I thought I was going to spend a lot of money for servicing my truck. I ended up spending a quarter of what I anticipated.

Vald and Kyle were great help in me purchasing my sixth vehicle from Coggin Nissan.

The service was great because they did it in a quick amount of time. Richard really took care of me.

Service was really good and pretty quick. Drinks & snacks are nice. They did a great job on washing/detailing the van after service.
Only issue was the TPMS (tire pressure monitors) didn't get reset after the tire rotation. That's nothing new as the Chevy dealer can't seem to get it reset on the other car either.

Coggin Nissan at the Avenues service department is truly excellent. I know I can count on them for any issues or questions I may have concerning my Altima. Richard has been so incredibly helpful every time I have needed services and I recommend him to anyone who may need assistance with their Nissan. Thank you so much for always being so pleasant and prompt.

I needed to buy a new car for myself as my teenage daughter was inheriting my current car. I was really dreading going into a car purchase without a trade in. Plus I hate the whole process of buying a car. I m happy to say I had a fabulous experience. Kaitlin worked with me to find the exact car that met my needs. She was not pushy, just very sweet and helpful! She was knowledgeable about the product and the different functions of the various models of the Nissan line. I definitely recommend her to help you find your car!

Ask for Kristin when bringing your car for repair. She has so much love.... She does care for you. She works so hard that I feel she needs some rest lol.... Car is not just about good technicians, but how you drive your car. If you drive your car with awareness, and feel your car, then pretty you will be able to tell mechanic what your car needs. Dealers have their techs well trained. I just hope they pay these guys well. They do work hard.... I do hope Coggin really shares prosperity with employees.... I do believe we all, individuals or company, can share some of our blessings with others.... Simply So :-)

Scammers, they tried to sneak an extra $2000 when we get to finance. Lies even when they have the papers with the agreed amount they wrote. Will share this scam with all military groups to stay clear

Just completed a purchase of a brand new 2016 Nissan Frontier SV through Coggin Nissan at the avenues and worked with Salesman named Kyle Smith. He is excellent, great job with the sale...very professional, not pushy, truthful, explained everything very well. Highly recommend using Kyle Smith. Find him and I promise he will find you the best deal. No lie. He went above and beyond by getting me the car color I wanted. I think he drove to another dealership so I can have the color I wanted even just to look at it and test drive. He didnt have to do that. I was just browsing too, I was not even sure if I was going to buy. 5 star for effort there Mr. Kyle Smith. Then as soon as I was ready to buy, I still looked around at other dealerships and that was a bad mistake. Wasted so much time. I kept in touch with Kyle and we put a deal together and if it were not for this guy I would have made a bad mistake with this car buying process. I just realized now what a great deal I got. Thanks to Kyle. Also Costa was helpfull as well. Nissan at the Avenues is legit.

Rafael is the most professional salesman I ve ever dealt with. He helped me find my perfect Nissan vehicle, which is the Rogue. I can t thank him enough and will recommend him to anyone that is interested in a vehicle of any kind.

Disaster of a transaction. Sales person didn t know of did not disclose the proper specs on the vehicle and the finance guy jumbled all my DMV records tagging the wrong plate to transfer. Still trying to get it all corrected.

Save yourself some money and buy cabin and engine air filters from amazon.

We went in tonight to purchase a car that showed on their website at $22,640. The manager came back with an out the door price of $30,000. We had no trade in and it was just a straight sale. He stated the website has lots of asterisks and that we should scroll to the bottom of the page and read all the disclaimers and that none of their prices show any added options. What a waste of time. Don t go by their ad and go elsewhere to a dealership that is more transparent with their pricing. We will never recommend nor purchase a car from them. Going elsewhere tomorrow morning to purchase a car with a dealership who did give us transparent pricing when we visited them.

Wait times are very long for minor services like oil changes or tires, but employees are friendly and helpful. (Comment from us old people. Bathroom is on the far side of the building. slosh slosh slosh!)

I recently traded in my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee towards the purchase of a 2019 Armada and I couldn't have been happier with the entire experience. Admir gave me a great deal on my trade in and great price on the new Armada. Davian helped me with the final purchase and sale of my Armada. When you think of purchasing a car you think of the man in the tweed suit with a fedora and a cigar in his mouth trying to tear you limb from limb. That was not the case here. I needed a car, mine was going to die real soon and I commute to work everyday 52 miles one way. I was very much attached to my 2007 Civic, my baby. She had 316,000 miles on her and she never let me down. I have known salesperson (Keith Branton) since we were teenagers. He knew what I was looking for and did not hesitate to call me when it became available. He worked within my means, what I could afford and my need for reliable transportation. Before this experience I was devastated and a different car lot that really acted as if I were wasting their time. and almost immediately I received a notification from Keith that he had the car I was looking for and very reasonable. He took care of me and was there to offer support on saying goodbye to my old car. He really knows how to treat a customer/friend. Way to go Keith!!!!!!!!! You are a superstar!!!!!! Thank You for taking such good care of me. I will send People your way.

