worst Salesman's attitude and nonstop smoking breaks and non-caring attitude and 6 trips and almost 8 hours of time spent here. The only valuable person that offered any empathy no longer works there Jimmy the Finance guy. I wrote an original review that was 1700 words but it s too long but moral of this post is don t waste time.

Bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL in March 2017. Salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and low pressure. I got the price I wanted after a bit of negotiation. Checkout took one hour longer than expected but I was overall happy with the process.

Bought a car. Very next day "check engine" light comes on. Coggin says, "As-is, too bad." Cost me $850 to repair. Buying from a dealer is NOT worth it. You will get NOTHING for that "dealer fee" they tack on to the price.

They took me in right away without an appointment. They took over an hour to call me back into the desk. Car wash was not done as required. Estimate back for repairs about $2,000. I don't blame this on the customer service rep at the desk but on the mechanic who was there indicating all repairs were urgent (per 2 other estimates, repairs were needed as maintenance and not urgent). He also directed all my answers to the service rep and not me when I asked the question.

Vehicle inventory was great and sales staff worked tirelessly to find my perfect truck.

I bought a car from Nissan a few years ago from Brendan and had a great experience. He was able to get me in a vehicle I really liked. Recently I was on market for car and visited the avenues and had a bad experience. I visited on Friday and met with Jason and I left after he showed me a few vehicles. I returned on Sunday after speaking with the salesman. The vibe was different this time when I came in and spoke with the internet manager Ethan. I was originally working with Jason who was very nice and answered all my questions. The manger was bit obnoxious asking me to see my check to make sure " it meet standards " which I didn't understand..but make a long story short I dnt think I'll be doing business with them any time soon.

Lou helped my mother get into a brand new Nissan Sentra for little to nothing down. Don t know how he did it but the man is magical lol. Easily one of the best experiences at a dealership Thanks a bunch Lou!

Scheduled an appointment for 10 a.m. and arrived there at 9:45 a.m. The Service Advisor said it will take approx 1 hr to 1.5 hrs. Said the price of oil change is $29.95 but I've always been taken care of by Casey for a couple years and he always charged me $19.95 +tax. They finished at 12:15 p.m. The service advisor said they had no control over how long it will take and asked me to rate 5 stars for service. Why would I do that? I had to pay for my own soda bc the fountain machine is gone. My vehicle took longer than expected and almost made me late for work. They didn't even wash or vacuum my Murano. The advisor said they didnt have time and were busy. While walking to my vehicle, I've seen many cars already completed and washed. Why not mine? I've bought a 2011 Nissan Altima 3.5SR V6, 2012 Nissan Maxima and a 2015 Nissan Murano from this dealership. Highly doubt I'll purchase my 4th vehicle from there.

I was very pleased my appointment was taken on time and completed within the time frame quoted. The service staff were very friendly and professional.

Today I went with my girlfriend to drop her car off for an oil change and tire rotation. There was already an appointment made to get this done prior to us going. I called ahead just to check and see how long this would take and Faye on the phone told me an hour or less. When we arrived and asked the service adviser Casey he told us about two hours. When everything was said and done it took over 4 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. This was with the appointment made days in advance. The service was terrible. I have worked in the service department at local dealership for 10 years at the same dealer, and we would never treat a customer this way. Totally displeased.

My experience was pretty horrible. I will never return. Just a bunch of experienced con-artists!!

Great work ethic and comprehensive in their service, the service advisors make sure what is happening with your vehicle and advise you of issues to look for moving forward. Everyone in the Service department is extremely friendly and is never looking to sell service that isn't needed. I was grateful to see these values carried into the Sales Department as well when it was time for a new vehicle.

I was in a pickle this morning! I got a flat tire overnight on my Cadillac Deville and found out that my spare was also flat! I took the tire to the Nissan service department since they where around the corner instead of going to my regular auto service provider. They where able to patch the tire and get my oil changed (by-the-way, cheaper then what Firestone charges) within the hour! ---- thanks for helping me out of a bad situation and getting me back on the road quickly!!!!!
