I came into Coggins on a busy Saturday morning because the AC has gone out in my Murano. After finding out that my warranty had expired through a third-party, I decided I wanted to talk to someone about trading it in and getting a new car. I was directed to Vladimir Voloshin. Vlad listen to everything I wanted and listen to the payment I wanted. He did his best to find something that could fit in my budget. He found a good car and then exceeded my expectations by working with Chris in financing to find something that I want to even more for a price I could handle. They showed me a couple cars and some options and then worked very hard to find a lender that would be everything I needed . They offered me drinks and were very welcoming. They ended up finding me a a loan that far exceeded my expectations. They also managed to find a car that was much more than I could ever have expected. I mentioned but I would like tinted windows so they immediately talk to the service department to see if they could have the windows tinted the same day so I would not have to come back. After all papers were signed they even took me back to work while the windows were being worked on. I was able to come in after work and everything was ready for me. Vlad was kind enough to give me a quick tutorial on the car, make sure my phone was paired to the Bluetooth, and help me switch out items from my trade-in. He made the process as wonderful as could be and I am truly grateful!

I have to say that the best service I have ever recieved was from Richard the service manager at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. Went completely out of his way to help us out with all of our needs. He went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. A big thank you to Richard for honoring his word on taking care of any issue that came up and making sure that we were completely taking care of with no worries, no stress and always with respect and a smile. Because of him I have been telling all my friends and family to go to Coggin Nissan at the Avenues it they are looking for a new vehicle. Richard deserves to be recognized for his hard work and dedication. And making us feel like we matter and more then just another customer. Also a big shout out to our financial guy Clarence for being honest and going out of his way to make out experience amazing and doing what ever to make us at easy and treating us like we matter instead of another customer.

Terrible customer service. Once they heard we weren't entirely ready to purchase they said we could only test drive a vehicle by appointment. The excuse was that they were to busy as four sales reps were standing around with their hands in their pockets. If I could leave less than one star I would. I have bought numerous vehicles from dealerships in the same way and I have never had any issues. It may be just coggin or the sales rep/manager. They do not care about potential clients.

Dealership continues to call after I purchased vehicle elsewhere. I was in the market about 5 months ago and had looked at this dealership. I was able to find a better deal on the truck I was looking for. I have received numerous calls asking if I was still in the market for a truck. I tell them everytime I have purchased a truck and am told they will remove my name from the list. But still am frustratingly recieving call.

When I was grudgingly helped, the person told me that he wasn t my service manager, that Thomas was. Perhaps these service managers shouldn t be so overworked that they can greet customers pleasantly and check them in.

We purchased a new Murano, August 27 from Charlie Robledo. He made, what we feared to be a frustrating experience into a great experience. He found the exact vehicle we wanted at the right price. Came to the lot looking at one car then the price started to push my limit and I was stressing hardcore but then my sales rep, Jon Qiriako, took me to look at another car. 20k Less miles on the motor , Better gas mileage, and was 2k cheaper. Started to get paper work done then the insurance company I called was giving me outrageous prices. Jon suggested if I would like him to call his Geico agent. At first I declined and then he asked if I was sure, God told me to give it a try. Then what do ya know.... I saved $230 on insurance as well. So what started with high blood pressure and stress turned into something do-able and left with a smile. As a customer that has purchased a total of 7 vehicles from the Coggin Group and 4 just from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues, I had left a negative review about my most recent purchase as I felt like I was getting the runaround, as the Armada my wife and I purchased was not running properly, which we had brought to the service department's attention the day after we bought it. The problem continued for months with no resolution and we were frustrated, hence the negative review. After my honest assessment, we were contacted by Ron, the General Manager. He was professional and wanted to get to the bottom of our situation and he did not disappoint. He had us bring the vehicle up, gave us a loaner vehicle, and had Skeet a Nissan service guru, who was equally as friendly and helpful, and they found exactly what was wrong with the car. They took care of the issue and now our Armada is working beautifully. Ron and his guys are not just there to move cars, they do actually care about the customers they sell to. Thank you Ron for renewing our faith in car dealers and reminding me why I keep coming back. Thanks guys!

