He was very laid back, easy going, and allowed my husband and I to talk over the vehicle. When it came to talking numbers the dealership was willing to hear our concerns. Yo yo scam! These car dealers & financing department is scum. I purchased a New Nissan Pathfinder on August 16th. We thought we were getting 72 months 1.9 % interest the financing guy o They once we got in the room said just sign this paper with a higher percent (3% for 75) and the lower should go through tomorrow. The same night I got my car my husband saw a truck he liked so we came back. He traded in his truck for a Certified Pre-Owned one. He worked out a deal and we thought everything was fine and dandy for both of us.

We called weeks later asking where is our financing info for our payments? For The Truck they really put and he's still going through hell. This is over 45 days after purchase.

Finance people leave, they move them around or they "left". You know how many finance people left in the last month? At least 10. No one has voice mails set up, they don't return your phone calls. The managers and GM are a joke (and don't return phone calls). We have to after 30 days of owning a vehicle, are told that we have to either pay more (a good amount more), find a lower priced vehicle or... Get the old vehicle. The GM made my husband a deal after 30 days he resigned paper work only to find out 2 weeks later that even though we were giving the financing company info we didn't have financing. They put us down on the paperwork as "putting down $4,000." Apparently the GM has now "left" and we have no idea how this is going to end for us getting our old vehicle back or if they will honor the original deal.

For my pathfinder I called 30 days after being told I had financing and they didn't send in all the paperwork. I had to beg them to give me the info (Numerous calls later) and less then 5 days before the 1st payment was due I finally got an account number it was incorrect but the bank was correct so I was able to make a payment with them.

Car dealers should not be allowed to, but of course they pull scams like this on a daily basis. Unless we're lawyers, how do you see the BS they put in their paperwork. Stay away or get your own financing first!

If I could give this dealer ship no stars I would. This is the most disappointing and dishonest dealership amongst others in Jacksonville I've brought my business to. They will tell you anything which is expected but to just outright lie about a deal that was supposed to be closed on and let me drive off with a car is ridiculous. I've now learned about spot delivery. It's ridiculous. I came in with a trade they ended up putting me in a car that first they told me I couldn't afford just to turn around and give me a the same car. The payments were ridiculously high but I was willing to make them just to get out of my car. Then I drove off the lot Saturday night with their car leaving mines at the lot. I was supposed to come in Sunday close the deal and speak with finance, but when I came in I waited for about a hr just to tell me the banks were closed on Sunday and they were still waiting on a approval and that the finance man from that previous night (Saturday night) had made a mistake. And they might not be able to give me the rate he gave me. I'm not sure how that's my fault or why they can't still keep the deal they gave me . Straight bs !!!!!! So Monday came, and still they're waiting so I'm trying to get my check back at this very moment. And of course I'm still waiting forever don't do business here. It's just ridiculous the time waisted when they could. Crooks. Smh.

The staff are nice and accommodating, but 2/3 times I've been there, a staff member comes out and tries to tell me to use the QC instead of the L2, despite me explaining multiple times that my particular build doesn't have QC and that I'm completely fine with L2. Can't blame them for trying to help, but a bit more education on the different trims would be nice.

On 7/24 I called the call center and requested an appointment for fixing a recall on the car as well for a 30000 mile service.

1) I waited close to 3 hours to get it done
2) my recall was not addressed
3) I asked to top up the coolant liquid and they did not attend to it.

I called the following day7/25 and the call center rep provided an appointment, and I asked them again and again that how long it would take. They said it would take 30-40 mins max. But when I showed up I was told I would have to wait for another 2-3 hours to get things done . I left the facility with disappointment.

We all agree that these are turbulent times. But setting the right expectations makes life easy for a lot of us. Also the call center and the service center associates seem to be disconnected from each other in terms of understanding customer s expectations.

Even though it may be a small job , if the service advisor walks to the car with the customer and explain what job was completed it would be very helpful and appreciated.