Purchased a new Nissan Armada 2 weeks ago from Will Cooper at Coggin Nissan at the Avenues. Will was a true professional I have purchased 8 new cars in my lifetime and this was one of the best car buying experiences overall from the test drive, to the trade-in and to final delivery.

I called there first and spoke with Josh Stewart about 2 truck and told him I will be there the next day went there he had the truck waiting there for me to look at which was very excellent .he also help me out on purchasing one of the vehicle.and the vehicle I got I am satisfied with it.josh did a very good job

Defiantly not a satisfied customer. Purchased car there July 27,17 and it's already giving me trouble. It been less than 2 weeks. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there to do business. Save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere.

Purchased a 2015 Nissan Murano here a couple months back and expected the GPS maps to be current. Found out after a couple of weeks of driving that it wasn t. Shame on me for not asking. I am now here for my first oil change and asked if they could update but was told by a manager that they do not update the maps on any Certified Pre-Owned Cars. If you are going to purchase a vehicle from this dealership make sure to make that part of you negotiation or else pay Nissan $120+ for the updated maps that ship to your house on a drive that can be plugged into the car.

Every time I go to Coggin Nissan at the Avenues I m greeted with such friendliness and courtesy the service manager bends over backwards to please you. The technicians are absolutely wonderful with taking the care of my car. The service advisers are awesome, they always seem to remember what my car really needs. Admittedly, I was dreading the whole car buying experience and having to deal with going to a dealership and pushy sales people. Then came along Mr. Jason the real deal Smith and I ended up with a really sweet deal on a practically new, certified pre owned Nissan Altima and a positive experience. Jason did not give a pushy vibe at all, was patient in answering all my questions and showing me all the features of the different vehicles I looked at and the one I ended up buying and I appreciated his overall vibe and demeanor. My husband happens to be in the market for a new car too and we will be coming back to Coggin Nissan and requesting to work with Jason and his manager Clarence Evans who was great as well in assisting with getting us the best deal and making us laugh with his forthcoming candor. Thank you Coggin for a great experience and making the car buying experience not a dreadful one as I had envisioned it might go.

The staff is always quick to meet me when I pull up to the Service Bay. They have a welcoming lobby for waiting, with a movie theatre, popcorn and coffee. The work is done quickly and a free car wash is given. Always a great experience.

The Wife and I just purchase a new vehicle from Coggin Nissan at the Avenues last week. Our sales person was Vladimir Voloshin. He is a very nice person with no pressure to buy. He made the experience enjoyable and I would recommend him highly. He is very knowledgeable.

I purchase a car on 07/08/17 my salesman Zach was awesome. Everyone was great and made the car buying experience very smooth and enjoyable.

Was told over the phone that I could get an oil change for my car for 49.50...got to the place it's a different story. Don't have to lie to bring in business, could have just told me the actual pricing of the oil change. I was also treated as if I was crazy for stating such thing. I don't care how busy the place is, customers should always be treated with respect.

Waited 3 months on a waitlist for a rental after a recall on my car. Finally got a rental with Faye, who was great... however Stacey was a a horror to work with and extremely rude. When my part finally came in I was out of state for a family funeral, as soon as I got back in town I contacted them and dropped my car off the very next day around 2pm. They advised my car would be fixed by end of day. I then said ok so can I pick it up on my way home from work tomorrow? Stacey came up and stated they ve been waiting over a week to fix my car and if I didn t pick it up by 5pm tomorrow to make sure they had my credit card on file to charge me for the entire rental. I was appreciative because I had my sons Cub Scout fundraiser later that night but WHY would it be an issue to give me 24hrs when they made me wait 3 months just to get a rental & then another 3 months for the part to come in. Technically i should have had he rental from day 1 not day 90, but they didn t have enough available.
Stacey could ve been more professional and a bit more understanding, it s not like I m not one of the dozens of people in my area going through the same thing. Point is don t be a completely rude to someone can t get on your schedule when you couldn t get on theirs.
Won t come back here unless I absolutely have to, and definitely won t ever deal with Stacey!