I wanted exactly the same car that I had had before (a Nissan Rogue) and I had extensively researched it before I had purchased it 2 years previously. My husband saw me off that morning and his last comment was he felt sorry for any salesperson who got me for a customer. My salesperson was Robert Flanagan and right from the beginning Rob was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, truthful, responsive and he turned an unhappy customer, who wanted to be doing anything other than buying a new car, into a impressed and satisfied customer. I just got a ride from the most unprofessional shuttle driver who led me to write a review before I have even picked up my car from the service department. I told him that I just moved to the area from up north and he told me that I would like it here because there are less taxes and that's because Florida doesn't consist of "crazy liberals" and "people up north rely on services and down here, we take care of ourselves." Did this man receive ANY customer service training? You don't say things like that to customers. I may be liberal but I wasn't the crazy person in that car.

What a horrible experience. I went to Nissan at the Avenues and was approached by a salesman (reluctantly). I was by myself doing some preliminary shopping before bringing my husband. The salesman said I could do a test drive when I brought my husband back (never offered for me to do it while I was there). He NEVER asked me my name, didn't express interest, etc. When he introduced me to his manager when I was about to leave, he had no idea what my name was. He never gave me a card and I still have no idea what his name is (and I was there for at least an hour). Needless to say, went over to Coggin Nissan on Atlantic - had an AWESOME experience and ended up buying my new car at that location.

During the vehicle selection process, my experience was very pleasurable. The salesman took his time to identify the features and style qualities of the vehicle that both my wife and I were looking for. The salesman was low pressure and was most interested in finding the right vehicle, in which he succeeded after working about an hour with us.

The only thing negative I could write about the experience is that I felt a little rushed during the financing process. Also, there was a lot of paper being pushed around in which I needed to keep up with. After reviewing the paperwork, the deal I received in writing was pretty much the one I negotiated verbally, but it was still a little stressful.

After a week of owning our new vehicle, we are happy with the sale.

Love this dealer. I have already purchased 2 vehicles here. My 2nd was in November of this year. I deal with Mr. John Floyd he makes everything easy and not pushy when it comes to negotiations. I was impressed on my first purchase a few years ago and my 2nd purchase was even a better experience. Best dealer experience I've had personally. Weather you know what you're looking for or not these guys will help you. Also their car service is also great. They have a mini theater with popcorn available if you wait for your car. If not also shuttle may be available for you. I will continue my business with them.

Update: I went for a 3rd vehicle purchase in August 2020. This time I had a very different experience. First my sales guy Mr. Floyd is no longer there as he is retired but I did manage to speak to sales manager and as I usually do I search the web and advised of the vehicle I'm interested so that once I'm there we are ahead of the game.

I go in meet with sales manager directly whom lack customer service to say the least and he has a sales rep have me look at other cars I did not request but I'm thinking perhaps this was just a way to entertain other options till the car I requested is prepared etc.

After 25 minutes after continuously asking where is the vehicle I requested I come to find out that the car is at the Coggin Honda Location and the sales rep went on how they couldn't get the vehicle or sale because is a different location.

We take a almost 20 min drive to Coggin Honda to then find out the vehicle was sold. This was 45 minutes wasted when we could have been told this by simply checking with them before having a customer drive out to another location.

This gave me a bad taste I may consider elsewhere for my 4th purchase and holding back for recommendations here.

Initially had a good experience with them back in 2010 so I returned when I needed a new car in 2016 and had a completely terrible experience... Not with the day I bought it, no they were polite and excited about sending me on my way thinking I had gotten what I paid for... Sadly This dealership has changed and now they really don't care about ethics or integrity. I was sold a (quite expensive) pre-paid maintenance package and was told that it would cover all maintenance andparts for 5 years or 75,000 miles and I was happy with not having to worry about cost of oil changes and transmission tune ups/whatever for 5 years.... So I come to find out 8 months later (after only oil changes were needed) that the car I was sold is not eligible for the maintenance package I bought so the maintenance plan only covers oil changes... When I brought this to Coggin Nissan's attention they said to just call the maintenance plan company like it was not their problem to deal with. When I called them they happily confirmed for me that the finance specialist signed me up for "oil change only" maintenance plan (which is not what my paperwork says I wanted) They then told me that the dealership would have to fix this. When I called Nissan back their solution was for me to extend my loan at the same payment and they would get me into a brand new Rogue with the maintenance package I was originally promised... at a low low additional cost to me personally of $15,000.... which is about $3,000 less than I paid for the car.. So basically pay for 2 cars and only get one that works but it's new... and then immediately after driving it off the lot is upside down on the loan by $20,000 or more... When I didn't take that deal they offered to cut me a check for the maintenance plan and extra warranty parts that were supposed to be covered in their certified pre-owned deal to begin with.. and I gave them 90 days... I still have not heard from them, or seen a check. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

