We had a very pleasurable stay at the Best Western, Coeur d'Alene Inn. Upon check-in, we were quickly greeting by friendly staff who had us checked in within 1 minute. We traveled with our dog on this trip and they had a "Pet friendly" room ready for us, as well as a little gift bag for our dog which included a stuffed animal and doggie treats! The room was so nice I couldn't believe it was pet friendly. Absolutely beautiful and no signs, (or smells), of any previous animals. The room was extremely nice!
At check-out, another very friendly staff member helped us and, once again, we were done within 1 minute.
We had breakfast at the complimentary restaurant area. The whole area of presentation of food was extremely clean and shiny. The food was very good and was served buffet-style. Plenty of everything. Coffee was great also!
We will, without any hesitation, stay at this hotel again and again when we visit family in Coeur d'Alene.