Mr. Britt made our car shopping/buying experience like non-other. My husband and I just left a different car lot from a pushy salesman and were kind of bummed out about continuing to car shop. Thankfully we did. Mr.Britt came over and introduced himself and let us browse on our own. Once we found the car we wanted to test drive, he rode with us and explained all of the features. We were impressed. He ensured the paperwork process was smooth and quick as well. We ended up purchasing a Nissan Altima for my husband. I got a $1000 quote when I went in because my ac was blowing warm air. About $700 of it was to replace the ac condenser, the other $300 was for 2 filters and a brake fluid flush. I went to get a second opinion and ended up spending less than $150 for the filters, flush and an oil change and was told the the a.c. condenser had no leaks. I called to confront Nissan about some of these items and listened to the blame game before being told I would receive a call back...never got it. Also, apparently on the 2014 Nissan versa, nissan was so cheap that they did not even include the cabin air filter with the new car...

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a used vehicle from them. I brought a vehicle from on April 1,2017 on April 3 the check engine light came on and the vehicle would reverse while it's was idling at the stop light. I asked them to trade it in and they said "NO" They then stated "the only thing I can do is get the vehicle fix under the warranty." I went back to Cogging and sat there from 2pm to 6pm for them not to fix the veh. A man name Frank who work by the service desk said "I have to wait 30 days for the warranty to kick in" Are you serious that when I knew they were trying to scam me into this car because after 30 days I'm stuck with this car. So we got into a disagreement for a least 2 day. The only way they would fix my car is if I write a 5 Star good review. The only way I was doing that is if the vehicle was fix and I tested because I don't trust you guys and you keep declining me to trade this vehicle in. It been a couple day from the veh been fix and guess what. The check engine light is on and so is another light the veh is worst then before I'm scared to have my kids in the car I am now missing work and they won't trade the veh in unless I put down more money and I already but down 2000$ So I'm stuck with a veh that doesn't work less then 30 days declined a trade in since April 3rd. I believe they were going to fix the vehicle even though I told them I don't want this vehicle. I personally think they are just pressing theta button behind the brake that clear the check engine light because the veh is doing the same thing ass before and now it it sound like the engine is going out So now I have to go to someone who I can trust other then this big dealership someone bigger then them court. May God be with the next person who pursshace a vehicle from them. Don't be like and do your research I was just so excited to get a vehicle for me and my kids and to prove to my dad I can do it. After moving here from Vegas for a fresh start just ruin my life into a loan for a piece of metal that is cause me to loss my wages. He informed me of the specials didn't hassle me about other services and didn't find any mysterious mechanical problems that had to be fixed right away. He did find a recall that I wasn't aware of and made sure it was taken care of I will definitely be getting my car serviced here only moving forward

I had taken my Nissan Versa Note in for an oil change yesterday, without an appointment around 3pm. Originally, the service advisor Robert told me that it would be an almost 2-3 hour wait. I said that was fine and that I'd be waiting there at the facility. My car had two recalls on it, and I was informed of this quickly and Robert was able to find a technician to get started on my car right away. I was informed of other needed maintenance that would need to be done on my car but I refused to have it done at that time. There wasn't any arguing or push to have these services completed, which was nice. Come to find out, my car was ready sooner than expected and along with a free car wash and vacuum. I really appreciate the good service at this location and don't mind driving out of my way (there is a dealership with service center closer to my home) to get it. I will keep coming back to this location if the service stays this way. :)

Went in for an oil change on my new 2017 Altima, they took care of me really fast, even asked if i wanted a complimentary car wash :)
They told me they had a few people in front that it would be about 2 hours, I said ok, they have a movie room, popcorn, soda machine, and coffe machine as well that makes whatever you want. Anyways, 45 mins later my car was ready to go. Overall an amazing customer service and definitely 5 stars for the service.

Fix your car just fine but takes an eternity to do so. It's fine if you have all day to wait on a car repair but if you are not in the mood to spend 4+ hours waiting on a simple oil change or inspection, or are simply too busy to do so, seek a different dealership. On the bright side, they do offer a complimentary shuttle to take you home as you wait.

We started having problems with our key fobs and they took care of them in less than one hour with no contact assistance due to high risk family members. He then stated he could refer me to sales person all an trying to sale and make a dollar. When I called to ask about a recall paper I received in the mail the young lady made comments she couldn't get it to pull up then like magic she said there was none .When o asked why they would send paperwork on this she didn't even say bring it in and we can take a look because it wasn't showing up she stated they sent it just to send it . I have to give Coggin Nissan At the Avenues in Jacksonville a five star especially to Heath Bristol for all the time he spend getting the best car and deal for my mom. Heath Bristol really deserves a promotion and a race. He really knew his job, he answer all of the questions that we had. He went far and beyond to get what my mom wanted.