I have just completed an exceptional experience at this dealership. I was looking for a reliable used car for my granddaughter. After visiting 4 other dealership, I met Kyle Davis at Nissan of the Avenues. He went well beyond my expectations and found the right car at the right price at another Coggin dealer in town. We bought the car. Then the Finance experience. Since I was purchasing the car and wanted my Lien placed on the title, this was an unusual request. Jimmy Cowley, Finance Manager made it all happen. Constant communication with both of these men was superb. Need a car, check with Kyle and Jimmy..

Mansel and Ashley were the sales people we dealt with. They were both quick to respond to counter offers and take them to their managers to get approval. Because we bought 2 cars that day we received a very very good deal. We could definitely tell both Mansel and Ashely were on our side when it came to the deals we made. If any one asks one of our family members who we bought our cars from at Coggin we will gladly refer them to either of these two! They were spectacular! Upon delivery of the 2 cars they were in pristine condition, exactly the way you would expect to receive a new car. We definitely drove away happy!

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to properly recognize both the Parts and Service team at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. In summary, I had just moved out here and was dealing with a car issue. I had already been to another mechanic who advised me to order certain parts, then he would do the repair. I ordered the parts through Coggin Nissan at the Avenues, but it tuns out they were the wrong ones (through no fault of their own). They made me a quick appointment, took the old parts back, ordered new ones, and fixed the car (saving me a step). These guys and gals were on point every step of the way - they were reachable, knowledgeable, accommodating, and communicative. I know I am missing some names, but Ray in Service was great captaining the whole process. The parts team was so responsive - thanks Jason, Ernie, Kyle and Brittney - you were all fantastic. Final note, their shuttle service got me to work in the morning - about a 25 minute drive. Very accommodating.

Our sales person, Rafael Elvira, was extremely knowledgeable of all of the Nissan models. He made us feel comfortable in every step of the car buying process. He went above and beyond by having the make, model, and color of our first choice vehicle, the 2019 Murano, at the store ready for our second test drive. He then spent time with us walking the pre-owned lot looking at and discussing pros and cons of cars until we decided on our second vehicle, a 2015 Altima. We were lucky he chose to come in on his day off and was the salesperson to greet us that first day at your store. He was absolutely amazing and we would recommend his services to others.

I purchased my car on 6/18/16 & had a great buying experience. But after that, it all went down hill. After only 4 days of owning the car I had to return it to the service department for transmission work. Now mind you this is a '15 Pathfinder with 6k miles. I was told that since my car was not throwing a code or error that there was nothing they could do. A mechanic even mentioned to me that I had 60k miles of warranty so why was I so upset?! It wasn't until I literally broke down in tears thinking no one would help me fix my NEW car that Mr. Frank Hall came to my rescue. This man is very thorough & wonderful. If I ranked this dealership on Mr. Frank alone, I'd give him 5 stars! Sadly, i have to rank based on my entire experience. He handled everything with grace & patience. During the 4 weeks my car was in their parking lot it received body damage & had to be sent to the body shop. 4 weeks later I finally was able to pick my car up to find it was not detailed, but filthy. I had to return the next day to have it cleaned & I live almost an hour away. They cleaned it ok, but nothing like I expected. Again, Mr. Frank was my saving grace. If I return to this service department it will be to see him & him only. I had to get corporate, the GSM Patrick, & Skeet the Service Manager involved. It was a mess. I was offered no type of compensation other than an apology from the dealership. I have family & friends who LOVE Nissan. I do love my car, but the whole experience has put a terrible taste in my mouth.
