UPDATE: Another great service appointment at Coggin Nissan of the Avenues on 8/18/2017.. Richard Smith took care of everything and got me out of there quickly so I could get back to work. Great service and great atmosphere at Coggin Nissan of the Avenues.

Special thanks to Robert Daigle and Bobby in the Service Department for going out of their way to resolve an issue with my Nissan Sentra despite being absolutely SLAMMED with customers. I had an issue with my shifter and had plans to drive up to Georgia today. Despite being completely slammed, Robert and Bobby went out of their way to take a look at the shifter, make some adjustments, confirm I was safe to make my trip and offer legitimate recommendations for a permanent solution. Both Robert and Bobby rightfully could have told me to "take a number" and wait for a few hours, but they didn't. This was quite possibly the most positive interaction I've ever had in ANY department at ANY dealership. I look forward to coming back and exploring new vehicle options. Well done, Coggin Nissan.