Will Cooper is the best! I came in just to look and get a quote... I wound up with my brand new car right off the showroom floor!! I will be sending others his way. The service department is also great. Jenny took great care of me while having my remote start installed.

I bought two new 2007 Nissans from coggin nissan at the avenues and have always had them serviced here. This service department and staff are the best. They have always been honest, fair and all repairs have been made correct the first time. It is such a pleasure to take your vehicle to be serviced and not have to worry if you are being taken advantage of, I wouldn't take my vehicles to be serviced anywhere else.

Wish I could say I had a buying experience with this dealer but I never even got that far. Had a scheduled appointment to look at a vehicle but waited in the lobby for over 15 minutes and the guy never showed up. When I left nobody seemed to care. Then Nicholas calls me to follow up and has zero remorse. When I told him what happened he just hangs up on me. Such terrible service, I will never buy from them.

Wanted a rental car they said they had one for me ..then when i got there they didnt! They said they couldnt help me even though i confirmed the day before and they said yes . never going to them again.EVER!

Communication needs improvement. I made an appointment for an oil change and car wash that I expected to take about 1hr15mins. I was not told at the time I made the appointment that there was a recall service that would need to be done. Upon arrival, I was informed that there was a recall and was given the option to have that service done as well, which would take approx 40 mins. I opted in because I did not want to come again another time, but really didn't plan to be THAT late to work. So, I hesitatingly agreed to about 2 hours of time. All in, I was there for almost 3 hours (730-1015), and when my car was ready, I was blocked in, so I had to find someone to move the other cars... I always leave Coggin Nissan frustrated.

Of all the cars we have bought, this was our best experience. David was our salesperson and he was knowledgeable and professional. We ended up with a Maxima with all the bells and whistles. David was patient. He took time to set everything up and walk us through the features. Highly recommend!

I am sitting in your parts department waiting to drop $1000 on parts. It is currently 1319hrs. Roll the tape and see how long I sat there. I rang the bell 3 times. 1 asscociate acknowledged me but never came back. Heading to Atlantic Blvd Nissan to help their parts revenue for the day. 15 minutes and no service. Roll the video feed and address your parts staff.

I worked with Richard and he was awesome. Got everything done in a timely manner and he was very professional and punctual!

I don't usually write bad reviews, I try and find the good in every situation, but I had too this time. I had an appointment and still my vehicle sat for almost 2 hours before it was even looked at. What exactly is the point of making an appointment? It is like this every time I have been here. Unacceptable! I can understand beginning a little behind, but this is ridicules. I have a vehicle from a different dealership and NEVER have I sat there for 2 hours without my vehicle being looked at. Or someone letting me know what's going on.

Non cooperative and rude staff, no sense of urgency and customer care. One representative book my appointment at 7 pm when I have scheduled my day then another call me and reschedule it after 6 pm but when I reach there around 6:40 pm they refused to entertain me although I explained that I got 2 jump start and battery is completely dead but they refused to listen to me and provided no service or alternate.

This is a great shop for all your auto needs from sales to repair they are definitely number one in my book! I took my brother in to the dealership. To look for a car since I got mines from there. And the sales associate Ms Rachael was very nice and knowledgeable. About each car she showed us and allowed us to test drive it. We had a great experience I plan to return to do a trade in on my Nissan Altima. This August

Worse, worse experience.
Me and my wife got an used car from Coggin Nissan. The seller was good and helped us with everything possible for him.
They ensured that the vehicle was in excellent condition. Particularly, that is why we looked for Coggin as it is a big company and we thought we would have a car in good condition. They showed us the carfax of the vehicle without any reports on recalls. After the purchase process, in 1 week of use, the car started to have problems leaving us on the road without operating conditions. We took it to Ford and they told us that the car had not been overhauled and needed to be serviced.
10 days later, we took the car and now it is working well. Ford claimed that there were 2 recalls important to the operation of the transmission.
Nissan Coggin is so bad that even today, after 1 month of buying the vehicle, we still don't have our license plate. The only thing they tell us is that there is a problem that they are solving.

No games, pressure tactics, or gimmicks with these guys! Hands down one of the best car buying experiences! They're patient and willing to hear the customer's perspective.

I did some research
and decided this was the truck for my wife and I. It drives so smooth and handles awesome. The salesman Robert was very professional and courteous and friendly. If you are going to buy a vehicle this is the Man to look for.. When you close the deal ask for Jimmy he knows what he is doing and can get you the best deals for financing. Thanks guys!!
